This place is not glamorous but it's very convenient and well priced. My room was comfortable and clean though dated and kind of sparse feeling. The walls are thin so I could hear other guests, but it was no problem. Staff was polite and efficient.

We spent the night after going to the seas dogs game. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and nice furniture. The pool was a nice touch the following morning before checking out. Breakfast was very welcomed traveling with two kids. Good location and price. The hall ways were dirty and in need of cleaning with tools, rolled up mats and garbabe etc left there for 3 days. Hard to miss these items in need of clean -up. That said, I would stay there again because the price is good and the rooms are clean. Staff was also great.

We arrived late evening and left at 4:30 am for airport. It was quiet, clean and friendly host.

The staff were very courteous and friendly . We left our car for two weeks and we found the rate very reasonable . The shuttle to the airport was timely and the drivers were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was ok was in the middle of remodeling. The pool was all the way across the hotel had to walk through the cold lobby to get to the pool area.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The pool area was very cold...the water was very warm, but the air in the room itself was very cold...all of the adults were commenting on that. I would not go to that hotel in the winter time again for that reason.

The counter help was OK, but the shuttle service was horrible. On the way to the airport that very cold January morning, the driver did not know how to work the heat - had the cold car blasting cold air until we asked him to turn it down until the car was warm. When the car was warm, he then could not remember how to turn the heat back on. Worse, on […] our return, the shuttle driver took 45 minutes to pick ups us. In fact, all other hotel shuttles came and went as did all others who awaited any kind of pick-up. We who waited for the Howard Johnson's shuttle were the last, lone ones waiting for pick-up. Room took a couple of hours just to heat up to tolerable level. Staff said room wasn't used for several days. Wife and I had to go out for a few hours while room heated up. Everything else was ok.

Hotel as a little dated, but that means nothing compared to the friendly staff, a nice large and clean room, free Internet, many movie channels and a good starter breakfast, all at a very good price. I would recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here before in late spring, but am not sure I will return again. The bed mattress was decent enough for one person, but the linens were rediculous. I think they were twin linens turned crosswise to fit a double bed. And the adjustable heat was iffy at best. Don't think I'll return. This hotel was located in a great spot. But there were roudy kids slamming doors untill 6 am. Throwing the screan out the windows and hotel management did nothing about the complaints. Our room would not go above 69 degrees. The blankets were as thin as the sheets. Our shampoo and conditoner that came with the room were almost empty as well as the toilet […] paper. The hotel was a great price and served the purpose we needed. The free wi-if wasn't always the best, but did the trick. The complimentary breakfast wasn't outstanding but gave us a good start to the day. We would stay again for sure.

Room 215, Seasonal HVAC Unit - A/C circuit not working, weak thermostat. (I'm a 30 yrs HVAC Tech) Very close to the Maine Mall, pleased with that. Staff were very pleasant.

Other then we had a hard time finding the hotel, it was very good. We were given a choice of which floor we wanted to stay on. One small issue about midnight.....neighbors were a little loud in the hallway. I assume they may have had one too many nightcaps. But otherwise the room was clean, it was quiet and we got the rest we wanted.
