Very friendly staff. The room was on the smallish side, but was comfortable. The bed was perfect! It was a great mattress, and there was a large pillow selection lined up, so we could choose down, firm or soft. We also had drinks at the bar on the patio, and enjoyed that very much. We got a great deal on hotels.com expecting to have a luxrious weekend in Boise's best hotel. Instead we got sore backs and necks and bland breakfast food. Small room, small bathroom, bad (and expensive breakfast) horrible bed, less than stellar tv. Don't go.

One of the most comfortable night stays I have had in a long time.

The rooms were plenty big very comfortable beds and the hotel was very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

On arrival, we received a free upgrade to a suite with jacuzzi tub. Our room was very nice, the bed comfortable, good quality toiletries/amenities. If you are there on a weekend, there is plenty of free street parking within a block of the hotel, so no need to pay $10 for the valet. Right in the middle of things. Arrived durring the Twilight Criterium and the hotel location was perfect to see it all. Nice room wih a very comfy bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel 43. It is within walking distance of many Boise attractions, the capital buildings, and a large number of excellent restaurants. The size of the Hotel makes it closer to a boutique hotel versus the larger and somewhat "zooey" larger hotels. We will stay there again.

Great room & fabulous restaurant. A great getaway!

Had an excellent stay at this hotel...easy walk to farmer's market, shops and capitol. Chandler's steak house is part of the hotel...excellent food and service. Valet parking is only $10.

Hotel 43 has a great location and wonderfully sophisticated. We really appreciated CHandler's Resturant downstairs which is an absolutely lovely dining room and lounge with live music.

everything at this hotel is top quality, this is our second time at the hotel and would not stay anywhere else,

I was able to walk downtown, run to the greenbelt, visit the Saturday Market (one block away), and Chandler's Steakhouse downstairs served up a wonderful steak and the wine list was exhaustive. We stayed at Hotel 43 as a stopping point on our way from Las Vegas, NV to Seattle, WA (driving). Our room was on the third floor and had two queen beds. We were quite pleased with the room itself, as it was clean and comfy. We love that you can open the windows and get fresh air. There were a couple of things that could use improvement: --We were […] told there was no space in the garage for us to park the car ourselves and we had to use valet parking. That was reasonable, with a nightly rate regardless of how many times we might ask them to fetch the car for us. --The valet parking attendant was not around when it was time for us to leave, so we had to hunt around in the parking garage for our car. Things happen, and we did leave rather early, but had we been allowed to park the car ourselves, it would have been easier to find it the next morning. The hotel employees were very polite and helpful, and we really appreciate their great service. As an example, we are highly allergic to anything that has down/feathers. The bedding had down pillows and comforters, so we had to ask for the linens to be changed. The housekeeper came right away and took care of it for us, cheerfully and efficiently. Wonderful! All in all, this was a great place to stay. We really appreciate being able to book it on hotels.com (and save a bit of money by doing so) and having our room all set and ready to go for us when we arrived. 詳情

Enjoy downtown Boise without the need of a car in this great hotel. Clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. We booked a delux room with a wet bar which worked out great for in-room entertaining. Upon our late night return to the hotel the desk person handed us each a bottle of water. That's a nice touch. My one gripe is the $10 per day parking fee.

Very very nice hotel with a great location near the center of the city. Airport transportation was a nice convenience as well.

Nice hotel nestled in Boise downtown. Desk clerk was great! Six people arrived to check-in at once and he entertained us with local trivia while we waited--while checking us in efficiently!

It would have been nice if a coffee maker was in the room along with different selections of tea.

Great location in downtown Boise, easy walking distance to the Grove, BoDo, Government Buildings, and the Parks. The Hotel Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

We were 4 ladies and felt very much at home.

The room was large with a comfortable king sized bed. Typical of boutique hotels the bath area is a little strange but not in a bad way. Located in downtown you can walk to everything. No need to use the valet parking because the parking is right there. I did notice some reviews complaining about paying for parking. However, I am used to paying for […] hotel parking and valet parking and find the ten dollar rate reasonable. The walls are a bit thin as you can hear your neighbor if they are noisy. I was really happy with this hotel and would stay again without hesitation. 詳情
