Hotel value for money but is 25 miles away from Zion Canyon. Too far out. Clean but needs refurbishment

There was no elevator in this hotel and the in the ground floor room that I requested, the air conditioner did not work. The room was changed later on but it was painful to shift a lot of luggage with the kids to the 2nd floor room

First of all, no elevator? Really? The room was old, not very clean, still garbage from the last people. Blinds on the windows were missing/broken. Looks nothing like the pictures on this site. You can definitely do much better than this location. VERY disappointed.

Used Google maps to find hotel which was a mistake as directions were to another hotel chain. So beware. The hotel is on the outskirts of Hurricane and not in the town. Hotel itself was clean, quiet and comfortable and we were upgraded to the large suite. Very good value, clean room. Cannot be faulted. Bed wasn't the best. The hot tub was nice, just the right temperature, and he breakfast was good. However, next time I would probably stay 10 miles away in St. George, as the prices there are good and there are a lot more options for hotels.

This was a perfect place to stay while we hiked Zion during the day. Very clean, extremely nice front desk staff. Would stay there again and reccomend to friends

This hotel did very well, especially for the money. We were able to take advantage of nearby Zion Nat. Park, about 35 minutes away.

I really can't say anything bad about this place. You get what you pay for. It was adequate for one night and the price was right.

Hotel was OK. Out side needs some landscaping in the back. Has a mini golf course. Nice breakfast area.

For the price this was a good place to stay. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Clean, comfortable, courteous and efficient. Clean sheets and good breakfast. Although we didn't use it we saw families having fun in the pool and Jacuzzi. Short drive from the park, it is right next to Walmart to stock up for the hike. Save your money and stay here.

Only 1/2 mile to Sky Mt. Golf; a great course. 20 minutes to Zion NP. Took three tries to get a proper room; first one had a running toilet that couldn't be fixed; next one was on street side with lots of truck noise early AM. North side is best. Wanted to play miniature golf (42 fee) but desk clerk wouldn't let us use our own clubs - supposedly they […] would damage the course. Obviously she didn't know anything about golf. Rooms are adequate but not "nice". Small frig and microwave are convenient. Miniture golf course on hotel grounds, but they had no golf balls! Also, they charge 2.50 per person to play. Breakfast was not at all the "full breakfast" we were expecting. One waffle maker, toast, sweet rolls, frosted flake cereal and raisin bran cereal. Coffee, orange juice, […] apple juice. Nice motel for the price. It was better than I expected. The room was clean and organized. There was even a small refridgerator and microwave in the room. The location was easy to find and it was in a nice neighborhood.

Our room was adequate and about what we expected for the price. It was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was quite lacking though....not even 1 type of fruit other than juice.

Good stay and employees helpful. Would encourage listing laundry services being available on your website. Good breakfast. Location works great.

We were impressed with the fast, efficient and speedly check in and out. Beautiful surroundings and quiet rooms for sleeping through the night.

Yep - no problems at all - very helpfull and nice staff, pool, hot tub good, breakfast good just a bit out of town.

Although relatively new, I was not sure what to expect due to the price. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The only thing they really need to do is add some protein to their breakfast.

This hotel is situated on the opposite end of Zion. The room is clean but not all rooms are non-smoking so the you can defintely get some 2nd had smoke in the hallway. The people there seems to be friendly but the parking lot is rather dark. Nice breakfast.

This hotel was what we expected. It was clean and was in the perfect location for us to go to both Zion's National Park and to St. George. It looks like it is in the middle of nowhere but the location worked great for us. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was a little weak and the lobby smelled like Indian food. I kind of like that […] smell but some people might think it is a little strong. I liked that they had a computer with internet access for free use. The pool was small. They have a little mini golf course but it is mostly just putting through the desert rocks and weeds. Pretty funny but my kids liked it. 詳情

Not far from Zion National park, the bus pick you up at the front of the hotel for a nice day at the park. The room was clean and smelled good. Everything was great. The only little complaint is about their breakfast. Wish they had a little more to offert. Everything tasted good exept the microwaved reheated frozen eggs.

It was easy to fine and a very friendly receptionist. Had a great stay

The room we had was reasonably well appointed and included a microwave, which we didn't need, and a small fridge, which we used plenty. After requesting and getting extra pillows, the beds were totally comfortable. I can think of only two downsides: 1. the exit door was near our room. It slammed each time it was used--no damper in the closer. It wasn't […] significant enough to call to management's attention, though. 2. The continental breakfast was reasonable, except it was virtually all carbs. Difficult for a diabetic to manage. Fruit was available and that was good, but we had to be careful with the breakfast. When we checked in and after we unpacked we noticed the faucet was not tightly fastened to the countertop and the plumbing had a small leak. Since this did not effect the sink's usability we decided to tell the manager in the morning. When we were ready for bed we closed the drain, we could not open it because its handle had come loose. A couple manages […] the motel. When we brought it to woman manager's attention, we were told we could move to another room. Since we were ready for bed, we said, just give us a discount. The women manager said she could not do this because we paid Experion which she said owns this website. Experion in turn would pay her. We would have to get Experion to pay us for our inconvenience. We stayed at 5 other hotels during our trip. All of them asked us if they could charge the credit card which we used to reserve a room through this web site. After I complained that moving to another room at this time was an effort on their part to help us but still exchanged one problem, usuable sink with the problem of moving, suddenly the male manager appeared and fixed the sink. I am very concerned about their attitude and believe that they lied to me. To be fair,the woman manager was very pleasant upon check-in and changed our reservation from a second floor room to a first to accomodate my knee replacements. No one was at the desk next morning when we tried to check out during the hours of normal business so we had to leave the keys and were unable to determine if they would say that we had damaged the sink or something else. The room was disgusting. There was a roach in the bathroom. My grandson was crawling on the floor and when we picked him up his hands and knees were black. There was make-up on the pillow. And the breakfast was gross. The rooms were ridiculously loud. All I heard were teenagers yelling and slamming doors. It was a horrible stay.

The hotel is located on the edge of town. It is average. Most of the staff is helpful. Beds are comfortable. They have a nice outdoor pool. There is a back patio area with a mini golf course that could be a draw if they would fix them up. The bathroom next to the breakfast area needed cleaning. A little TLC and it could be a really nice motel.

Room was spacious and Clean. Breakfast left me jumping in the car and heading down to McDonalds

On checkin the room AC was not turned on, and with 90+ degrees outside the room was stifling. Even with it running full blast it took 3 hours to be comfortable. At least the second night housekeeping had left it on. Breakfast was OK. My main beef was the lack of any butter for toast. Just horrible squeeze bottle of Parkay.
