I would rate this hotel as pleasing. For the price, I thought it was expensive compared other hotels (i.e. Hyatt Place) I have stayed at in Pleasant Hill. The least desirable aspect of this hotel is the location. The hotel is not close to many local eateries. The hotel rooms are spread out. We have stayed at this hotel many times. I checked in and let them know my husband wallet had been stolen but he would be coming by and needing a key. They assured me it would not be a problem as I was to be gone all day. I received a call from my husband that evening saying they refused him a key and that they were very rude. I called the hotel and […] they said just have him come back which was not possible due to him being about 40 minutes away to make a long story short they ruined are vacation and when I talked to the manager he could care less. There were five of us staying in our room at the Residence Inn. The configuration of the room/suite was perfect. We all had plenty of room to relax and get ready in the morning.
