"Dirtest Hotel"
Circus Circus by far the worst hotel that we have ever stayed. We paid for a mini suite, and we got a filthy room, with old dirty furniture, a very old dirty tv with a remote control that did not work. We requested a new room and the answer was we have no rooms available and all we could get was white sheets to cover de furniture to be able to seat […] down. "Well, the Price Was Good"
We were a little upset that the Midway was not open as many hours due to it not being during summer vacation. It was the main reason we stayed at the hotel, for the kids to have fun. Checking in went well, quick and easy. We had to pay for Wifi though, we hadn't at any other hotels. The rooms could really use updating. The beds are not really that comfortable. […] The bathroom was spacious, however we had to push a little bar of soap under the tub drain to keep it up while showering, it kept pushing down and filling up with water. "Yuck!"
I booked the room but my husband checked in one day prior to my arrival, not knowing what type of room I paid for. He was given a very dirty, smoking, standard room, instead of the non-smoking delux room I had paid for. "This place sucks!!!"
The rooms are so outdated and our room smelled like a dead animal was in it. Called front desk to get another room but was told they were sold out. "Very satisfied with the choice"
Was great to have this hotel connected to the El Dorado and the Silver Legacy. That gave many restaurants to choose from, along with different types of entertainment. I wish they had someone that could help you with what you were looking for. I spoke with someone at the bell desk, and he had no clue where I could go for the restaurant that I was looking […] for. "Won't be going back"
Not a good experience. First the hotel had no record of our Hotels.com reservation. They were not interested in our confirmation #. The desk clerk said that unless we had made our Hotels.com reservation days in advance they would not have it! We wasted a lot of time before they found our reservation. The room was old. "in a good location"
I felt that our stay at your hotel was fair. My family was disappointed with no pool. The buffet was only open on the weekends, we were there on monday and tuesday. The rooms were clean but not luxuries. As far as the casino, it was very hard to get a drink while gambling. "Great place to stay!"

"Can't beat the price and location."
For downtown Reno you can't beat the price and convenience. Only downside if you are there to enjoy some adult time and relax, try another hotel down the road.
