Embassy Suites Hotel Alexandria Old Town - 亞歷山卓

Great stay at the Embassy Suites, Old Town. Close to everything. Easy walk to WHOLE FOODS and the metro. If you are heading to old town, the Hotel transport van will take you. They dropped us for dinner and came back and picked us up later in the evening after drinks. Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful.

We were very pleased with our entire stay! The room was spacious, the breakfast delicious and the cocktail reception was a lovely bonus. The staff helped direct us about town and gave great restaurant recommendations. Our only disappointment was not getting to see the complete renovations, everything completed to date was very tasteful.J

Overall I liked the hotel and would stay there again. The tub could have been cleaner and there was mold under the wetbar sink. Wasn't going to use that cabinet anyway. Beds were wonderful and the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was out of this world, worth half the price of the stay right there!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. A few things I would suggest though. When we arrived, there was no bell hop to help us with our luggage. That would have been very helpful. Your hotel was very Family Friendly rooms were spacious,clean. Hotel was close to all the must see sites in DC. Your staff was very helpful. Your breakfast was great a good way to start your day of sightseeing in DC.

Stayed there During Cherry Blossom Fest but they bloomed too early. Hotel was very pleasant in spite of construction, mostly in the background. The Hotel is going through renovations so it wasn't the most pleasant experience. I realize that there are certain things that can't be helped. What we didn't appreciate was having to wait over 45 minutes for extra pillows and a blanket. (3 phone calls.) The breakfast was great, and the wait staff really nice.

Our room was clean, with lots of fluffy towels. But it smelled as if a room deodorizer was sprayed in it. I think I was allergic to it. The smell was unpleasant. Lots of children's groups were staying here over the week-end, making it less appealing. Wi-Fi was expensive to use in your room. The parking deck is full of big concrete columns. This is one of the greatest hotels in DC for location... steps from the Blue/Yellow Line, and surrounded by the Old Town restaurant scene. However, the renovations made it a little uncomfortable to get around (elevator area is messy, and the breakfast was hidden away in a remote bar area). This is a great hotel and super location - easy access to both Old Town and the Metro. There was renovations ongoing during our stay. Our biggest beef was that the parking garage is a joke. The spaces are so tight that the majority of them are practically unsuitable for anything larger than a Smart Car. I FOUND THIS HOTEL TO BE WELL WORTH THE PRICE; THE BREAKFAST IS EXCEPTIONAL AND YOU WILL NOT FIND MORE VALUE IN THE DC AREA. GREAT LOCATION FOR THE METRO (TRAIN/SUBWAY) INTO WASHINGTON AND CLOSE TO THE STORES ON KING STREET. WE WALKED EVERYWHERE.

This is an excellent hotel for vacationers. The included breakfast has options for everyone. You are right across the street from the King Street Metro station, making it easy to get to local attraction. There are also the local attractions of Alexandria, which are within walking distance. The lobby was very pretty. The furniture in the suite was very tattered and uncomfortable. The shower rod was hanging low and the shower curtain was dragging on the bathroom floor and bathtub bottom. The toilet paper holder was broken and the roll kept falling on the floor. The ice machine in the hall was broken. We took a bottle of wine to the atrium […] to share with friends but were told we couldn't have drinks there. There was no bar or restaurant and there were no other people in the atrium. They have a very nice breakfast but if you don't make it down in time there is not a place to get coffee in the hotel. I booked the hotel because I wanted a suite and it was the only one I could find in Old Town. This is an amazing hotel with a warm and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was better than the usual express room breakfast. My son was running the Marine Corp Marathon. We chose the hotel because we were very familiar with the location - directly across from King Street metro - and because the bedroom is completely separate from the living area (not just a "privacy" wall). He needed to get to bed early (like 7:30), while we wanted to stay up later. Everything about the hotel […] was perfect. Check in was very smooth, room clean - and roomy. And, my other son, really enoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was more food - and a good variety - than anyone could ask for. Hot food, not just cereal and pastries. There was also a manager's happy hour, with beer and wine provided and mixed drinks for a small cost, but we did not partake in that. Walking distance to many restuarants, et.... But, most importantly, my son left his wallet and cell phone behind in one of the drawers in the bedroom. He did not realize it until Monday evening (we checked out on Sunday!). LOVED THE WHOLE VISIT! We went next to a Marriott and NO WAY WAS there the value that you gave us!!!!

The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service within a 2 mile radius. My intended destination was just over that mileage; and the hotel manager did not have a problem approving my request. We were dropped off and picked up - it cost much less than a taxi would have (and we generously tipped the driver); and felt 100% safer with this service. Embassy Suites Hotel Alexandria Old Town was great. We stayed there for a friend birthday weekend and we had a blast. Pool and spa pool was great. The breakfast is much better than what I thought it was. It was free but was great!

Hotel room needs some maintenance and updating. The breakfast was very nice. Our bartender (she)was very nice with a good sense of humor. We would stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel. Very convenient to the metro and shopping. There is a grocery store near by and lots of restaurant choices. Will definitely go back.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, above average complimentary breakfast buffet from 7am-10:30am, free shuttle transportation to/from Old Town. Yes, we thought this Embassy Suites was quite a value for a short family trip.

This hotel is in a great location and area. Only thing that I could say bad was the smell of the room. Everything else was above and beyond! Breakfast... staff, etc.
