the hotel was fine...the staff helped us out in a very friendly manner and the noon checkout time was great! thanks!

my husband and i stayed here for a mini staycation, and it was awesome. the breakfast each morning was amazing, our bed wasn't rock hard, and there were a variation in pillow firmness. The bedding didn't look tacky, and it was just great. I wish there had been room service though. even without it, we were right next to about 7 different restaurants […] and within a few blocks of the mall and river front park. definitely will be staying there again 詳情

we were given a nice clean room even though we had a big furry dog with us. Usually we get the dirty and smelly room all the way in the back. the chocolate chip cookies that awaits you during checking in is delicious.

The staff was great. The rooms were a bit dated, but clean. Can't do much about the surrounding neighborhood. The beds were a bit small. The most annoying thing was the extra person charge of $20. We had 4 people in a room with two queen size beds. Not very happy about that.

Overall quality of experience was very good. Location was great. Room was very comfortable. Cleaning staff was not thorough when cleaning the bathroom between the first and second nite of our stay.

I was attending for a conference at the convention center, and it was such a quick walk! The price can't be beat in the area

My wife and I live in a small Idaho town. We're both from the city and go to Spokane to get our "City Fix". We have stayed at the Travelodge before and loved it. Rooms were great, close to the Convention Center and town. This time the hallway smelled so strong of cleanser it was sickening. The place just felt dingy and dirty. Gone way downhill since […] our last stay. If you have gotten a new manager lately, fire him. There's no reason for such a great place to crash so rapidly. AND those new really thin blankets looked like horseblankets and kept falling off the bed. Come on, we used to love this place and we convinced half the people in our little town to stay there! 詳情

Within a block of a Chillies and Azteca Restaurant. Across the street from the Riverwalk Park, which is a nice area to take a walk.

This is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel. It is a great place to stay. It is close enough to the walk to the Broadway plays and other shopping. The breakfast is great. I recommend it.

I was pretty dissapointed with our stay here. I didn't see anything about animals (which is fine) other that I really don't like my baby walking around on pee stains and finding dog food laying around in random places in our room.

Travel Lodge near the Spokane Convention Centre. I stayed one night, the room was very comfy, clean and convenient. The only thing was that there were not enough blankets for the beds. I would have liked a duvet, Although you could put the heating on, but I prefer to sleep in a cool room with an extra blanket. That's more of a personal choice. Very difficult to find due to the one way system. There is a tourist info place nearby so if you can get that on the map it might help. We wanted to cash some American Express Travellers Cheque at reception. The Receptionist asked how much we wanted $100? She said she could not cash that amount $50? No again. How much could she cash? She then said she […] could not cash them. What a waste of time and not a good first impression. The room though was above expectation with a small kitchen area. A Chilli restaurant directrly opposite. Being disabled I found the room easily accessible just a shame about the first impression. 詳情

This hotel is in a convenient location to downtown Spokane, but the evening staff is not very friendly. We did not have a working refrigerator or a microwave. When we asked why not, we were told not all rooms have these amenities, and we would have to wait for the next day to get a room with a working fridge/microwave. The vanity counter was crowded […] with the coffee pot, leaving little room for a toothbrush and contact lens solution. Toilets are hard to flush and very loud/startling. The hallway smelled like popcorn and air freshener; the air freshener smell was even stronger in the room. The location is good, very convenient, but there are 4 other hotels within sight - I'll stay in one of them next time. 詳情

O.K. it's not a 5 star hotel but for the price I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff. When I'm in Spokane in the future I'll be sure to stay there again.

We booked four rooms for eight ladies attending the Women of Faith conference in the Arena. We were very happy with the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked to the conference through the river park and it was beautiful. Breakfast was ample and we were always able to find a table. Chile's restaurant is next to the hotel but there […] are many good places to eat nearby. All the ladies were impressed and would stay here again when next in Spokane. TL by convention center is a good deal for location, services, and price-pet fee allows dog to vacation with family. YEA! Desk service is excellent and breakfast and cookies-GOOD stuff!

We had a wonderful time. Most things we were going to look at (like the Loof Carrousel at Riverfront Park) were within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The Breakfast was very good. The personell were friendly and helpful. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Travelodge - starting with a nice, big lobby, indoor parking, gym, large clean rooms and a decent breakfast, all with a good location and cost. I've stayed at quite a few Travelodge hotels and this is definitely a cut above the rest.

