HOtel is conveniently located and the price paid was very reasonable, service was good, location convenient.The only drawback was the room was quite small. from the reservations of J. C.

I was with my wife and carred two suitcase.There was barly any room to walk.Rooms were too small and the bath rooms was ok.TO pricey.

The hotel was nice. I had a very small room, but it did the job. The room and the hotel in general were clean and the staff helpful with a couple of queries I had. I found the location useful as the hotel was just a very short walk from the Metro.

Comfortable hotel. Staff helpful but not proactive.Had to ask specifically and replies were adequate but no elaboration or alternative suggestions eg to attractions, transport , types of restaurants. Great location to shops ,night market , food and MTR (10min walk to Jordan MTR station).Free internet but often had to wait.

Had a great stay, walking distance to 2 metro stations as well as the night markets, and various day markets. Only downfall was the price for Wifi, which was ridiculously expensive, was only valid for 24 hours and could only be used in the lobby. They did have free use of the internet on PC's in the lobby though.

Close to all must see sights. Free Internet and Airport Shuttle. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. We will be ookin again when we come next year 2012.

This hotel had great value for its price. I had a great view from my very comfortable room on the 13th floor. The room was fairly well insulated from the noise from the street. The gym is well-furnished with a full rack of weights, several weight machines and several cardio machines. Great location, comfortable rooms, great staff, good on-site eateries.. What more could you want? Recommend the "Club" room with the curved wall of glass window. Only complaint is the charging for internet access... For the room price it should be free.

This is basically a 3.5 star hotel in the Jordon are of Kowloon. Room are small, and they charge HKD 130 for internet service over a 24-hour period, which I find expensive. These are the two main negatives. However, it is fairly well located and overall the hotel is clean and well maintained. It also has a gym which is well equipped for it size. An […] outdoor pool is also available. Across the street is a stop for airport buses as well as free buses that connect you to the Airport Express train, which is cheap and faster. For breakfast I didn't eat at the hotel, but chose to dine at the nearby HK-style diners. If you don't need a big breakfast and are on a budget, this is the way to go. The nearest MTR station is about 5-10 minutes away. Nathan Road, a main street lined with shops, is right next to it. So from the location point of view it is pretty good. 詳情

Standard large sized corporate type hotel.

The Hotel was well located just a few minutes walk from the MTR. Excellent friendly service, and well priced choice of restaurants within the hotel. The "can do" button on the phone was a very clever and efficient way of dealing with any concerns that we had. For this price, you really cant expect anymore.

This hotel had it all. Right on Nathan Road in the heart of it all. Shopping, restaurants, markets, all on your doorstep. After all the dreadful comments about hotel in hong kong, i was skeptical about getting a decent hotel. This Hotel however, turn out to be surprisingly beautiful. The hotel was very modern on the inside out. This hotel put the icing on top of our honeymoon experience.

I had a the most awesome 4 days in hong kong and a bit part of it is the hotel the staff were very friendly everything was fast and efficient and they made me feel like i was at home away from home will definately recommend to family and friends and next time when im in hong kong ill be stayin in the same hotel.

Highly recommendable having seen others hotels in HK. Completely new, very clean, helpful staff, good buffet with all types of food. Modern room although small but is HK and I was not expecting more. Internet very expensive in the room but worked fine

The hotel charge customer HK$30 per luggage per day if you need to leave luggage there. Other hotels which I stayed before were free of charge.

I liked the hotel and the staff .. The breakfast was really nice and so was the ambience .. however it would be great if the hotel could upgrade their tv chanels & entertainment...as i was stuck in the hotel one day & the tv channels were very limited. But loved every thing about the hotel..would definitely recommend my frens and family ..

Overall of staying @Eaton hotel was quite ok, unless room size was a bit small. Location is near night market & mtr jordan station as well as you can find 7/11, starbuck and something to eat nearby.

Well situated, close to all transport. Hotel has free shuttle from the Airport, great. No free internet, do have 5 computers for guests to use but these can be crowded. Clean modern hotel.

We booked Deluxe room at incredibly cheap price, knowing the location and the condition of the hotel. The staffs are excellent and know what to do. Not clueless. Very good hotel - in a good location. Staff very helpful.

Easy to get to, close to temple and temple street, right off the main shopping road in Kowloon and down the street from the post office, we give the Eaton Smart a thumbs up! And on the top floor, a pool for those days when you need some water if it isn't raining. We'd go again.

Was expecting a small room with minimum facilities. Had a pleasant surprise when we checked in, room was sufficiently spacious and cosy. Hotel was well situated on Nathan street for shopping as well as the night markets. It was very clean and modern. Serice was excellent. Our room for 3 adults was upgraded for our comfort and use of free internet was a lovely addition to the hotel service.

The reception was very slow, staff was slow too, over other service was good, great location, nice price.

Overall a decent experience were it not for the incredibly uncomfortable beds. Super firm to the point that I had to sit in the chair while in the room. So, if you have a bad back,or don't want one the next day then look for another hotel. Size is small of course but I think it's to be expected in hk.
