Days Inn West Trinity Lane - 納什維爾

The motel is very out-dated, bad neighborhood, pool was padlocked, no opportunity to use it. Bed was hard as a rock. Front desk was friendly, helpful as possible. Motel was more of an hourly rental than hotel. Rooms only had chain for safety.

This Hotel is showing its age, but for the price - you get what you pay for. The staff was kind, all the basics needed were provided. Easy access off and back on the interstate.

Not worth the price. Could not get a good not sleep. To much noise in the hotel.

Upon arrival, we were asked if we had children, we confirmed (as it was noted on your reservation confirmation) yes we have a 15 and 16 year old. The person at the front desk told us that the rate we paid hotels.com did not include children and we were told "I can't give you a key until you pay the additional amount for the children" I argued with him […] that I informed hotels.com (via the website) that we were coming with our children and it was listed on the confirmation and that he should abide by the quoted rate. He proceeded to call hotels.com and argue with them on the phone about how he wasn't getting paid the right amount of money and his manager said he had to collect additional money. After about 20 minutes he did give us the room key as I explained this was an internal problem with him/his manager and the arrangement with hotels.com. I had done everything correctly, I was not trying to get something for nothing, etc. Once in the room it was clean, but the linens, towels, bedspreads were very old and worn, there were stains on the mattresses and the sides of the box springs. The complimentary breakfast they offer consisted of a 6' counter and three 3-top tables located about 10 feet from the check in counter with minimal offerings. I would not recommend this hotel for an actual vacation. It would be fine for a stop over when friving for one night. The room was not what was described. It was supposed to have a kitchenette and there was a fridge and microwave. "Hot Breakfast" was bagels and toast, the waffle iron didnt work. Front desk was watching tv, took a while to get up, VERY RUDE! Breakfast was minimal, waffle was watery. Room was clean and spacious, but A/C and refrigerator were not working; also the ice maker too!.Maintenance guy was quick and gracious, the ONLY positive in that stay. Will not recommend just because of the people working there, but housekeeping […] and maintenance did a great job! Location is good, close to downtown. 詳情

Sad, but when we asked for 1 extra towel for the TWO rooms we rented, the front desk claimed there were no more... The shower rooms were both dirty with falling ceilings. We arrived around 6pm and the front desk attendant also told us that we couldn't even use the pool... We checked out around 4 am and the attendant was sleeping on the couch. The room smelt like a musty basement and the blankets had cigeratte burns. No iron even though the website said each room had one and when I called the front desk they didn't care and the room could definitely of been cleaned more.

It took awhile for the booking to get through their system so we had to wait 45mins b-4 we can get to our room. They were pouring out the waffle mix batter out at exactly 9am when customers were still coming for their continental breakfast. my daughter felt bad she did not get to make hers. she thought they were just refilling it so she waited... NOT […] HAPPY. another customer had to ask for milk coz they took it away b-4 she could put some in her cereal. 詳情

A good extra day trip addon hotel, my group got in town early we did nt want to pay downtown proces but be close to broadway. Good location for that and price was decent for what we got... 2 crapy beds, and pillows but it suited our 1 night need.

Hotel is not as nice as it looks on line. When arriving we were told that there was no internet, cable, or phone due to a problem with Comcast and they did not know how long until the problem was fixed. (it was all back up and running by late night) Outside of hotel was very ran down and there was a horrible smell. Room was clean enough. Very few towels […] given. Location was kinda in rough area. Lots of wondering people on street and in parking lots. Location was very close to downtown and it was very easy to travel to downtown from hotel. There were no baby beds available as listed on their website. (Good thing I brought a pak and play) Pool was nice. Bigger then picture made it look. Very clean and taken care of. 詳情

Dont stay in this hotel! Disgusting!

Air conditioning was COLD - that was the good part. The rooms need updating. There was a hole in the shower wall, mold around the floor and peeling paint in several areas.

The pool was not open even though advertised. My bathroom and and other areas looked as if they had been wiped with a dry cloth and left. The floors were not vaccuumed. I found a used Brilo pad hanging out of the end of the clothing rack. AND there was no continental breakfast. I was dissappointed to say the least. Plain and simple it sucks. Spiders. one ice machine that was broken. The floor wasn't vacuumed and the bathroom was tiny. the air conditioning unit didn't cool the room until the sun went down.

The room was very hot. The a/c took all night to work. There were spiders in my room. There is only 1(way down from where I slept) ice machine and it was broken while I was there. I had to get ice out of the cooler where everyone stuck there hands. I never got the iron from the front desk. The floor wasn't vacuumed.
