京華大酒店 (Hotel Royal) - 新加坡

地點位置剛好在二個地鐵站中間,距離到有十分鐘路程, 酒店外面環境不差,但酒店房間較舊,又無免費上網,一小時收s$8.4太貴了..

We booked a family room, and they charged extra for beds for the children, making it more expensive than a more centrally located hotel of higher strandard with larger rooms and children (in their own beds) incuded.

Business friendly hotel. Convenient location. Near MRT (walking distance) Bus service right outside hotel. Only problem when we arrived we had to wait 3 hours for our room. We were 4 Adults and 5 Children and had been travelling from south Africa (over 12 hours flight time)

Dissapointing. Room had a stale damp smell. Plumbing in bathroom looked unsightly. More thorough cleaning of rooms & linen needed. Standard was lower than expected.

Nice location. Good buffet breakfast. Spacious room but could've been better if the room price was little less. Overall good experience.

the place was comfortable. but we hope to have free breakfast someday if staying in hotel royal.

Good sorrounding with Swiming pool. swimming pool need changing room with adequet modern fascilities. hotel Bar need upgradation. Hotel bath room need hand shower. Internet with broad band connection in the room should be free and unlimited. Staffs are quite friendly and cooperative.

Its looking a little tired nowadays. Were on a family trip. For a bit more, would recommend sentosa resorts over this. pools much nicer and generally a newer and better stay. However, relatively convenient if you are on the north line, near novena MRT and united square shopping centre and novena square shopping centres.

A very bad experience, cockroaches running under the pillows. Stains on the bed sheets. We requested to be reimbursed for our hotel room - the manager was more than efficient and offered us to transfer us to another Hotel of the Royal Chain: The Royal Hotel @ Queens and this turned out great, clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. […] So, definitely go to the Royal @ Queens and avoid the Royal @ Newton. 詳情

hotel is outdated. wi-fi is 8.60 SGD per hour. breakfast is not compulsory. the hotel is near a bus stop that has routes to orchard and other relevant places in singapore.

The hotel has been around for quite a while and shows as an out of date style. That said the reception staff were very helpful indeed. The room we were finally given was spacious, albeit the bathroom was quite small. The location is quite a way from the MRT but taxi's are easily found during the day.

The rooms were much bigger than the usual Singapore hotel rooms. Even triple sharing was not too crowded. Breakfast had a wide choice.Good value for money.

I can't expect more from this hotel as the rate is also good for me. Location is good, quite near to everywhere. It is near to the station and bus stop. All I can say I got what I paid for. Will stay here again in my next trip.

No complaints about the room or location. Good shower, which was appreciated in this humid country. Compared to amenities / prices of other hotels around town is was pretty fair. Buses to nearby Orchard Road / central zone stop right outside and the nearest metro is 5 mins walk away. A short ride took me to al the major down town attractions and eating […] options. I never dined at the hotel so have no comments about food. Gym and pool were small but fine for what I needed them for. The only thing I would have appreciated would be free 24 hour interent access. Instead you buy time (approx S$10 for 3 hours). This can add up over the week. Overall though, not bad at all. 詳情

Hotel is not large and caters to groups so is busy. Location being a few blocks from Newton Circus hawkers center for seafood and in the other direction United Centre, a modern shopping area with cold storage market.

Lisävuoteen peittona vain ohut huopa. Huoneessa ei myöskään extravuoteen asukkaalle pyyhettä eikä teekuppia. TV ei toiminut. Kuitenkin respan väki oli ystävällistä ja muutaman soiton jälkeen asiat ssaatiin korjattua :)

良い点 　①ショッピング・食事の場所が近隣に多い 　②交通の利便性良い（バス/ＭＲＴ） いまいちな点 　①リノベーションしている様だが、細部が行き届いていない（元々古いホテルではないかと思われる） 　②エレベーターのスピードが遅く、良く客待ちがある

