Decent room rate and clean rooms. Hated the fact that I constantly missed the entrance of the hotel since the outside marquee wasn't easily visitble from street.

We stayed at this hotel due to the proximity of the Chattanooga airport. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly as were the breakfast staff. Many restaurants in the area. We would stay again if we had to catch a early flight out of Chattanooga.

Enjoyed our recent two night stay in Chattanooga. From the warm welcome upon checkin to our parting good byes after a wonderful full breakfast in the dining room, we couldn't have had a better stay. This isn't a brand new property but it is well-maintained and well-staffed. I'd stay there again! Nice location however not the easiest to turn left out of especially during rush hour. Had a few little bugs in the bathroom, but overall very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Outlets in the room were loose so probably not up to code.

Rooms were too humid and plumbing was slow to drain. For the price, I expected a refrigerator. Overall, the hotel was showing its age.

We stayed one night. We had a king room. The linens were new. The room was clean and the air turned down for us. The interior hall is not air conditioned. The room air conditioner was fair. It was having trouble cooling the room to our satisfaction but we were not totally uncomfortable. The pool was in need of a cleaning. Leaves and petals and hair […] were floating on top. This was a good hotel. The only thing that we found wrong was that our first key did not work and the ice machine on the second floor did not work. The breakfast was wonderful, but they could not keep up with the food due to the little league boys that were there for state championship.

Our family of six had three rooms for three nights, the staff was so friendly, made sure our rooms were together and on the first floor (our request). The rooms were not ready when we got there about 1 p.m., but they hurried and did one so we could get the luggage out of the van. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the outdoor pool and the lobby area. There […] is a two washer/two dryer laundry located very conveniently. The hotel is near many restaurants, and they had a wonderful map of Chattanooga in the lobby to take with you. This room would have been ok if it had been a cheaper priced room, but it wasn't. Needless to say, it was too high priced for a room that smelled like stale smoke and musty. We did however ask for another room and they did it with no problem, but it wasn't much better. The room is dreary and dark to me and everything I touched felt icky. I couldn't […] wait to get out of there. The people were helpful and friendly, but the room itself was not worth the price. Also, all of the doors took some muscle to close them and the entry door was very hard to open...you really had to use some muscle. I was also very uncomfortable going anywhere in the area of the Hotel...One good note...the breakfast was pretty good considering everything else. The beds are not very comfortable at this Hampton. Staff was great. Breakfast was decent. The hallways were not air conditioned and were REALLY humid.

All staff members we encountered were very friendly and genuine. All questions and requests were handled quickly. We'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel was awesome! My husband and myself have a small child and the staff was very kid friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfrontable. Not to mention they offer a hot breakfast plus free shuttle service! We will hands down stay at The Hampton Inn in Chattanooga everytime.

We selected the hotel based on the location and the reviews we read and we were not disappointed. The location was easy to find off the highway- the room was clean- beds comfortable and the biggest surprise was the delicious 'on-the-house' breakfast we enjoyed in the morning! The staff was great, we contacted the front desk to check on the WIFI password […] and then received a call later to make sure we had been able to get on line. We will stay there again should our journeys take us back to Chattanooga! 詳情

Our stay in general was very nice and the entire staff at Hampton Inn was friendy. One complaint we did have was that our room did not come with a mini fridge or microwave. I honestly did not check during reservations as I just assumed it to be standard as is in most Hapton in hotels. My husband inquired about this and was told that some of the rooms […] do come with these appliances? Just something to make sure you check into when making reservations. For the money, I was very pleased. The lobby area and breakfast area was top notch, decorated well. The staff at the front desk was excellent, and seemed to enjoy their job, which makes a big difference. Room was actually nicer than my wife and I expected for the $ we paid.

Great breakfast, nice staff, decent rooms. The pullout sofa is OK for kids, not for adults. Overall, a nice stay. Would definitely come back again.

One of the best places i have stayed in.

Excellent, staff were very very helpful. There was free bottled water, biscuits and popcorn throughout the day and night plus complimentary snacks from 5-7pm. A great start to our stay!!!

hotel was clean and in excellent repair. Staff was friendly and available whenever needed and in sufficiency during peak times (check-in & -out & breakfast). Location is good (near to mall with many dining options and interstate).

I wasn't told there wasn't a bathtub in the room and didn't discover it until we were already settled in. My daughter and I were both looking forward to a warm bath and I never would have booked that room had I known there wasn't one there. I feel like I wasted over $100 dollars and am very dissappointed.

My initial reaction was disappointment. We stayed in a room with a full-sized bed. The room was very small, the carpet seemed old and there was a water stain on the ceiling. We checked out the gym and it was adequate. Good points: The people were extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was better than expected. It was a "real" […] breakfast - eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. And the shuttle service was excellent. We didn't have to wait at all. The driver was very friendly and we didn't have to pay for airport parking. The hotel let us keep our car in their parking lot for 10 days! This is a nice, clean hotel with great people. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay and would come again.

Our room was larger than expected. Furnishings were very nice. The room was very quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Bottled water, cookies and popcorn were welcome treats at check-in. Would stay there again.

Upon arriving to the hotel the staff was very nice and helpful. The check-in was fast and easy. The room was very nice for the price, comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. However one light next to the bed didnt work and the remote channel changer was difficult.
