Me and my girlfriend went on a short 5 day vacation in Orlando and wanted to get the most of it on a tight budget. This hotel was perfect for it, as it has strategic location. Only down; hot water going away constantly.

Loved the Best Western. Great value. Room was great, and pool/spa area was fabulous. Close to sites, with a shuttle to area attractions. The restaurant was pricey, and I wouldn't recommend it.

keep this place as your last option.. we couldnt use the hot tub at night time the security was rude and the hotel management wanted us to check out early .. its a dingy old hotel and should only be used as a last resort

Clean, quiet, accommodating. Would stay again but without the breakfast. Didn't think it was worth paying extra for the breakfast.

The hotel does not look clean inside. The only thing that is good there is the swimming pool and the hot tubs. The restaurant should be closed. There was a problem with the hot water in my room. I will never come back

I will def. stay here again. Perfect location for mall shopping and visiting surrounding theme parks at a great price.

I don't know why this hotel is rated a 3 star. It should be a 4 star hands down. Heated Pool, superb hot tubs, very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds, flat screen tv's, excellent gym for it's size, and fantastic location, close to a all amenities. Well done!

Wonderful stay for 5 days. Close to Universal Studios. Ticket booth in lobby for Universal Studios and Harry Potter, which is cheaper than at the park. good location, not the best comfort. Didn't like the pillows, and bathroom had a leak and water and stains on the floor. Air conditioner wasn't on when I got there and room was hot and stale. Breakfast wasn't until 7 and I had to leave at 6:30. Bummer!

This is a Universal Partner Hotel, so they do whatever it takes to make us not go to Disney. To get to Disney World: Take the free shuttle to SeaWorld and take the Lynx 50 to Disney. We stayed at this hotel the last week of december 2011. We loved it because, everything we wanted to do, from Universal Studios, to shopping at Ikea is just 5 to 10 minutes away. My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for five days at the beginning of January to visit the Universal Studios theme park. The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to many amenities, the Florida Mall, shopping, restuarants, etc. It was also very good to have the free shuttle to the theme park (saved us $15 a day in parking costs). The hotel staff was awesome, specially Manny at the Front Desk, he was very helpful and very friendly. Wifi works great on every room, the hotel is safe and the location is perfect. I would stay here again.

This hotel was very good quality for the sale price we got. I would not consider it up to par for the sticker price, but it was clean and comfortable. We found the staff professional and courteous as expected. There was a strange incident we witnessed at the check-in desk, however, that travelers should be aware of. Another guest had received an overnight […] package delivery and was told in our hearing she was being charged a truly outrageous "document handling fee" for the front desk to hand her the envelope. Unfortunately, we can't recall the exact number, but it was shocking, over $50 and may have been as high as $75. The staff explained that this amount could include up to some number of packages, but that was of no use to her situation. It would be perhaps defensible if some businessperson received and sent a large number of items during a stay, but to charge the same amount to an individual receiving one envelope is ludicrous and definitely changed our opinion of the chain. At the very least, this charge should be listed in the basic information about the hotel, so guests can decide whether receiving an item is worth the high cost. 詳情

The hotel is in need of updating. The adjoining door didn't work, the doorknob fell apart when we tried to open it. It took two trips to the front desk and one phone call until it was fixed 45 minutes later. We were glad we didn't pay the usual rate!

Great price for the room. An older hotel but well maintained. Very acceptable for the amount of time spent at the hotel. I would stay there again.

If you only want a place to sleep it will do. Older hotel and starting to show it. Toilet ran off & on, no water pressure, just had an overall dingy feel.

Hotel is okay... You get what you pay for. I would stay at this location again. staff is great, beds are a bit small. Comfortable for me as i like hard beds... For the price of the food in the hotel on site, you are better off heading to restuarant on Internation Dr which is not to far...

We used this hotel to visit disney. This is an excellent hotel. Room was clean and there wasn't anything missing in the room. so we did not have to ask to service desk for anything specifically.. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was in a very convenient location for our shopping excursions. The food was excellent, and the service was, too! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I even plan on using it again. It was clean, with plenty of activities. A great choice. And the price was right!!!

Stayed there for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. Can't beat the location. Price was aweseome. Very clean. Stay here!
