We will never stay here again! WAY to many problems with the tenants living there. Music played all night long loud, people fighting outside of our room, along with smoking by our room, cops had to come at 3:00 in the morning, and it didn't stop then...another fight about 6:00 am. It was all right. It was convenient for an overnight stay before I continued on my travel. The room was clean and had a microwave and small refrigerator--great for travelers.

I felt that the hotel staff was rather short and rude. Was wakened early by a large group of sales people meeting in the parking lot yelling chants and getting guidance an how not to take no from someone whose door you were knocking on. Room and accommodations are what you'd expect for the price. However there were some very noisy guests outside that even knocked on our door. There were some other complaints by guests but nothing was done about it. Location was good. About a mile from Temple Square. Breakfast was ok.

I couldn't find you because of the trolly tracks, then my room stunk so bad I couldn't sleep. There were wall plates where lights used to be and the fan in the bathroom would go on and squeel then short out, then come back on....plus, across the hotel, some african-american men/women where partying LOUD until 3 AM....there must of been 25-30 men and […] woman screaming and pumping the music. Usually don't give rooms a bad review. This hotel was dirty, smelly and noisy. First of all the remote control didn't work, and there was a large group of travelers who were very loud and ignorant outside our door n parking lot. An older hotel, but clean and very close to temple square and shopping. Very inexpensive, nice little continental breakfast. The only downside was the noise, where it's an outside opening people seem to feel free to yell to each other in the parking lot late into the night.

We find this motel service above average than most of the others like motel 6 and less expensive. Very clean room, friendly reception. We will focus on this hotel on our next trips.

There was no hot water my first day, so I couldn't shower. The only set of working outlets were located over the sink, which is where the alarm clock was placed, and behind the TV. I had to go inside the toilet reservoir to release the stopper, which got stuck, from the chain. The light switch at the front door not only turned off the light, but also […] the refrigerator. For the part of town, I thought they where very professional and helpful. I would recommend to anyone for an affordable well kept place to stay. In my opinion, the best by far in the N. temple area! It is now my personal hotel down town. No need to try anymore local hotel's!

The young lady at the check in was less than helpful and was screaming on the phone and being very unprofessional. The place was dirty and it was just not great. It was two beds in a room. That's about it.

Free shuttle to convention center was excellent. Breakfast was really satisfying. WIFI had weak signal. Overall good stay for the price.

The room is great but the outside surround there is a bunch of people hanging around toward the back of the Econo Lodge. It turns me off because they think it's a playground.

Although relatively inexpensive I expected a little more than what we received. The hotel desperately needs updating. The towel I used was shredded on one end. There is no insulation between rooms. The person next to us got in the shower very early in the morning and the noise was so loud in our room it woke both my husband and I up. The room was very noisey due to the walls not well insulated. The A/C unit was broken and very noisy had to shut it off to sleep. when called the front desk for help, his reply was that he is the only attendent on duty. The hotel need to maintain their room equpments for guests comfort.

It was fine. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, the hotel needs paint, repairs and could use an update. The neighborhood is a bit dodgy as were some of my fellow guests. Other wise, I would say it wasn't too bad.

Got in at midnight after driving for eight hours. Their night time receptionist was slightly disconcerting. The room was made up but felt dirty. Shower curtain was torn to shreds. Sheets were stained. Bottom line: you get what you pay for.

Very personable staff and attentive service. Older hotel in older neighborhood, but clean and comfy room (with some updates), within 10 minute walk of Energy Solutions Arena and Gateway mall. It was cheap, so I really didn't expect much, but I'd say it wasn't quite worth even the low rate we paid. Positives: the hotel staff was quite friendly and willing to help. The door to our room wouldn't lock (because someone had tampered with it so they could gain re-entry), so they quickly switched us to a different room. They did a good job of keeping […] breakfast items stocked so they didn't run out of anything. The location was convenient for us. Negatives: the hotel is clearly old and run down. Our first room's lock had been tampered with (someone jammed it with plaster so it wouldn't lock), so that was unnerving. The walls are thin so you hear everything going on outside your door (there were some loud voices around 4:00am one night). The TV was old and several of the channels didn't work.
