Hilton Pleasanton at the Club - 普列森頓

The hotel staff met all of our needs. The employee at the front desk was extremely helpful. Will stay there whenever I'm in the area.

Everything was very nice including the staff. But one thing I can not understand...why would a first class hotel like this put double beds in the rooms rather than Queens. Not good.

Great staff but for the price there was no microwave and no fridge. That was the first room I stayed in over 15 years that was furnished so sparingly. Would not stay here again!

Everything concerning this hotel was great except extremely loud hollering was allowed in the bar the night this was the only place within the hotel to eat. The meal was very good but I have never been in any type of a bar that this was allowed. Only about 6 people beside by guest and I were in the bar.

All staff was friendly and the shuttle service was great. Dinner options were pricey and mediocre but breakfast portions were decent and ENORMOUS - the "Just Eggs" meal looked like it had 6 eggs, but also came with hashbrowns, 2 slices of toast and 6 (!) large slabs of bacon. Too much for one person - I ended up going for cereal/fruit the rest of my […] stay. It's at the intersection of a few freeways and traffic noise is ever-present but not intrusively so. The hotel does have a relationship with a great gym next door, which my traveling companion really enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again. 詳情

My only complaint is that the on-site restaurant wasn't open on a Saturday night, because of general "lack of business." There was a 3 day hula show at the fairgrounds nearby, and many of the participants and guests were staying at the hotel, I'm sure there were enough potential diners to create business.

The front staffes in Hilton pleasanton have an authoritative manner that at times is almost arrogant. after night, in the morning, we, family, got trobled that we have to pay morning breakfast about $80, The reason we did not get free breakfast coupon, last night, in Front Desk, any staffes did not notify me there are free coupon to get the breakfast. […] we, after pay it, at least, in front for check in, if notify it for customers, thet would not get in troubled, the staff told us that itv is not chargible for them... nor mantotory,, i believe all of hotel staffes are always for customer.s conviniences at least, it is a arrogant manners that they used to neglet the cheap customerds, booked by interrnet and tostick out loudly that hotel company have been seperated with the resttaurant for morning breakfast ,in spite of it be in Hotel It is better that Internet customer will not visit the hilton pleasanton Hotel , they want to serve only theie customer owned. 詳情

The hotel was very nice and clean and in a great accessible location. Staffing knocked on our door to tell us to be quiet and we were just talking. I really wanted a refund of our money for this awful experience. This area is not to fond of Blacks, so beware!! not the place to stay for blacks. Hotel staffing is diverse but that is about it.

The Hilton in Pleasanton is adjacent to the Sport Club which is a First Class sport and exercise facility and free to people staying at the Hilton. I have returned to this Hilton because I like the Hilton service but also because of the Club.

Nice people, nice hotel, always a pleasure to stay there. I have been there three times and never had a bad experience. If you are in the area, you cannot go wrong, and I got a great rate on my room. Shop around & you'll like it.

Hotel was very clean and nice looking. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were there for a wedding and wanted to be on the same floor as the other guests; the person at the front desk said it was no problem and switched our room. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Overall a very pleasant stay for me and my girlfriend.

Average Room, nothing great, but a great king sized bed. Hotel Guests have access to a full health club located next to the hotel, which is great if you want that kind of experience. Air conditioning on/off was a bit loud for light sleepers (I am one). Excellent staff. Good overall accomodations for the price.
