"Dallas street Construction"
This hotel is great for any stay that might be buisness related in the industial area . Very hard to get into and out of with the construction work beening done on I35. "Hot Room and Not in a Good Way"
We booked two rooms and neither room was comfortable because of the temperature in the room. Neither room cooled down to a point where it was comfortable to stay in the room. "Be careful with parking"
We arrived at hotel early and told the front desk that we would be checking in late that night. We were going to a football game and then visiting with friends afterwards. She made a note on the reservation and we left. We arrived around 11pm and checked in without problem. The next morning, however, we found our car had been towed away because we did […] not have a parking permit on the dash of our car. We were not given a parking permit at check-in. The girl at the front desk apologized and called the towing company to return the car. When the car was returned, the check engine light was on and the gas gauge read empty. When we took the car to our dealership, we found that there was damage to the undercarriage and wires severed (gas gauge) amounting to $950 in damages. We are still talking to the hotel and towing company about this issue, but ASK QUESTIONS about parking! We like Hampton Inns because they are generally clean and have reasonable rates.
