"Nice Hotel. Expensive. Not International"
Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月28日留下評價Nice, clean, well decorated Hotel. However staff do not speak good english. I had big trouble in checking in as they refused to give me the 'TWO BEDROOMS' suite which i have booked and clearly stated on the booking confirmation. I was told the price I was paying was only for ' TWO BEDS'. That wasted me 2 hours and i couldn't get my room until my lawyer calling the hotel manager. As a frequet traveller, I could say that the guest relations of this hotel is not meeting the international standard while the price is certainly a 5 star price. Anyhow, the hotel is nice with a well equipped open kitchen in each room. Friendly staff and a safe neighbourhood. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Shopping malls are within 10 mins drive.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable, But, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are no shops or restaurants in walking distance, and to get to any of the neighborhoods important for my work was a R$60 cab ride or above.Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

El hotel en general está muy bien, sin embargo, la ubicación es muy retirada de todos los puntos que en general se visitan para reuniones. Deben arreglar los teléfonos, ya que para servicio al cuarto, recepción, etc., no sirven las teclas del teléfono, sólo se puede llamar a al operadora para que haga el enlace con el servicio requerido.
