We checked in and were sent to a single King size bed when we had reserved two doubles. My daughter and her husband also stayed and the first room, the air conditioner wasn't working and they sent them up the stars ( my son-in-law is handicaped) to a new room when they could have had the first room we were sent to. there was a water boil emergency and […] we were told when we checked in at 9:15 not to use the water or drink it except to wash in it. My daughter, who is pregnant and checked in a little after 8PM was not told of this and she drank water and made coffee from the tap water the next day. After reading other reviews I felt this was a great options to stay in Harrisburg. I knew going in there was no elevator but I'm used to a 5 floor walk up apt so 3 floors was not a bug desk for me. It was extremely uncomfortable getting ready with my husband. The toilet seat is not suited fir ghe bowl and when you dit on it, it drops to one side. Although the hotel is located In a green area, the room overlooks the roof of the building with air vents and other eye sores. The walls are paper thin and as we had a obnoxious family who took up most of the floor, we could here everything including some throwing up for 30 mins at 7:30am. Great bed - love my sleep number bed! Unfortunately, there was no cart to help me carry my suitcases to the room. Besides, I had to go up/down some steps which was most difficult to get from my car to the room.

although it's a nice hotel, I wasn't lucky. since we arrived the room had a smell of damp. The beds were not comfortable at all. The beds also made me feel like I was sleeping in the shore. It turns out there was a huge leaking in our room and the carpet was absolutely wet. At first I thought it was cold because of the AC. Since the hotel is only two stories high you could hear everything and every kid running on the hallways. The guests upstairs me made noise until 4 am. This hotel was only about 15 minutes away from Hershey Park. It was comfortable with full range of cable t.v. and sleep number beds. A good place to stay if you are visting the area attractions for a night or two.

THE HOTEL HAD SLEEP NUMBER BEDS, WHICH IS A GLORIFIED AIR MATTRESS. THE BED COMPLETELY COLLAPSED AND I WAS SLEEPING ON A HARD BOARD. TERRIBLE SLEEPING EXPERIENCE. I RECOMMEND THAT THEY GET REAL BEDS!!!!!!!!!

This hotel has a nice location near a waterfront with a great view. It was very close to Hershey Park which is where we took the children for the wweekend. The drive was less than twenty minutes coming and going. Downtown area was close to the hotel also. 5 minutes driving. Quiet and serene.

The number beds were not as comfortable as I would have thought. There was a wedding party that the Management Staff could not quite down. I have stayed at this hotel a half dozen times and find it coneninet to Camp Hill and to Harrisburg. The rooms very comfortable and well appointed. This stay, I was given and "executive room" that was recently refreshed and supplied with a refrigerator and microwave which was useful as I brought in take-out food. Hotel needs updating. Has been around for a while, hallway creeks and cracks when walking. Can hear through the walls. But staff was accomadating. Was there for a wedding and ballroom was much nicer then the rest of the hotel. Price was fair.

Room was adequately appointed and nicely decorated upon quick review. Although, it was discovered that the bottom part of the comforter had the entire ribbing/seam ripped out and was completely frayed. There was only one waitress working so our lunch took almost 2 hours to just get soup & sandwiches. Since we had sat there almost 15 minutes waiting for service, we offered to write our own orders down and give them to her to help save some time and she accepted. We got up to get our own drinks. It all worked out in the end. Please be aware there are NO elevators in the hotel. I had a very heavy suitcase and a heavy cooler. It's a long haul up to the third floor.
