The hotel reopened in the late Spring after an extensive renovation. The room was huge for NYC standards. Everything was brand new and worked. The only complaint I had was the lack of shelf space in the bathroom. Positively no place to lay anything including a tooth brush. It is too bad that the closet and unused space outside of the closet appeared […] larger than the entire bathroom. But then again we are talking NYC here. Because of water pipes etc, they probably had little choice. The lobby is beautiful and new, very modern in design. Staff was great from the front desk to the doormen. Very conveniently located. Definitely a boutique hotel worth revisiting. There is lots of construction going on around the hotel at properties adjacent. But the hotel was nonetheless quiet. You also have access to the sister property - Court, St. Giles. I used the concierge service there and got one fantastic recommendation - Mr. K's (Chinese restaurant). What a treat! 詳情

Love our stay here. The room is beautifully decorated with top notch furniture with red accents which seemed to make the room pop! Large screen tv, Ihome, and the room is very very spacious. The bathroom is beautiful but could have been larger and it seems like there would have been room to make it bigger as there is a long hallway, a sitting/makeup […] area and walk in closet. The Tuscany is a great hotel with an ideal location to Grand Central (perfect for utilizing the subways to travel around the city). The rooms in the hotel that have been redone are new and spacious. There are a lot of things half done around the hotel Gor instance New elevator but old plate for buttons. Very noisy in halls and on street. Helpful pheasant staff.

The building was still under construction for the renovations that are being done. It was a great room however. For no particular reason, the cafe closes at 11am and they don't offer room service.

I stay in NYC hotels 40-50 days/year and I have tried many. I was very pleasantly surprised y the Tuscany. Small hotel, 3 blocks from GC and a reasonable walk away from Penn Station. Huge well appointed rooms, some of the most comfortable beds I have seen in NYC, great bathrooms, recently remodeled, great service, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants […] around. Amazing value this time of the year. I will definitely try it again. Only downside I found was that their free wifi signal was extremely weak and barely usable. They need to fix that. 詳情

This hotel is very close to Grand Central, and the bus to LGA　ａｎｄ　ＪＦＫ．The gentle man who helped us to checked in is very thoughtful and helpful when we arrived late on 2/14. They provide the coffee maker, on request only. The bed and pillows are so comfortable.

Stayed at two different hotels in two different locations during our stay. This place was the definite winner. Starting out this is located about 2 block from grand central station. This was great since in NY you either walk, cab or subway. Used the subway everyday to get to where we needed, central park, times square, basically anywhere in manhattan […] since grand central is where most of the lines go through. The hotel is about done with renovations and the rooms are nice...modern and very spacious, almost ridiculous for big city hotels. Hotel staff was great. original room was next to elevator and , got upgraded to a room with a view of the chrysler building. Didn't mind too much of the ongoing scaffolding etc....in NY there's construction everywhere. The free wi-fi is a nice touch, bedding is all new, Molson toiletries, slippers, robes, staff was friendly and helpful. I guess these are the things you expect from a boutique hotel. The place is also quieter since its close enough to times sq but not in the area, you'll appreciate this on longer stays in NY. Our other dump of a hotel (wellington) while in times square was small rooms (could fit like 3 rooms into one of our Tuscany rooms), old, cramped, and charged for everything wi-fi, nickel-diming, unattending staff. I liked the hotel very much. The rooms are big and beautifully renovated. the location is great. the one draw back was the poor cleaning services. Since the hotel was opened recently, I trust that management will take this under consideration. I will come back and hopefully next time will have a cleaner room.

Other than a request for some ice to be delivered which never happened, tough not to like the Tuscany. Nice rooms. Nicely appointed. The hallways already look a bit worn but overall you really can't go wrong.

We stayed 1 night in a corner studio. It was a large room with a nice view of the Chrysler bldg, and the furnishings were very nice as the hotel has just been re-done. Molton Brown products in the bath, and a very comfy bed. Free wi-fi, and cookies on arrival. The staff is still getting their act together I think, so we saw a little bit of scrambling, […] and had a bit of a wait to check out - but everyone was very nice and trying their best. The elevator is a bit old and slow, and we did have to use the freight elevator once due to some issue with the passenger elevator. Didn't see a valet when we arrived, so we parked in the deck across the street, and got the ticket validated by the hotel to get the price down to $30-something for 1 day. 詳情

On the positive side, this hotel is located a few blocks from all the 5th Ave, Madison Ave, Times Square etc. It is also recently renovated so it was clean and well designed. However, we stayed there just a few days post renovation and the staff wasn't quite ready for us. Stayed here with my girlfriend for our anniversary. Only stayed one night but we enjoyed the stay. They just remodeled the whole hotel, eventhough they are not finished renovating, a lot of rooms are, and everything in them is brand new. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Although the room was on a small side but it's more than enough for two people to come after the day of sightseeing and rest comfortably. The bed is super comfy and linens of a very good quality and very clean.

Nice hotel with two exceptions. One, their cancellation policy is the most restrictive I have found in the city. I travel to NYC 50 times a year for work, so have stayed at a ton of hotels. Second, only hotel in city I am aware of that does not escort/allow food delivery services to deliver to the room and require you to meet in the lobby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The St. Giles. Largest hotel room (for a great price) that we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Neighborhood was safe and convenient for our needs. Loved the front staff's sense of humor.

Close to shopping, The Rock etc... Good welcoming by Shane at the reception, good location but there is a need to shape up the bathrooms. The AC creates a lot of noice and it is impossible to sleep when it is on. Avoid the romms facing the street.

We stayed at the Tuscany for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time! The hotel is centrally located...just a couple of blocks from Grand Central. The staff was great and the rooms are huge for NYC standards! Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying here again in the future

Lovely hotel! Our room was very nice, large and quiet. Housekeeping was inconsistent during the week, but nothing major. My only complaint is that the hotel charges for in-room wifi access, which I elected not to purchase because of the high price. It made working in the room a pain.

Perfect location, perfect service, comfort and price. My heater was not working and the maintenance and customer service were fantastic. Bed was comfy and the room was huge. This is my spot from now on. Murray hill is great location within walking distance of Broadway, the Park, and 5th Ave.
