Hampton Inn Houston Galleria - 休士頓

Great -except for a $8.00 charge for a cell phone call that we made. We assumed that this was a free local call - so we were surprised at this charge. The $8.00 charge for parking seems to be excessive too. Otherwise, we were pleased with the services provided by entire staff and we enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn

I love the Hampton Inns. My wife and I live an hour north of Houston, and when we plan to stay in town, this is the hotel we've named our home base. The service is exemplary, the cleanliness, even the fluffiness of the beds and bedding.

Hotel was fine, they are remodeling so the lobby was under construction. We missed that there was surcharge for parking so was a bit suprised to see that on my card at checkout. But it does say it on hotels.com now (the desk clerk said they only recently started charging).

The hotel is excellent--especally for the price. Absolutely no complaints except that every road around there is Post Oak something. I found it eventually even though it is not on Post Oak Parkway. They called a cab to go to a restaurant but instead took me for a tour of Houston. I knew just enough about the city to realize I was being ripped off.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , although they were renovating they went out of their way to make us feel well and everyone is very nice.

Please note: although hotels.com shows this hotel to have smoking rooms, it does not. Also, no glasses whatsoever to have a nice glass of wine. We had to drink from paper cups. breakfast was nice, although severely overcrowded with football fans! extremely close to tons of good shopping locations.

Great accomodations, only problem was the lack of a bathtub that was not mentioned in the price. We figured there was something different about the price, but no worry great room, location, thanks! See you next time:)

Very convenient to our business meeting, good restaurants nearby and Galleria shopping. What could be better?

Great place; the only issue would be the lack of truly cold water in the August heat.

Please get deodordant soap for showering. That French milled stuff is worthless! We always try to stay at Hamptons when we travel - the best!

The only minor complaint I had about my July visit was that the hallways in the hotel were extremely hot. But the room was very clean and comfortable and I will be happy to stay there next time I visit Houston! There was a baseball tournament in town that weekend and parties every night in the lounge, but upstairs in my room was perfectly quiet. the water could be heard thru the walls. Really didn't need to know when neighbors were using the bathroom. The a/c unit in the wall was very noisy! It could use an upgrading. Not that close to Galleria mall as it suggests in the ad.

Great price. Enjoyed our stay. It's not the most luxurious hotel but location is great lots of restaurants near by. Pillows were horrible but the bed was comfortable enough. We didn't care for the breakfast but that's just personal preference. It's a good hotel to stay if you can get a deal like we did but not worth regular rate.

We stayed a couple nights and were very pleased with the hotel for the price we paid. It was close to the Galleria and only about 10 minutes from downtown. The hotel was clean and the service was good. We felt comfortable enough to let our daughter crawl around on the room floor, and the breakfast had more than enough to satisfy everyone's needs.

This hamption is my favorite in houston. good location to business, family and shopping. Staff is well trained and there is security in the parking lot after hours.

Well maintained hotel in an established area of Houston...beds were a bit hard but otherwise no complaints. Internet was easy to access and very fast, breakfast was top notch (and free!), and parking was ample and free. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay anywhere in or around the west side of town.

This hotel was available for a great rate. The only downside, which is unfortunatley a big downside, is the noisy air conditioners in the rooms. Every time it kicked on, it sounded like a car had crashed into the window. It was a rough night sleep. Everything else was fine.

I have nothing bad to say about the Hampton Inn. We got a great deal for a deluxe king size room. I loved the shower in the bathroom- all top of the line comfort in a room. My husband and I will be staying here if we ever come back to Houston. oh and I very much enjoyed the breakfast and how fast the elevators were :)

Everything okay but the hot breakfast on the day i was there was not very good. Eggs were aweful, the meat they had was aweful. the waffles were okay not great. cold breakfast as okay. if i would have paid full price for the room i would have been very upset at the breakfast.. esp. for having the audacity to serve those nasty eggs. but i got a discount […] so i didnt feel too bad. i did feel bad for my kids who couldnt enjoy some nice warm breakfast. 詳情

We stayed one night at this hotel in a 2 double bed room. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Above all the location is very good, being close to Galleria and all the shopping and food places in the heart of Houston. Definitely recommend to stay and will come back to stay in this hotel.

Good room and cooked breakfast, Staff were excellent! On the negative they ran out of food the 1st day before the end of the breakfast service.

Nice hotel great breakfast, cookies in the afternoon and 24 hour coffee and tea bar would stay again.

We were very satisfied with the Hampton Inn Houston-Galleria. The staff and accommodations were excellent and we would recommend this location to others. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

This is now my family's ATF hotel chain. The rooms were new, clean and well sized. The breakfast was the best we have had any any buffet period. There is no down side to chosing this hotel from now on.

Stayed here because of proximity to the Galleria. There was some light remodeling being done to the main hallway on the first floor, and all of the running boards had been removed. This made it look a little less appealing. However, the room itself was great. The breakfast downstairs was also terrific and hot and the WiFi signal was fast and strong. All […] in all, great stay and I would highly recommend it. Only one deterrent, not many delivery restaurants around, so you'll likely have to drive to get some food. Free parking large rooms easy off and on to 610 loop by the galleria. My fourth stay

You simply cannot beat this place for cleanliness, convenience, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast... oh one thing though; the TV is a nice LG LCD (about 37 to 40") unfortunately, the picture quality is lacking - BUT, to tell you the truth. who cares? The hotel was great! The location was perfect, free parking, and the best breakfast. Also they have 24 hour coffee and cookies in the afternoon. Will be staying here again!

Was unable to connect to hotel Wi-Fi from our room, but could connect to a Starbucks network across the street. I called the desk, but they offered no help and said no other guest had reported a problem. No effort was made to resolve the problem.

Clean, convenient, quiet, safe. Excelllent breakfast!

Our stay was very short but enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located to the event that we were attending. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions.

Nice clean place...Lots of Europeans, good breakfast, and free parking. In a great neighborhood, near restaurants, drug stores,Target. Coffee always ready. Warm cookies in the afternoon...Yum
