The hotel's valet is quite possibly the slowest and most disrespectful I have experienced. Luckily the rest of the service and facilities partially make up for it.

The hotel uses an interesting odor in the hallway. Somewhat unclean cheap taste odor: reminding me of 2nd tier, ITC Maurya New Delhi. When this property was Park Hyatt, it had more class and beauty. The valet parking is super expensive.

the hotel was ok but the service was terrible it didn´t have a buisness center and the wifi sirvice in the room have a charge of 12.oo dollars per day

Very disappointed. Arrived to be told did not have any of the rooms available that I had booked some to weeks prior so had to settle for 2 twin beds.Then just to ad to the frustration the fridge would come on every hour or so and sounded like a hair dryer in the room.Would not recommend

I loved everything about the Intercontinental Hotel from the smell of verbena when you walk in to the quality of service EXCEPT for the bed - it was not comfortable.

stayed overnight as i had an early morning flight from LAX. very nice ambiance to the hotel and the room was nicely appointed and comfortable. the staff was friendly but not intrusive. my only complaint regarding the staff was that the waitress at the bar where i had a bite to eat was poor. the food took a long time to be served and despite several […] requests to determine the status of our order, the waitress never did check on it. i had ordered a hamburger which took 45 minutes to be served. that was unacceptable 詳情

Lovely hotel great size rooms very comfortable. The lock on the fridge was a bit of a pain, if you just wanted to put a few things in it was already full.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Safe neighborhood. Westfield mall just a short 5 minute walk. Only complaint was the air conditioner was noisy. Would stay here again.

The hotel is a great property overall. The only annoying thing is the 36 dollars a day for parking... You dont have a choice since their is no legal street parking around. The food was about a 5 out of 10. Nothing special. You have many great options within 5 miles of the hotel so I recommend you head out for your lunch and dinners.

For the cost of the hotel, I expected a better experience. Furniture is the rooms looked worn; staff were eager but seemed only for the tips rather to to truly provide good customer service. Really? charge $5 for a mini bottle of water after I am forced to spend $35 valet? The convenient in-house "store" to purchase small items was not open during posted […] hours----and the popcorn we bought there for cuddling up and watching a late night movie was stale! This place is probably a better bet for business travelers whose expense accounts pay for their stay--so they don't care the prices. I'd recommend this hotel mainly for location---in a decent area.
