The room was comfortable and convenient. Took a bit to get use to the parking arrangement. Unfortunately, our room was on a street opposite a raucous night club on Saturday night. Would try for a different room if I return on a Saturday.

Beautiful place downtown - will stay again

I stayed at this hotel due to a conference at the Civic Center. Very convenient with skyways to the center and places to eat during my stay. The only negative I can think of is that there wasn't a decent coffee shop around to grab a coffee in the morning.

First off, the hotel staff was very friendly. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and greeting. We were offered an upgrade from a queen room to a king suite for a very nominal charge, which we gladly accepted. The staff was very helpful in explaining how the adjoining parking ramp worked with the in/out privileges and everything else. Our suite was […] very nice with the bathroom being decorated in natural stone and other nice fixtures. The suite also had two new flat panel HD TVs which was very nice and useful and an in-room jacuzzi. The rest of the hotel and room, however definitely looks worn and dated. I would say that detracted some from the ambiance and nice feeling, but for what we paid, it met my expectations. If I'm traveling in the area again, I would definitely consider visiting again. 詳情

overall very satisfied with the hotel. it was very clean and the rooms were spacious. the sleep # bed was not working properly, that was the only bad thing about the room. other than that, I would go there again and recommend it to others.

Very pleased with everything from the bed( clean comfortable), to the soap (Smelled wonderful). Room service (fast good), free internet, Proper desks in rooms(adjustable chairs), employees all had great attitudes. All a breath of fresh air. Thank you!!! You made travel comfortable.

Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Good buffet and nice pool. Very close to the convention center, so that was a plus. Sleep comfort beds were sublime.

Le St. Germain Suites Hotel in St. Cloud is a very nice hotel located in an area working very hard at improving the look of itself. There are new buildings coming up all around. It is located at the end of downtown and near many bars and small dining establishments. The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms and staff were very nice.

pluming in fiirst room was bad so we were move to a second room, room had a hot tub but no heat it was 6 degress outside and cold in the room i could not believe this dont think i will stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The atmosphere was pleasant from the jazz playing softly as I entered the building to the helpful staff. My room was extremely comfortable and pleasant. I really enjoyed the furnishings especially the sofa/suite setup. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was great. Great service.

We were at a convention there and I stayed here instead of the Kelly Inn where the convention was at and not only was it cheeper but everyone couldnt believe how nice and big everything was. We are not haveing our convention at that hotel next year, I hope they choose the Radisson!!

The prices could not be beat. Nice clean and friendly staff. Loved the comfort of the beds!!

The hotel was very nice. An older hotel that has been well maintained. The staff was very accomidating and polite.

The staff at the st. cloud radisson was exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. I'd stay there again in a flash. loved it. didn't want to leave in the morning.

the hotel was easy to get to. the staff was excelent once we got into room the staff from the front desk called the room to make sure everythink was ok in the room.and also gave the pass-word for when i hooked up my laptop.the room had the sleep number beds which i have never slept on and don't want to again i ended up sleeping on the couch.because […] i could not get comfortable. my brother had no problem so i didn't call to ask if there was any thing else besides it was 2:30 am when i moved to the couch. next time i will make sure that there are not sleep mumber beds . but i also got excited when i seen them in the room because i wanted to try one. i would stay in this hotel again if they have room without those beds 詳情

Sleep number beds did not work properly and were not comfortable.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, you can tell it is an older hotel because we had a non-smoking room and it wreaked like an old smokey room. I got used to it pretty quick. I would still stay here again but you should be aware that a non-smoking room might be non-smoking but still smells like a smoking room.

EXCELLENT hotel to stay in the downtown St. Cloud area. I booked a Queen, 1 Room Suite, and was extremely satsified. The room had a sleep number bed, seperate room for the bathroom, desk, couch, coffeemaker, fridge, microwave, and free wireless internet access. The room was comfortable and very roomy. I am staying in the same type of room again in a […] couple of weekends. I stayed the previous weekend at the Best Western Kelly Inn, located across the street. While that hotel was $5 less per night and situation along the Mississippi River, it in no way compared or even came close to the Radisson. My advice, spent the few extra dollars and stay at the Radisson. 詳情

Pros: Hotel was good, the room was cleaned and tidy. The staff gets great review. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful - from the front desk to the kitchen staff. Cons: The room had a strong soap smell that I didn't really like, that took a few minutes to get used to. Also, the automatic front door was broken. I felt it was a bit pricey considering that my door lock was very picky about how it wanted to unlock, shower was pretty pitiful, drapes hung over the heater so it created a bit of a melting smell when the heater was going, there was a nightly parking fee and the parking garage was poorly marked (shared space with parking for nearby buildings).

The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing was that the downtown area is not a good place to stay with young children because of all the bars and drinking that goes on in the streets, but if that is your thing then it is walking distance to all kinds of bars.

Outstanding hotel. Select comfort beds are awesome. Customer service was excellent. Parking for 4.00 and valet service. I couldn't ask for more.
