A PERFECT stop for our overnight connection in Auckland, a bus collected us from the Airport and dropped us off at 4am the following morning. The staff were friendy and accommodating!

Family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 teens. Stayed at Holiday Inn on the airport locale because of convenience. We had hired a car (a must if you stay here) and used it as a base to travel around the Auckland city and suburban region. Hotel itself was good, staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Restaurant staff particularly so - meals came promptly, generous […] serves, attentive staff. Buffet a little overpriced, but there were alternative dishes with a reasonable variety. Car parking was adequate for the size of the hotel. Internet was priced well and better than most other hotels in the area. Reception was also good. Rooms were spacious and maintained to a good standard. If we needed anything it was provided promptly and graciously. Location as stated is close to the airport so excellent for overnight before flying out, or good for transit passengers. Long-term stay would require your own transport. Would stay here again. 詳情

Our family stayed at the Holiday Inn Auckland Airport and found the service, meals and location suited our requirements well.

The hotel itself is lovely, but since it is close to the airport, it is in a very drab neighborhood. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, but nothing spectacular.

Hotel was as expected but a bit further from airport than I thought it would be and they charge for their shuttle

Booking this hotel at a good rate at the last minute IE the day before I flew to Auckland to attend a work function at the Rugby World Cup was extremely satisfying The service of staff was efficient and friendly and the courtesy bus got me to and from the airport reliably New Zealand beat France in the rugby as well so everbody was happy!

The customer service was good when I checked in and checked out. The room was so clean and tidy. The staff was so helpful to guide me when I needed help. Must stay there as now when ever I am with my family in Auckland, we will stay there.

The hotel is very clean and convenient if you are in town on a business trip and have meetings only at the hotel. If you are having to travel outside of the hotel into the city, this hotel is awful. There is nothing around as far as shops and restaurants, so you are stuck having to pay the high prices for hotel food for every meal. The bus into the […] actual city of Auckland is a pain, and the cab ride is ridiculously expensive. Any money you think you would be staying on initial hotel costs you will more than double that in money spent on transportation and eating. Maybe even triple. VERY CONVENIENT. GOOD FOOD, GOOD SERVICE.VERY ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY STAFF

Check-in was swift and our room was nice. We had booked overnight with breakfast, but there seemed to be some confusion and we were told otherwise - despite showing them our booking confirmation. On checking out of the hotel we decided to argue our case, in view of being charged $30 for a couple of cold drinks and a snack that we had from the breakfast […] bar. My friend and I missed our flights from christchurch so needed a hotel close to the airport that was cheap and cheerful. We booked the holiday inn as it was within 5km's to the International airport and were not expecting much. We were actually quite pleasantly surprised. Aside from the location which was what we expected (in the middle of nowhere) […] the hotel was pretty impressive. The staff were friendly and cordial, the rooms themselves were clean and modern. A plasma screen TV welcomed me to a nice large bed (which after 5 weeks of slumming it in hostels was a great change). I've since stayed in a 4 star hotel in Vegas but the hotel room in the MGM didn't compare to this. This hotel had a number of upsides. the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Nice large beds and quite spacious rooms with the usual en suite facilities. It sounds silly but from the shower (nice and powerful) to the TV to the bed to the space offered I really liked this hotel. The decor was quite modern. The Hotel offered a shuttle to the airport which ran every 30 minutes which was a good cost saving but beware if it's not included in your bill it costs 10 dollars (but still cheaper than a taxi). The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay if you are waiting on a connecting flight (which we were) but not really suitable if you are looking for somewhere to visit Auckland. The location was also quite out of the way so there were very little facilities to get food from or do things. There is a hotel restaurant and room service menu in operation but both were alittle pricey and the room service carried a 5 dollar charge. Overall I'd highly recommend the hotel as it had an 11am checkout and the shuttle was a great feature but if you are visiting auckl like I said earlier and want to take in some sights I'd opt for something closer to the city centre :) 詳情

Excellent place to stay. Close to the airport with shuttle service that was good and reliable. Excellent bed and mattress with nice sheets.