古いホテルなのは知っていたが、部屋の匂いは少々鼻についた。 禁煙と喫煙のフロアに分けてるのか疑問有り。 オーバーナイトステイ向き。

이름만 호텔이다....한국의 여인숙 수준이라고나 할까? 방에 들어가자마자 나는 축축한 곰팡이 냄새와 에어콘에서 흘러내리는 물, 구석구석에 자옥하게 쌓인 먼지와 커텐을 움직이면 온방이 먼지투성이가 되는 호텔....욕실에는 곰팡이가 끼어있고 낡아빠진 샤워부스..침대시트는 회색빛..가시면 후회하실껄요. 서비스 또한 가관이다...직원들은 뒤돌아 서면 들통날 거짓말로 변명하기 바쁘고 고객의 요구에는 전혀 반응하지 않는다..서비스는 찾아볼수 없는 호텔이다.. 그저 얼굴 좀 씻고 잠만자고 나와야만하는 호텔아니 동굴이라 표현하고 싶다. 여행에서 호텔이 차지하는 비중은 매우 크다. 특히 가족여행에서 낮동안 여행으로 지친몸을 푹쉬어서 내일을 […] 위한 충전을 해야하는곳이다... 자면서도 불안했다...먼지가 내려앉아서 호흡기로 들어가서 코가 따가운것 같고, 냄새는 나고 카펫트에서는 꼭신발을 신어야하고, 화장실에가면 빨리 씻고 나와야하고...내생에 최악의 호텔이다.. 이경험은 내한명으로 충분하다..다음에 이 호텔을 고려하는 사람이 있으며 도시락 싸다니면서 말리고 싶다..200%비추다.. 詳情

우선.. 호텔문앞에 버스정류장이 있어서 버스가 한번에 왠만한 거리는 다 간다는거.. 편하고 좋았습니다. 클락키, 오차드로드,센토사섬등등 한번에 쭉 갈수 있는 버스들이 있었습니다. 뉴튼 지하철역과는 5분정도 거리입니다. 밤에 호텔에 들어갈때 주변에 아무것도 없어서 좀 무서운감이 있었지만.. 위험하지 않으니까 걱정은 없었어요 ㅋ 전반적으로는 깔끔하고 위치적으로는 좋았답니다

그래도 3스타호텔로 그런대로 괜챦을거라 샹각하고 예약을 했는데 오래되고 정말 수준이하의 호텔이었다. 싱가폴에 가끔 방문하여 그런대로 좋은호텔에서 묶어서 인지 크게 실망을 하였다...비용이 좀 들더라도 향후는 좋은곳으로 갈것임.

滞在中の後半突然シャワーのお湯がでなくなった。そして、水しかでなかったのだが、とにかくそのまま使ってチェックあうとした。しかし、帰国後その旨をホテルにメールで伝えたところ、機械の故障によるもので、すでに修理済みとの詫びのメールが送られてきた。今後はお湯がでないときは滞在中にホテルに伝えるべきと思った。 最寄の地下鉄の駅へも徒歩で１０分足らずでいけるのだが、ホテルのまん前にバス亭があり、オーチャードのMRTの駅あたりまで直接いけるので雨のときはバスがおすすめ。

The hotel is fairly modern and of a good and safe standard, but too many things were inconsistent for me to recommend it. None of the keys I received at check-in worked for the room, and in the room itself the TV did not work. This was promptly fixed though, but the TV was of second-generation quality. Also, on the next day the remote stopped working. […] One of the bulbs in my room was also blinking quite often instead of staying on. Staff was a mixed bag. Some were very friendly and accommodating, but others seemed quite inexperienced and clueless. The hotel's Business Center had some of the slowest Internet access I've ever come across, and in order to use the system, the computer had to be turned completely off before coins could be inserted. Not all the staff knew this, and the information given was not good. After inserting coins and noticing that nothing happened I contacted staff. Only then was I informed that the computer needed to be restarted before it could be used. The hotel's location is also somewhat away from the main areas of interest in Singapore. There are some decent malls in walking distance, but unless you like long walks in tropical weather, you need a taxi to get to more interesting places. Some might consider it a plus though that the location is in a more quiet area of the city. Overall the hotel was comfortable enough, but there were simply too many minor flaws for me to recommend it as I've stayed in much better hotels within the same price range in other, and more interesting, areas of Singapore. 詳情

För pengarna man betalar för detta hotell kan man förvänta sig mer enligt min mening, särskilt i en välbergad stat som Singapore. Rummet var mycket gammalt och inpyrt, tyvärr gick det inte att byta rum då det var fullbelagt pga landhockeyturneringar i staden. WiFi uppkopplingen på hotellet var dyr, kostade ca 50:-/h och var mycket långsam. Personalen […] värkade trött och inte direkt hjälpsamma med restaurangtips eller andra vägbeskrivningar.