Two things made me choose this hotel: location, and the fact that the management responded to customer reviews with grace and genuine concern for what they thought. Still, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The people were great. Every thing was good in the room except the pillows, which were too firm (read - "VERY hard"). A friend and I stayed one night at this hotel and the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The front desk was very helpful and it was really nice to have the safety of a parking garage. The only thing I think that I would have liked is for the price that we payed was to have a pool. Other than that it was a great hotel to stay in!

VERY difficult to find as the one way system is a nightmare. Do not rely on print outs from any journey sights but get a street map that shows all the one way streets. Reception not very helpful when requested to use Travellers cheques - she asked how much we wanted before saying she could not do them????? Caught a show at the Arena and had a excellent stay.

I have stayed here a couple times and it is great for the money. I would stay here or the Fairbridge if you want clean and comfortable but this is a better location.

We stayed the night after a long exciting day at Silverwood. Excellent value for downtown Spokane. The room was clean and staff very friendly. The parking garage is quite small but we were given a pass to the well lit market just behind the building. Continental breakfast is available in the am too.

Ok, I read all the other reviews and decided to book this hotel because it seemed like the best compared to others in the area for around the same money. I was really happy and stayed again with them 2 days later! Love the secure parking garage and the breakfast was a nice treat (cute young gal working the counter)

In three months I have stayed at the Travelodge twice. First time in Long Beach, CA and this time in Spokane, WA. This place is not the Ritz or the Westin...but it is the Travelodge. A very nice and comfortable place to stay. The staff is friendly and courteous...ready to help. The lobby is clean and pretty cozy with a fireplace in the sitting area. […] My room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean too. The room was pretty quiet...I couldn't hear anything. Note...it is a pet friendly hotel. Just remember for the price...it was well worth it. There's a couple of restaurants nearby and there's an organic store next to the Travelodge. It is right across the street from the convention center. The downside to this place...parking!!! There is just a lack of parking. For as many rooms there are in this hotel, you'd expect more parking. Sidenotes....they serve warm cookies in the evening and there is brunch. 詳情

I wAs Surprise at the Close proximity to the riverside mall. Clean and quiet for the price and they are pet friendly.

The woman at the front desk was very welcoming upon arrival, greeting us with a hello and friendly smile. When I asked to see a room in advance to see if my mom's wheelchair would fit through the bathroom door I was offered an accessible room with two beds. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was very good with a selection of cereal, fresh cinnamon […] rolls, a toast station, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt and a waffle station. The staff in the breakfast area was friendly and everything was well stocked. When housekeeping forgot to leave coffee or shampoo for a second night, the gentleman at the front desk was quick to provide what we needed. The downtown location was within walking distance of many restaurants and the neighborhood felt safe when walking at night. I would not hesitate to stay there again. 詳情

Stopped in for one night, so few expectations. I would stay for multiple days now that I've been. Great staff, comfy beds, close to everything downtown, and pretty good free breakfast. I was hesitant to try another Travelodge after a bad experience at one elsewhere, but this one changed my mind.

Very reasonably priced, conveniently located near Riverfront Park and right across the street from the Spokane Convention Center. This place is perfectly located for applicants taking the summer Washington State Bar Examination. Right across the street, much better rates than other nearby hotels/motels.

Hotel was nice but VERY noisy. We were on the 4th floor, above a very busy street, and even with a sleep machine the traffic was audible--except between 2-4 a.m.

We thought this would be a good choice, given that it's right across from the convention center. But no, it's NOT a good choice! We had reserved an "Executive King Suite" ... well, it's NOT a "suite"! It's just a normal room, but happens to have a balcony. Here's the list of issues we had: 1. Broken TV - only got channels 2 and 3! Front desk had no […] suggestions. 2. Broken screen door on balcony - almost fell into parking lot. Maintenance had to come up and fix it so we could sit on the balcony 3. HORRIBLE pillows - thin, worn, and hard 4. Very loud location - tons of heavy traffic noise and thin walls 5. Almost no hot water - our showers were just luke warm, even at full hot setting 6. Air conditioning didn't work - front desk had no suggestions 7. The "free breakfast" was very poor - more like a Motel 6 8. Dirty carpets, overall very worn out condition of rooms and hotel I rarely leave a "bad" review at Hotels.com - but I honestly want to steer folks away from this place. It was a miserable stay to say the least, with a staff whom just didn't care. We won't be staying here again. 詳情

The Travelodge Spokane hotel is quite dates and doesn't appear to have been updated recently. Breakfast was "ok" but not great. If you wanted water you had to go to the water fountain. The staff wasn't overly helpful during check-in either.
