I thought it was very clean. Staff was very nice.

We have really enjoyed stopping in at the Courtyard most times. This time however we found the bathroom less than desireable. Usually you can get a complinentary cup of coffee by the desk, not this time. Please .don't say there is a coffee maker and coffee in the room---that is not coffee. But all things considered, we do like the Courtyard.

My stay was good. We were there for a surprise party which turned out great. The front desk people were nice. They offer breakfast but you have to pay extra for it. We had 2 queens bed. Our room was very clean & a really spacious. We did not have a fridge or a microwave but come to find out the hotel was being remodel and just a few rooms were missing […] this item because of it. they did offer us another room but we had already settled in so we just made due. Love the location of the hotel. It is close to the mall, wal-mart, plenty of resturants and the interstate. There is a gym and an indoor pool. 詳情

This hotel was awesome. The maid service is amazing. My room was super clean and had little touchs that really made all the difference right down to the folded toilet paper in the bath room. Everything seemed great with the service and overall quality of ourstay.The only thing we found not up to the quality of previous stays was our towels were very ruff.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff was fantastic. The only thing that we would have preferred would have been a buffet type of breakfast and not limited to just a few selections/high cost.

Very Clean modern hotel, best breakfast, bistro area I have ever seen in a hotel of this price level. Staff was prompt and courteous. I didn't get to stay at the Marriott Paducah West. By the time I arrived, they were overbooked and had made me a reservation at th Drury Inn Paducah.

Heat didn't work properly. Telephones didn't work. We had to move From room #225 to #224. Room #224 didn't have a closet door. Do not know condition of rooms at hotel but the two mentioned in this review need improvements.

We expected breakfast to be included in the price of the room. Also, we were charged two service charges just in case we ran up bills while we were there. We were assured that these fees would be credited back to our account if we did not have outstanding charges. Don't know whether that will happen or not as we must wait 7 to 10 days to find out. Location is pleasant away from the noise of traffic yet convenient to interstate, restaurants and shopping with easy access to downtown attractions. Rooms clean and comfortable and hotel staff cordial and accommodating.

I would say again at the Courtyard...I couldn't say a bad thing about our stay, room was clean, staff very helpful. If ever again in Paducah I will be staying at the Courtyard Marriott.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The cafe was good, too. I love the healthy options! My only complaint was the comfort of the beds. The pillows were a poor quality and the sheets were somewhat scratchy. But the room was clean, updated, and had no other problems.

This hotel is "under contruction" and the noise was distracting to our stay. However, this is an excellant property dispite the distractions and they did stop by 6 PM and started at 8 AM. There were maintenance employees in front of the desk laughing and talking loudly like drunks in a bar. Rooms were still being cleaned at 5pm. The room smelled of strong chemicals. high standard of cleanliness and maintenance.however standout feature was courtesy of the young staff.I don't know f it was a reflection of training, hiring practices or a soft economy attracting stronger candidates into the service sector, but the staff were wonderful.
