我和媽媽一起去住的 我們帶了很多行李過去 但第一天的房間很小 光行李就塞滿了房間 第二天去跟服務人員換一間大一點的房間 他說"今天已經沒有了,但是明天會有一間可以給我們" 於是第三天我們就換到了一間非常大又舒適的房間 重點是,不用加額外的費用! 服務人員態度真的很棒=ˇ= 而且飯店的交通位置很好 去那裡都近 正前方就是地鐵站 是間非常棒的飯店!

The HoteI just beside Hertz, convenient for who want to return car and stay at Boston. Also near by 2 major Garden & Part, Strongly recommend who like garden to stay in here, also very near subway entrance, I will alwsys use this Hotel when visit Bosten.

Room was small, cramped, old and run down. Toilet was so close to the wall that you had to sit on it sideways with your feet in the shower. Reminded me of a 3 star hotel in France.

Absolutely lovely hotel....truly beautiful in the structure and "old world" charm. This isn't a fancy room, its a beautiful room. The room was comfortable, but smaller than typical hotel rooms. Its just a testimony to the beautiful hotels of the past where the rooms were warm and inviting. I loved the hotel, would surely stay again.

Convenient location and pleasant staff. Room was TINY! The marble bathroom advertised only had a marble shelf. Coffee enough for two cups we had four in our party. Overall disappointed, especially for the money I paid. I would not stay again.

When booking on the internet, a person should not be able to book a double bed if there are two people. There is absolutely no place to put luggage. It should kick it out indicating that the room is smaller than a european room. Rooms are ok-very old and cleanliness just ok. The location is the best part about this hotel.

As someone said, the rooms are small and wifi internet is free only in the lobby, when internet is on, which only happened in the first morning. As in all hotels in America, breakfast is too expensive, but there are many surrounding options, including in the same block and building of the hotel. Dirty dishes from the room across the hall sat on the floor outside their door from the time we checked in on Friday afternoon until after we checked out at noon on Saturday.

Computer system crashed when I got there and created a horrible customer service nightmare! Hotel management refused to accommodate customers for the extreme inconvenience. Also, the business center's Internet crashed as well, so I couldn't check in for my flight. Horrible experience for me, the location is great, though.

location was great, hotel is massive. we booked a room with a full size bed; our mistake. the whole room was teeny tiny. bathroom so small one person could barely turn around. Our shower wouldn't turn off.

The room I stayed was a petti double and hardly found any space to move around. The bathroom was too small, the shower room was about 3ft x 3ft! Service staff, other than the front desk was not polite. Other than being closer to the Metro green line Arlington st., nothing good about the hotel to report.

Great location; great historic hotel. Would have been nice to have more electrical outlets in the room for electronics, but it's due to the age of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely old hotel, very close to Newbury Street, the Public Garden, and steps from the T. The only trouble we had was the fire alarm (and subsequent annoying announcements) for 90 minutes in the middle of the night! Other than that, comfy and clean!!!

My wife and I just got off a cruise ship and decided to stay in Boston for a few days sightseeing, since we never visited Boston in the past. The Park Plaza was located very close to public transportation so getting around was very easy. The biggest complaint was that the rooms were not very quiet. Hotel was nice, lots of seating in the lobby area. Room was clean and comfortable. Only the house keeping staff tower lounge staff said good morning. When other pass, they don't say much of anything. Good evening hors d'oeuvres and a continental breakfast in the tower lounge - if you are a member or get an upgrade. Can't accommodate a lot of persons […] - not restaurant size. Bathroom and shower were clean but it needed a refresh of painting. Basic room service menu. Surrounding area is great - lots of restaurants and shopping. Stayed there for two nights, asked for room service in the second morning, but still not cleaned after coming back from dinner. Location is very good and front desks were helpful. The king bed is actually for a single man, quite small. May be nice for lovers in love.

Great price for a nice room. One of my beds made a weird noise when I moved. One night we had fire alarms, but i only heard one beep and then 60 seconds later there was an announcement that we could go back to bed...I don't know if it was a false alarm, but the system was a little weird. general clean, staff ok, my only issue is how thin the walls are. We had three girls in our room, all over 30 just talking and enjoying a little music. Security was called twice due to the "noise" we were making. They even admitted the walls were thin.

Great stay at the Park Plaza. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Cannot beat the location right in the middle of the city, can walk to everything. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly. Will return.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and were very pleased with our room and the view and also it was so convenient. A crumbling, antiquated old hotel charging premium rates for slow to non-existent service (the advertised free Wi-Fi is applies only to the Lobby). The room was smallish, but the location and charm of the historic hotel more than made up for it. We easily walked or took the subway to all of the sites we wanted to see. The concierge was especially helpful to us.
