"Dissappointed"
I'm not sure I would stay at this hotel again. When I arrived at around 8:00 pm a contractor was remodeling some of the rooms and it was very noisy. I was grateful my room was a few doors down. When I arrived at my room and walked into the bathroom the toilet seat was broken and just laying on the floor. I was not in the mood to move to another room […] so I just lived with it. "Friendly Travel Stay"
The only negative thing about this hotel they do not offer enough Non-Smoking rooms. This past weekend I accepted a smoking room on the first floor. I could barely breathe due to the smoke smell. Very comfortable and clean. Just like home and I felt very secure that close to the border. It is well lite at night and all rooms face the office. The office is a turn off to start with. It smells like moth balls. Our room had a noise coming from the fan and someone from the office fixed it, but there was quite a lot of dust on top which speaks volumes about maintenance on the place. Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Noisy because of location near freeway. Felt rate was somewhat hight when checking comparable lodgings and did not like the prepay/no cancellation policy.
