We arrived hotel a bit lat on the day, but the front desk service very helpful and quickly done all check-in, we were in the room just less than 10 mins. But the parking service from hotel not enough, should arrange more long-term parking space to check-in guest if never known or pre-book on the internet. Overall, hotel is good and convenience

This is THE hotel to stay at prior to a flight from SEATAC. Located just across the street from the airport. Suberb, very friendly staff, and large rooms with all the amenities. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Close to our son's apartment and despite being on a main street and across the street from the airport, it was quiet and we rarely if ever heard any airplane noise! We could easily find our way around. Nicely renovated. Quiet indoors. Didn't hear any neighbors. Staff friendly. Not happy about paying additional parking fee. The acoustics in the rbg bar […] and grill were awful. Noise bounced off floors/walls/etc. We wouldn't return to eat there just because of that. The wait staff was kind. We stayed one night and booked an hour before arrival. Rate was very competitive and the property was modern, clean and had a nice restaurant. Prices at restaurant are high but there are other restaurants near by. Access to rental car companies and airport is excellent and there was no overhead airplane noise. as you would expect for an airport hotel - reception quick and easy, i turned up at 10.00am and was allowed to check into my room. rooms were fine, bar was fine. hotel really easy to get to and the best part is that it less than a 5 minute walk to the terminal.

This hotel is badly in need of maintenance. The whole feeling of the place is negative. To make it worse, one of two elevators was not working, and the other stopped at each floor regardless of the buttons pushed. There are lots of better choices around the Seattle airport.

Originally just looking for a place to crash for the night to catch a plane early in the morning, I wasn't expecting much because the area of SeaTac isn't really all that nice. This hotel was amazing! Everywhere was beautiful details and friendly staff AND they had a pool (not even the local Hilton has that). The hotel obviously went through a recent refurbishment and was comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice. The overall rating of 3 is due to the fact I was charged $10 to park my rental car overnight, and the Sleep Number bed was broken making it less than optimally comfortable.

Great location if you arrive late or need to depart Sea-Tac early. 1.5 miles to rental return, free shuttle to / from the terminals 24/7. The sleep number beds SUCK...at least I know I dont like them now (not a ding on the Radisson, just their bed choice). Wish they had free continental breakfast and a fridge / microwave in the room. Hotel across street from airport. Shuttle picked up only after waiting a few minutes. Room clean. A/C not that great, I like room very cold when I sleep, turned A/C on high, but still didn't make room that cold. Not sure if the hotel is working on improving itself or if it's letting itself slide. They had new carpeting (which smelled like new carpet still). But one of the lights by the bed didn't work. There is mildew up above the shower on the ceiling (a pet peeve of mine), and the ice machine on that floor was 'out of order'. When I went downstairs to ask […] about ice, they told me I would have to go to the next floor to get ice but then when I showed my exasperated face, they went and got ice from the kitchen for me. I was very pleased with our stay at the Radisson, but was the elevator is very, very slow. The room was comfy and clean. It is the closest hotel to SEA-TAC airport, it is actually within walking distance. It is actually across the street from the airport exit. This hotel is undergoing renovation - right now it is depressing and definitely not a 3 star hotel. The interior is grungy, very few people and it is not hard to see why.

I only stayed there for one night (Friday) as I had to take an early morning flight (Saturday) and I'm from Vancouver, British Columbia. I arrived just before midnight; two hours later than planned due to the long border line up and downtown Seattle having bizarre traffic light issues. The front desk person was very kind and knowledgeable. I explained […] the situation with my QuickShuttle schedule from Vancouver to Sea-Tac and asked if there were any restaurants nearby (I wanted to avoid getting a taxi to the nearest fast food drive-thru). He explained the 13 Coins restaurant and their menu in great detail and suggested their top food and drink choices - and also the type of food I should get if I was getting up to take my flight a few hours later. Bedroom was very well kept; the bed board I requested didn't go through but only because I think they gave me an extra firm mattress for my bad back. That or I just completely overlooked the bed board. Either way, the bed was firm just as I asked for. Everything was in spotless condition. The one downside was that their shuttle (complimentary) took just over 30 minutes to arrive when the person on the phone said it would arrive in 10 minutes. I was freezing cold waiting for the shuttle (it was just past 11 p.m. at this point) BUT! It doesn't get much more convenient than being across the street from the airport (I could literally see the hotel from the terminal windows when I got off the plane), and a very safe and walkable 2 blocks from light rail. I used the shuttle several times and was quite pleased with the courteous and prompt service. The gym and pool looked quite appealing. […] I was in one of the remodeled rooms, which was very nice once I figured out how to use the sleep number bed. :-) Chairs and matress were comfortable, and the TV was very big for a king room. Wifi was fast and simple to access, but it would ask me to re-authenticate after each time my iPad went to sleep. Due to weather and needing to work on some paperwork I ordered in room service on my last night, the seafood fettucini was tasty, hot, and arrived faster than promised. The room doors looked a little bumped and scuffed and the clock radio didn't want to allow me to change to a buzzer setting (not a huge problem as I typically use a cell phone alarm and a wake-up call). I asked the front desk for advice on some local sights I was visiting before and after my meeting as well as the best time to head to the airport for my early flight, they were quite helpful and friendly. I didn't get a chance to visit either the bar or restaurant, but both looked well-kept and appealing. My husband and I hope to visit the PNW again this summer for a vacation, and will definitely be staying at the Raddison! 詳情

And they have a pool that is available from 5am to 11pm and is for free. Big pluses: seconds from the airport, quiet room and very comfortable bed and linens. Big negative: the wake up call didn't work, even though we asked for it at the desk when we checked in and called from the room to confirm. System error apparently, but no apology. I have stayed at this facility for many years because it is convenient and very close to the airport. Recently I have noticed a decline in the condition and upkeep of the hotel eg. signage in the elevators that have been removed leaving holes in the elevator walls, Large cardboard boxes in front of the elevator doors.
