由 "Vancouver, BC, Canada" 的 Livia Su 於 2012年01月06日留下評價酒店正對面就有shopping mall，剛剛好又在Portland Streetcar free zone的起點，到downtown非常方便又免費。酒店服務人員，包括一樓的餐廳服務人員，連停車場管理員都非常友善。房間隔音很好，空間很大，很乾淨。以後去Portland一定還會住這裡。

"Nice laid-back atmosphere, great service!"

The hotel is located in a very relaxed setting by the river. Rooms and facilities are very clean. Hotel staff are nice and always willing to assist you in anything you need. Be warned though that like all areas in downtown Portland, parking in this hotel is a bit expensive.

We had a great stay at RiverPlace during Easter Weekend. The hotel staff were great and the atmosphere is very friendly and warm. I asked if we could have a goldfish for our room and Sidney arrived shortly thereafter! Great restaurant! RiverPlace is a beautiful place to stay if you're looking for a chill weekend in Portland.

We were unaware that this was Valet Parking only and that the refriderator in our room was locked. And EVERYTHING was an extra expense. There was no movie options on our TV . The staff was very nice, the room clean. But for the costs of the room, can you just allow some simple things for no charge!
Thank you for your review. I would like to apologize that we did not offer you a key to the honor bar. The staff should have informed you if you sign up for our free loyalty program you get to raid the mini bar which is worth $10 of free goodies. We will be installing a movie system this month but in the mean time we offer a huge selection of free DVD’s at the front desk. Again I am sorry that the staff wasn’t informative about this information and I will be sure to share your review with them. Thanks again for your feedback.

This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. We travel 50 days a year, usually stay at choice hotels, and decided to stay here on a whim. Needless to say, it was a Great choice.
