Westin Market place is located in the centre of the San Francisco, going to different tourist spots are pretty convenient even if you do not have an vehicle. The lobby is stylish, reception is polite. However, I choose the room in 4-7 floor which is the cheapest, facing directly to the parking space. Besides, there are no tea bags in the room and there is only one Starbucks coffee sachet in the room! Whereas I got 3 in Palo Alto + tea bags. 1.第二天房間提供用品短少或弄錯 (與第一天比較，少一條浴巾，沒有沐浴乳)。 2.提供旅遊資訊不夠專業，未考量實際情況 (例如7/4搭車去看煙火，回程叫不到TAXI，且BUS也搭不上去，開車離開飯店時建議客人到market st右轉，但是根本很難轉過去)。 3.Check in櫃台服務很好，令人很開心。

I was there on a romantic getaway for a couple of days. It was located perfectly across the street for parking (hotel parking was way more expensive). There was a varity of restraunts, shopping (union square) and activities (AT&T park). The only thing that I was not happy with was the hotel restraunt. Awesome service, great room. The front desk was really friendly. Worth the money. Valet was slow to get the car at check out (45 minutes), and seemed disorganized. All in all, its exactly what I expect from a stay at a Westin hotel and will be back.

Our previously arranged accomodations for our girls trip ended up falling through, but fortunately, we were able to get a nice room booked at the Westin within 15min. Can ride was $7 to AT&T park. You could see stadium from our room. Hotel was great. Slight mix up by staff we were told checkout was at 6pm for some reason turns out it was noon. Hotel didnt stress it. Great place. Will return.

I stay at the Westin every time I'm in San Francisco and normally it's perfectly fine. This time, however, I was given a room where the person who stayed there before me had very obviously been smoking. Housekeeping was good enough to put an air purifier in my room to help get the smell out but it literally took more than 24 hours to clear it up. It was a great stay. However, there were a few staff members that were quite rude. A member of the Westin's customer service was extremely rude when I asked to leave my bags in storage for a few hours after my check out. Not cool.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Perfect stay for business trip as our meeting was in the Moscone Convention Center. Easy and quick access. My friend wanted to take the elliptical home with her! Would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms are comfortable and even though my room was on a lower floor, the street traffic noise wasn't bad, for SF hotel standards. Great location. Overall it was ok though way overpriced for what you get. Standard extras parking, wifi, and breakfast are pricey. However they also charge $6 for each delivery package received which really took the cake.

Convenient location, close to BART station, Union Square, and easy walk right to AT&T for a Giants game. Having a Starbucks across the street and a whole foods within a couple of blocks for supplies before a half marathon doesn't hurt, either.

NIce room, cool view,even from a "lower floor". Everything was great except it would have been nice to have 2 chairs. There was just one desk chair. Also, the TV remote was confusing and made it difficult to watch just regular TV programs.Did't like the $150 "hold" on my credit card.
