Loved my stay as usual, I stayed here in Nov. 2011, and glad I chose to stay here again. The location is suprerb, and the room overlook the Effiel Tower. Though the hotel is a little old, but overall very clean, nice, and this was a really pleasant stay. The concierge and the receptionist were all very helpful. Would love to stay again.

This hotel has nice common areas however the room key controlled lifts did not always work. The room was recently refurbished yet there were large areas of peeling paint around the interior and exterior walls of the ensuite bathroom. Staff did not adhere to the "do not disturb" door sign. Terrible hotel to stay in Paris! Even though the hotel looks nicer on the outside and at the lobby, the rooms are extremely old and terribly maintained. Every member of my business delegation was told they were "guest of the day" and would be receiving a one-class room upgrade. I get why the hotel wants to make people feel they're getting something for free, but this kind of effort is transparent and undermines your credibility.

It was good, staff was very helpful. You can store your luggage even if you're gone and you'll be back there. Food at the restaurants was good though prices were a bit out of range.

Everything else is OK except shower water temperature is not constant. Sadly this is one of the two most important and basic aspects when judging the quality of a hotel (the other one is the bed). Hotel was clean and polished. Was given a free room upgrade and coupons for a free drin and breakfast. Room was spacious with a panoramic view of Paris. Hotel is located right by the Porte Maillot stop for the Air France bus. There are also RER and METRO stops nearby.

The view pretty much makes this hotel worth it. If you are a tourist they usually will put you in a room up facing the Eiffell tower and it is absoutely gorgeous and breathtaking if you have never seen it. Amazing to be able to look our your window and have the tower sparkling in your window. We were just there in november. The most uncomforatle part […] (and we had this problem in many hotels in Europe) is how hot the room gets. You can only crack the window around 3 or 4 inches and there is no tempature control beyond heat. We had the heat completely off and it was close to 80 or 85 degreess easily in our room as its a skyscraper and the heat rises. It made sleeping really uncomforatble and they dont use the 2nd much in Europe so we had to take the quilt apart and just use the duvet cover. Another note- the concierge can be somewhat helpful, or generally irritated. Never super friendly and if you ask a question twice forget about it. Consisten eye rolls. 詳情

Great Location very close to city center. lower floors are connected to a big shopping mall with a metro station. 1 min walk from a bus connection to the airport. Great breakfast buffet. awesome view of the Eiffel tower from your room. you can't ask for more.

Nice Hotel with the exception of two items: (1) No shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom supplies !!, and (2) No room heating (it gets chilly by night sometimes in Paris by the end of September) !!.

It took us so long time to check in. There were about 4 ques to get your turn. Many people came after us but had faster que, so they checked in before us. For me this is unfair. Though we had a club room, the furniture were below my expectation.

I loved this hotel for the fabulous view of the Tour Eiffel that we had from our room. The room service was great and the hotel staff helpful. The only disappointment was the breakfast that I felt was like a cattle market in a crowded room with too many people arriving late and the food buffet being quite ordinary and similar for the 5 days we were […] there was boring on day 2! But it was super easy to hop on a bus for two minutes and you were at the Arc de Triomphe, we had a shopping mall under the hotel and we discovered on the last day that the bus stop infront of the hotel took us directly to Gare du Nord for our Eurostar train back to the UK.....definitely recommend this hotel! 詳情

We booked a club room. Believe we were in a sub standard possibly called a superior room by hotel standards. We were given first a room that had not been renovated. After complaining we were put on a lower floor = 23 and had to take 2 different elevators to get to rooms, we had booked two twins as we were accompanied by daughter and granddaughter. Our […] daughters room had lotions,shower cap,sewing kit etc we got soap and gels for shower. Had to ask for anything additional. Showers in high tubs we had to climb to get into - very dangerous for 72 and 78 year olds. Each day we left euros for housecleaning staff. Breakfast we nice and included in club rate. Hotel was very good value for what felt like a top end hotel.We were lucky enough to have views across Paris and of the Eiffel tower which looked fabulous at night. We like walking so the location was great. Only a few mins from Champs Elysees and approx 30mins to Eiffel tower. Metro station at end of the road if you don't like walking.

very good, but the hotel room needed a new carpet and an update as do the corridors of the hotel. The reception etc is lovely, the bar is extremely expensive but the view is fabulous from the bar and my room.

I made this hotel as a last minute from hotel.com and my husband and I really love this hotel. The location was a little further than I thought to some attractions but the train was right there and was very easy to get to all the things we wanted to see. The shopping mall is connected to hotel so that was great. The view from our room and top floor […] was fantastic. The only downside is they were remodeling the bar lounge so it was closed but they did have a few seats outside and you could get a drink. I did find it odd that the same drink down in lobby was cheaper than the same drink on top floor bar. At matter of fact it was double on most all of the drinks. Not sure, why but I guess they charged for the view. But overall I would highly recommend this place. The room was great and clean and location wasn't bad as close to train. This modern hotel with its fantastic panoramic views (23rd floor) of most of the iconic buildings is THE place to stay. It has secure parking facilities directly below the hotel, so that you can forget the car and use the Metro, which again is also just outside hotel - or as we did - walked to the sights to enjoy Paris life on the way.

We requested for early check-in, which we got with the compromise to stay in a room near which some maintenance work was happening and it was very noisy. When we entered the room our disappointment reached to its peak. Room was extreamly small and dirty. This hotel is claimed as 4 star but quality of their rooms is not even one star. Room service is […] okay and everything comes with a price. Even a glass of hot water ( which I wanted for some medicines) will cost you 5 euros. Didn't I mention that there is no hot water kettle or tea bags etc in the room which is a basic thing these days. We paid 4 star rates and did not even get a 1 star room and service.
