The room is pretty big. The service is good. When we said we had two big suitcases, they automatically changed our room to ground floor. The room is very clean. It is generally a good hotel. But they do not have a complimentary breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very nice, the showers were wonderful, all at a very reasonable price!

Have stayed here several times when I have an early flight out of PDX. Excellent customer service rooms worth the price. Very convenient to PDX and shuttle service.

The room was very clean and well appointed. It had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker complete with tea as well. The staff were kind and helpful, providing free toiletries that I had forgotten to bring. I was offered a wake up call, as well as a free shuttle to the Portland airport at a perfect time to get my flight. However, there was an event downstairs […] which inspired much loud, drunken behaviour, and a perpetual cloud of cigarette smoke outside the hotel entrance. The hotel did nothing to quiet the event, despite the late hour of 2:30am. Some attention to the comfort of guests would have been appreciated. 詳情

This is a great place to stay in terms of location, quality of service, amenities, and location. I spent the weekend here so I could go to the ballet and do some shopping and sight-seeing in Portland, and although the Ramada is not in the thick of everything downtown, it was much less expensive to stay here than to stay downtown. You also have the option, […] while staying here, to leave your car at the Ramada, take the free shuttle to the airport, and then take the light rail into town; I like this option better than driving into town and searching for parking. Two warnings, though: The shower is difficult to operate (The water was either too hot or too cold; there was no happy medium.), and you can hear things going on in other people's rooms (not enough insulation or something). These are minor annoyances in comparison to all of the good things about this place, though. 詳情

Room was not clean. Flakes of something on the head board. Food and trash on the floor. Plumbing VERY NOISY. You can here when your neighbor flushes the toilet or uses the sink. Parking not good when you have a full size pick up or are towing a trailer

Selected this hotel because it was close to airport. Only problem was door stuck and I had to have help opening it. Very happy with restaurant on site. Good food and reasonable prices.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. I had breakfast 2 mornings and the service was fast and courteous. The food was as I ordered it and was good. The room was pretty old and not as clean as I like. The shower was fine. It was conveniently located for what I needed.

Over all it was excellent.

Travelling alone as a female, I was a little uncomfortable as I had trouble finding stairwells at night. The beds were not the best, could use new ones. Clean and spacious. The price was good. Never saw other personnel, but front desk was great!!!!

We had a great stay at the Ramada in Portland. The access to the Hotel was a bit tricky but overall it was quite convenient

No where to park when checking in. Keep in mind that it is used by airline travelers, so you get people in/out all night long, however with one 3am exception, I didn't hear any noise. Bring your own internet. The WIFI is very poor.

Early (4 am?) guy above me stomped around for an hour or so. Arethe ceilings made of paper? Went to sleep at 10; alarm buzzed at 10; again at 11; called room service. No help. At 1 am unplugged alarm & put it outside the door. It was still there when I left at 5:15. I went to the Ramada to get a night's sleep before departure. Never again.

I booked the Ramada at the PDX Airport for its reasonable price and was very satisfied with this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and I enjoyed my stay immensely. The only downside was the proximity to public transportation. The hotel does provide shuttle service to and from the airport, but I did not realize the hotel itself was not within walking […] distance to public transportation. The room was really cold. When I tried to 'turn on the heat', despite being set at 80 degrees, it only blew cold air. Position of sink in bathroom was so uncomfortable, it was hard to even brush my teeth! Shower mat was torn. I had to walk about 5 miles (or so it seemed) to find a vending machine

Needed a comfortable, affordable room for a one-night stopover. Everything was fine.

Was a bit difficult to get to, but perfectly comfortable. Also had an on site restaurant and lounge which is a plus. Kind of out the way of anything, but a shopping mall not too far.

Overall the hotel was alright, a bit outdated with heating and cooling system. It was difficult getting to from the road as we were unaware we had to go past the hotel about a block and turn around approx. by the light and go up a frontage road. When we phoned the desk clerk however, he was very helpful getting us in.

