I like the airconditioning of the room.

I originally booked a standard room at the Prince Marco Polo for our party of 3+1 toddler and when I asked to book an extra bed, they offered me a reasonable rate to upgrade to a junior suite with the extra bed free. This made all the difference as we were traveling with our 2 year old for the first time and did not know what to expect. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located next to the Gateway, Harbor City mall and not too far from the MTR stations. Excellent location but the hotel is very OLD. the room needs to be updated. everything looks old. We stayed in a Executive Club level. the service is good but again the room and funitures needs to be updated.

The hotel location is great. It's right next to a very bustling shopping district with many great restaurants within walking distance. There are 3 Marco Polo hotels adjoining the Harbour City mall, this is on the far end of the complex. The hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful. Our room was in desperate need of updating. I believe they were […] updating some of the rooms and just haven't gotten to this floor yet. However our room also had a leaky faucet and a toilet that was weak, although it used (it seems) over a gallon of water to flush every time. Also, I'm a platinum (mid-tier) member of their rewards program, and wasn't given an upgrade. If you're a member of their rewards program, you may need to be more demanding and knowledgeable of your perks. Given the location and hopeful renovation, I would recommend this hotel to others. 詳情

Well, my plane arrived early. This happens with inbound flights from abroad. No room at all. I have to wait 3 hrs in the lobby. But the room is nice and clean that made the wait more bearable.

We have been coming to Hong Kong once a year for at least 30 years and stayed in many 5 star hotels. This is the first stay at the Prince hotel The hotel is located literally within one of the largest shopping centers in Kowloon. We stayed in the Cub floor. Ive stayed at this hotel before. And during my past few trips in hong kong, id stay at d nearby marco polo gateway. So i know what to expect. Sadly, i was a bit disappointed this time. The room that i asked were for twin rooms. since were all guys, we dont want to share a king size bed together. Unfortunately, of the 4 rooms that i booked, only one […] was the twin room. They were renovating this time, so there were some noise in teh morning which was not a problem really since we were out around that time. Am just a bit turned off since housekeeping would start knocking on your door around 9am. Overall, it was stil ok. but it used to be better. and not so worth for its price this time. 詳情

The location is good, rooms w/o wi-fi, universal power adapter not available to borrow, they have it on the room, but you have to buy it! For the price you pay for the room, these two things should be available. Mattress was too hard, the room and furnitures are old, but in good shape. Cleanness was good, staff very friendly.

Good hotel in a handy location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Supermarket just upstairs in the mall which the hotel is attached to which was great (two young children).

The hotel staff is incredible! They helped us find our destinations easily and offered advice whenever they could. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We upgraded our room to include breakfast every morning, and it was well worth it. Breakfast is pricey on an individual basis, but we were offered a great deal by upgrading our room. It was delicious […] and filled us up for most of the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling from the United States. The only downside is that there is a maximum of 3 people per room. Hotel rooms are run down, NEED's updating! The beds were good and sheets too... Pillows were NEW! THANK GOD for that! I hate worn out pillows :-) The locations is great... for shopping, you inside the mall area. So you in the AC at all times! That is a plus at this time of years. It's Hot in Hong Kong... In general hotel staff was very friendly, but at the reception on the executive floor told we had to explain that we had reserved 2 non smoking rooms and not one as they maintained. This situation was silently corrected. My room itself was small but well appointed and looked clean. At night, before going to bed, I had a rather invigorating battle with […] a capricious shower that rapidly alternated between cold and hot, whatever the position of the taps. Fair enough, it got the job done, but on getting into bed, I noticed a faint but rather disagreeable smell coming from the bedding. I thought this could just be my imagination and, not wanting to change rooms at this late hour, I just went to sleep. But during the course of the night I smelled it again and again, even in the morning, as if the sheets had been stored in a garbage bin or something. It reminded me of my good old days in the Soviet Union state-run hotels. I spoke gently about this to the executive floor receptionist who quickly said "sorry" and proceeded to type up something in her computer. On checking with my colleague in the other room, she said she had experienced no such problem, but admitted she was suffering from a cold which severely limited her sense of smell. Chances are this was just a freak incident but I do not intend to find this out for myself by honoring the hotel with a second visit. 詳情

Hotel staff was courteous. I met a lady who works there. I kept on bumping on her in the elevators. She was extremely nice. I think she was the general manager or something. Anyway, we always stay in prince whenever we go to hongkong because of the room size, amenities, breakfast buffet and staff. highly recommended

the only negative thing about this hotel is its price.also, they are still using the ordinary key and has not upgraded to card keys. they only issue 1 key per room which is an inconvenience. other than that, everything was perfect.

It is very convenience location to Piazza San Marco, hotels is very clean and staffs are friend. However, the king bed is not real king size bed, it make up from 2 twins bed, and the matress is too soft, I feel back paints after stayed in the 3 rd night.

Rolig og afslappende atmosfære. Lækker morgenmad, fantastisk med mulighed for lettere servering også om eftermiddagen og før middagen. Aircondition kan betyde stor forskel på inde og udetemperaturer, hvilket er en udfordring for en nordisk gæst. Dog generelt bedre på dette hotel end andre steder i byen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cet hôtel. Le fait d'avoir choisi une chambre avec le service "Continental Club" y fait sûrement pour beaucoup. Cette option donne accès à un salon privé où l'on peut petit déjeuner copieusement et prendre un snack tout au long de la journée. On y rencontre des gens du monde entier et plus particulièrement […] des gens dans le business. Pendant une semaine nous avons été littéralement choyés par le personnel. Il est rare de se souvenir du visage des gens qui vous ont servis et bien moi je peux. Je me souviens de Stéphanie, de Joe, Calvin et des 3 autres personnes. Leur gentillesse, leur prévenance, leur écoute et leurs conseils les ont rendus visibles à mes yeux. Autre point génial : l'hôtel se situe au coeur d'une zone de shopping extraordinaire et à 5 minutes du quai des ferries. Les chambres sont correctes, propres et confortables. Il manque peut-être une petite touche de neuf. Pour cela, il faudrait refaire la salle de bain et mettre du matériel neuf (baignoire, WC, sèche-cheveux). Voilà, j'ai tout dit ! 詳情

香港が、今回、最終地でした、荷物は多くなり、翌朝は6時に香港空港のスケジュールでした。今回クラブフロアーということもあり、クラブフロアーで前日チェックアウトをし、部屋はトランク5個を広げても大丈夫な大きさで、助かりました
