The hotel has been recently renovated to a pretty good western style standard, clearly some substantial money and investment has been made. However there are some very unaceptable standards to be found by what should be a 5 star hotel. Arriving at 9pm to be told your room is not ready and won't be for about an hour is just wrong! everyone checking in […] at this time was in the same situation - basically they have a practice of selling rooms for late checkouts/afternoon stays so people can catch teh evening flights. This means that people arriving have to wait until the rooms are ready. Fine, but when a checkin time of 3pm is advertised thats when you should be able to checkin in. I found the fire exit was padlocked with a chain. This apparently is unlocked by staff if there is a fire - ermmm I don't think this is acceptable, especially for a 5 star hotel. Seriously think twice for your sanity and safety at this hotel. 詳情

This is a nice modern hotel, very busy with people enjoying themselves. the room was very comfortable except for the AC; it could have been cooler.

The lobby and hotel restaurant was ok. the rooms were terrible. My room had many problems and they would not fix it for me or change my room. The AC wasn't cooling that well, the TV had only 3 channels, the shower head was broke, the beddings were disgusting. I've never seen stains on hotel pillows before that were this bad and obvious. On top of this, […] the staff would try to cheat you with your bills and add items that you did not purchase. I'm sorry to say for the hundreds of euros a night that i paid, i expect better service and accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel for the price i paid. I definitely felt ripped off. 詳情

Conveniently situated for air travelers. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, not cheap though. The restaurant is attractive and the food is good. The swimming pool is very clean and attractive, surrounded by well-maintained gardens where coconut trees abound!
