all was fine - my only criticism of the room is that the lighting in the bathroom was not good over the sink which made shaving, for example, difficult.

Luxury= Nice servie, great breakfast and high price. Breakfast is the best I had. The package with breakfast is a good deal. Hotel is truly 5star operation. Great food, service, and surroundings. Marco Polo was fantastic as is the cigar bar. Most staff and shopping center people speak English well.

Love the hotel and service. The pool and spa was great! We really enjoyed the difference in location from our previous stay downtown, but unless you are comfortable with the subway, which by the way is terrific and easy to navigate, you may wish to stay downtown or by City Hall. The service however is outstanding!

This hotel is located in the business district with close proximity to the COEX convetion center. Variety of shopping and dining opportunities around and within facility. Convenient transportation options with taxi, bus, and subway.

Just spent a quick night at this hotel but everything was great. Staff was very helpful and room was comfortable. Parking was free which was nice and the included breakfast was wonderful, a wide selection of american and korean options.

The only thing is: you had better bring your own tooth brushes and shaver. Or those put inside room was for sale.

This is an outstanding hotel and the service is what sets it apart. The location is OK. The neighborhood is a bit too commercial and not really conducive to wandering or checking out interesting spots. Seems you always have to take the metro or a taxi from here to get anywhere. The buffet restaurant on B1 floor is actually a better deal for what you get. The rooms are very good. Comfortable beds, good showers with plenty of water pressure. Room service is pretty good. Service from front desk staff, room service, people in the gym, maids, restaurant people etc. was all really friendly and competent. The hotel is connected to a big underground mall and the Hyundai department store so this is nice if it's a rainy day. One complaint I have is that the internet fee is nearly $25 per day! This is really exorbitant. Many less expensive hotels in Seoul, especially those catering to business travelers, offer free internet. Hotel has excellent restaurants and bars built in to the hotel. It is also connected to an underground shopping mall with restaurants and subway system.

　ジュニアスウィートに２泊しました。室内は広く、清潔で、心地よかったです。クラブフロアだったので、朝食と夜のアルコール・スナック、インターネット使用が無料でした。クラブラウンジで航空券の印刷も簡単に出来ました。日本語を流暢に話すスタッフには会いませんでしたが、日本語で書かれた説明書を最初に貰ったので、苦痛は感じませんでした。職員さんの対応も良く、ホテルに関して全くストレスを感じない滞在でした。日本で同じ部屋に泊まると５倍はすると思います。中心地ではないので、むしろ落ちついていてよかったです。地下鉄直結で便利でした。

ホテルは快適です。。。隣にヒュンダイ百貨店もあります。地下鉄の駅も側です。COEXモールも歩いて行けます。ミョンドンとはちょっと離れてますが・・・江南方面は便利です。

ＣＯＥＸでのマーケットのため、こちらを利用したのですが、移動時間も少なく非常に便利でした。江南のホテル周辺はモール、ヒュンダイ百貨店もあり便利でおしゃれなスポット。明洞でショッピング、食事などを楽しむには不便かも知れませんが、安全で清潔な立地だと思います。ホテルは、日本語はあまり通じない（？）ような気がしましたが、とても親切で居心地良かったです。ただ、バスタブの吸い込み口が緑色だったのと、かっちり閉まらなかったこと、テレビの音声が急に出なくなったりと、星の多いホテルなのにとびっくりな事もありました。

初めての韓国で、申し込みが遅れたせいかソウル市内と言えど、かなり遠くに位置するホテルのイメージでした。夕食はタクシーを使い、明洞まで行くつもりでしたが、ホテル近辺にビル地下街や、ショッピングモールがあり、今回最大のお目当てカルビもふらっと寄った近くの良味屋でとても満足の行く食事を摂ることが出来ました。朝食のバイキングも品数が豊富で美味しいと感じました。ツアーの方のお迎えは遠いので朝一番で、帰りの送りはなく、地下鉄にチャレンジしたりして楽しめる距離、大成功の韓国旅行になりました。

地下鉄・都心空港も近く 、便利がいい。　 　ルームサービスはいまいちです。

今回は明洞方面ではなく，江南方面だったので非常に過ごしやすいホテルでした。夜になって加湿器を要望したのですが，食事から帰ると部屋の真ん中で動いていました。 明洞や梨泰院に行くには，地下鉄かタクシーですが，地下鉄は乗り換え面倒だし，タクシーは時間帯によって激混みです。 総合的にGoodなホテルだと思います。

10年ほど前に初めてこのホテルに滞在した時は全て満足できたので今回も利用しました（7日間）。 しかし今回はフロントでのチェック・イン時の対応（ノンスモーキングの部屋を予約してあったのに喫煙部屋しか空いてないので最初の数日間は喫煙部屋だと言われ押し問答のすえロビーでまたされた/対応した男性の英語がプアーであった）や2人目のコンシェルジュの対応にはがっかりしました（最初の数日間のコンシェルジュは英語＆日本語も上手く非常に親切で適切なアドバイスをくれて大変感謝しましたが、2人目は日本語＆英語共に下手で 最終的には自分で部屋から電話をして直接問い合わせるようにと言われました）のでそれ以降はコンシェルジュに問い合わせるのを辞めました。 部屋は相対的に掃除されてましたがバスタブから便器の下部が黄色く汚れ […] ているのが見え不潔でした。 バスルームのグラスが汚く交換を頼みましたが5回電話でリクエストしてやっと届きました（毎回部屋に向かっていますと言わ続けて）。 毎日部屋のグリーン・テイーパックを飲んでいましたがある日なかったので電話でリクエストをせざるを得なかった。 残念ながら友人には勧められませんし、自分自身も2度と利用しないでしょう。 詳情

KINGベット朝食付きで泊まりました。 広い部屋でサービスも良く、バイキングの朝食はかなり満足しました。 フロントも片言の英語と韓国語と日本語でなんとか通じます。 ぜひ、また泊まりたいです。
