"Not what was stated!"
Traveling with my daughter and her family and they checked in before me. The 1st room they were given was filthy and had to request a different room! That room was ok, but not enough towels for all of us and when I requested some in the morning they stated I would have to wait until their cleaning staff came in at 9 -10 am. I saw them earlier then that […] and requested the towels but they would not give them to me and they had them on their cart. I ended up being late to my grand children's baptism do to this! When we booked the hotel it stated: "The motel serves a complimentary continental breakfast."! What a joke, coffee - small cups, old corn flake - no milk, tiny cream filled chocolate chip cookies & apples! "Budget Inn La Puente features tour/ticket assistance." Where? "Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas." Wi-Fi would not connect on any of our devices! "The front desk is open 24 hours a day." Yes, but what good are they is they can't even provide what you are missing in the room, like towels! No listings provided in the room for the satellite TV service and very hard to find stations to watch!
