"Restaurant Staff"

The hotel and its staff was very nice. However, the lady working the restaurant in the morning could use a lesson in being curteous to the guests. When asked about the breakfast and costs, since many hotels offer a free breakfast, the answer "nothing's free" was not what Ithe answer I was expecting.

"Staff is great property could use an update"

This property is in need of a much needed update my room had carpet stains that looked old and worn into the carpet. Quite frankly Marriott could take a lesson from Hilton and update and include breakfast etc. the HGI hotels are less expensive and provide a decent breakfast, and updated environments for the $9.00 I was charged each morning for powered […] eggs and dry bacon or soggy sausage its shame, these Courtyards used to be nice when Marriott first started them but have not kept up with the times and economy I only use them now based on location to a client when nothing else is closer.
