Hotel security use the spare key to open my door at 2:30am because of mistake. Very terrible experience.

This hotel & the staff are orrible!!! My vehicle was broken into. The window was smashed & my personal property was stolen. After discovering what happened I went inside to talk the desk clerk & I was told that they already knew about it 12 hrs early but they had no idea who the vehicle belonged to!! Are you kidding me? I stayed for four nights during a conference at a nearby hotel, and actually spent $30 per night less than the group rate offered by the company for our conference. The staff and service were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed waffles every morning from their complimentary breakfast bar (which impressively had eggs, fresh fruit, bagels and pastries, […] yogurt, cereal, some sort of sausage, and coffee each day). I did utilize their complimentary shuttle during my stay, and thought the room and bathroom were clean&up to date, having both a refrigerator and microwave. My only question was about cable tv in the room which I never figured out after sifting through a lot of on demand and pay per view, but then I didn't ask for help so I probably wasn't too invested in it anyhow. It worked out well for us. The amount of available parking was not quite sufficient, but the staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good, and we would happily stay there if needing an overnight near LAX again.

Except for the neighborhood, this hotel was A+++++++! Close to LAX, rental car turn in and gasoline, it made our return flite very easy. Nice location for airport or freeway access as well to LAAFB. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator are very convenient. The Hotel is nothing to look at on the outside, the lobby just ok, the halls a bit dreary but the rooms are wonderful! beds too hard. pillows too high and uncomfortable. No matter which floor you end-up the airplanes fly over this hotel and it feels like it was going to fall on top of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. I don't know why people said the neighborhood is sketchy. I thought it was just fine and wasn't scared at all. The room was very comfortable and it has been nicely renovated so it has a modern look. The bathroom was very nice. Free breakfast. Can't say one bad thing about this place.

Excellent room (better than I expected) , air conditioner a little bit noisy. I waited for more than 1 hour for the shuttle in the airport. (Very disappointing) Shuttle for the check out on time without problems. I spent only one night and the people at the front desk were solicitous.

For a good night sleep near LAX this place is good value. Super comfy bead. Only minus was the 25 minute wait for the shuttle.

I booked one night stay. We arrived 11pm at night. After washing, arranging packages, we found the bed sheets were dirty and had black pellet, and hair on it. The coverlet and sheets were wrinkled. Apparently they did not change the coverlet and sheets. I called the front desk, he was very rude, and said very rudely "what's wrong with the bed? what's […] wrong with the bed?". I asked him to come up to see the bed, he said "I have no time....". After several round of arguing, a security guard was sent to see the bed. He confirmed the unchanged bed, and changed to another room. Though the new room's bed was a little bit better. We don't want to change to another hotel. So stayed very uncomfortably. However, I have to say, the bathroom is very clean, other features in the room also good, with microwave, refrigerator, free wireless, free parking, free breakfast with a lot of choice. Good value for the money. Breakfast was very good. Expected a continental breakfast, but it included hot items. Only inconvenience was the shuttle wait, but that was only minor.

The hotel is convenient to many freeways. Close to airport and beaches. The underground parking was great. The breakfasts were good. No surprise. Hotel is a bit old, in another life it might have been a Holiday Inn. The actual room was better than expected, recent remodel, flat TV. It is in an industrial area near the LAX. I have spent two separate nights here, and it was a very good place to stay. Clean, modern, and decent service. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I had an early morning flight from LAX. The hotel was well-located. The room was comfortable. Staff were gracious. Wouldn't recommend if you were wanting to hang out in LA, but great for proximity to the airport. Reasonable rates. No parking charges like some other airports closeby. Safe. Friendly. Nice breakfast.

Convenient location, nearby convenient store and McDonald. Have airport shuttle bus which may save lots of money reasonable price

I missed a flight and needed a hotel close by due to a 6:00 am departure and they were perfect. Recently remodeled apparently. Very clean and modern look to the rooms and the shuttle service to LAX runs almost all night. Very convenient! Would use them again!

Even though the planes fly right over, you don't hear them because the rooms have double windows.

We stayed here prior to a morning flight at LAX. It was right off of the interstate and easy to find.Parking was in a garage below the hotel, safe and convenient. The location of the hotel, per a local resident, is on the "right" side of the interstate as the area around the airport tends to be a little industrial and the neighborhoods "spotty". The heating unit quit working in the first room we were in (worked when we arrived, stopped when we went out for dinner). Shuttle to and from airport is a plus. If you arrive after 11:00pm you'll need to get a cab, which they will reimburse. Great breakfast! Elevator was down for a day and 1/2

The place is good. The rooms are excellent. But the surrounding lighting is not very good.

The service we received was excellent, The pick up shuttle from the airport was there right away after a call to the hotel. Rooms clean and very comfortable staff very accomendating.

I didn't know what to expect on NYE but the hotel took efforts to keep the parties out and the noise down. I am a woman and was staying by myself and I felt safe. My stay was quiet, safe, comfortable and clean. Great price too! Also, the freeway was right around the corner and only a couple of exits away from Manhattan Beach (my favorite beach). For being a 2.5 star hotel, the overall condition was well-maintained. The room was very clean and well decorated. The heater in my room was a little loud so we had it off during sleep time. Good thing it wasn't too cold. The only problem we had was parking spot. We understand there could be more people than usual on New Year's Eve. We were in the area for a wedding and needed a couple of rooms near the airport. I was a little hesitant to book near the airport because of the neighborhood and the noise.