I stayed at the Ramada mostly based on the price offered. The Hotel itself is a little older but is convienent to the airport. One note I discovered is that while they offer a free hotel shuttle, it is on-call only, so as soon as you get your bags, you can call for a ride. It only took about 4 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after calling. The room […] was comfortable and clean, although it was a litle noisy from some of the surrounding rooms. The bathrooms are in definate need of updating, but the room itself was great, nice bar area with sink and fridge and the desk situated in the corner. The only complaint I really had was the lack of restaurants in the immediate area. With out a car I was stuck at the hotel. I did find the on site restaurant decent. he food was suprisingly good, portions were large and the pricing was actually reasonable. Overall,I was happy with my stay. I dont know that I would consider running my vacation out of the hotel, but for a one night stay, it was excellent... 詳情

My partner and I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport, but also fairly close to some events we were attending in northeast Portland. Our room was big, and the bed was very comfortable.Everyone on the staff was courteous and helpful. We also appreciated the early check-in and late check-out times. We really did enjoy our stay, but there […] are just a couple of negatives I want to mention: 1) The heater was very LOUD! It even woke us up sometimes when it would turn on in the night. 2) the bathtub faucet was leaky. When we went to take a shower, water would spray out the sides of the faucet, creating a small puddle on the bathroom floor. 3) The road access to this hotel is difficult and weird. The hotel is located on a side road, just off of a major highway. The turn-off for the hotel is east to miss, at least it was for me. Needs a remodel. Its a park and fly and did not leave enough room for hotel guests to park. Its old and when you walk in you know it is but but the rooms and the beds were good. Very lager rooms. Got a good deal so it was worth it.

i really loved this hotel it was great service when i got there they give me a room i did not like it and ask for a new one , they give me a mini suite losts of room for us. could have been updated more but great we will use it over and over again

Bed had indentation from too much wear, very uncomfortable to sleep in. Night stand was falling apart, backing was coming off with staples showing. Bathroom cabinet walls dirty with toothpaste drool. Ramada Inn near PDX airport-The room was disgusting, Something crawling all over me al night. Everything smelled like cigaretes. Heat was loud and never shut off. I was just getting my wife to an early morning flight but woke up feeling dirty. Since it was kind of late when we arrived, we decided to eat in the restaurant at the hotel. its close to the airport, and shuttle bus will pick u up after calling, kinda convenient.

So the hot tub was out. Other than than. GREAT PLACE. They have rooms with patio by the pool and hottub. The restaruant has good food. And they give u a 15% coupon. As it is, the restaruant is priced great. ($7 oamlets,$4 biscuts and gravy). And I ate in my pj's.

Staff was kind, room was very nice!! No extra blanket in room and the hot tub was not working, so those were bum deals, but overall, convenient location, love the shuttle action, nice room-will be staying again!!

This really is the only hotel I stay at when I fly anywhere, they have amazing service, very clean rooms, clean sheets and clean bathrooms. The employees were great with helping me out when i got there. Also their park and fly service is the best, I honestly feel safer leaving my car there for over a week than at the airport parking garage.

Found he room to be just what we needed for the night. room was very clean and the staff was exceptionlly helpful. I will stay ther again when my travel plans call for me to be in Portland.

I grew up in PDX, and have lots of friend and family to stay with, but since I was only in town for a short time, and had a 6am departure, I wanted the convenience of a close hotel. The staff were great at chek in. I asked for a smoking room, and thought I'd indulge in 1 cigarette before bed. I didn't need to smoke, the room reeked of it. The sheets […] were clean, bathroom clean, but when I looked behind the bed for an outlet to charge my phone, was surprised by the amount of ashes on the floor. Are smokers really that nasty? The hotel was reasonable if you need a place to stay on a budget however here are a few drawbacks: 1. No elevator in hotel, despite being a two store complex throughout. Handicap individuals must stay on 1st floor. 2. The wireless internet only worked for a portion of the time and was mostly unreliable. They appear to have a number of different points […] you can connect into, however most don't work and many of my webpages were "timed out" while working during the 3 days I stayed there. 3. No continental breakfast, however there is a restaurant attached to complex. The staff was friendly and very helpful so nothing against them! This hotel was not easy to get to and did not feel safe at this hotel. The room was not clean and beer cans laying on the ground by the door to enter the hotel.
