I was impressed with the staff. Every person I spoke to was so nice & helpful. The initial room I had, the air didn't work. The desk clerk was great. Because of the issue with the air, not only did I get another room, but the room was upgraded. I'm returning to Las Vegas April 2012. I am considering staying at the same hotel.

It's a family friendly hotel in Vegas, since you don't have to walk all the way through the Casino to get to your room. You're not on the strip, but a monorail station is in the house - very convenient. MY STAY AT THE "LVH" WAS GREAT. MY WIFE AND I ENJOYED THE COMFORT, STAFF, AND EXCITEMENT. "LVH" IS OUR NEW HOTEL OF CHOICE, SEE YOU SOON LAS VEGAS!!!

self-parking is a LONG walk, especially carrying your luggage

the bathroom smelled like wet mop and the AC made noises. Other than that it was ok.

I might have been comfortable paying $25 or $30 per night to stay here. The LVH had a very uncomfortable bed, towels were rough, head board was falling apart, and the hotel turned off the hot water while we were there so unfortunately no shower all night long.

We booked room on the phone and asked if there was a microwave, icebox and free internet in our room. The answer was yes....but when we got there the icebox was $20.00 more a night, internet charge of $13.00 apx and no mircowave available. They did not even have a coffee maker in the room...I guess this was so we could go downstairs and pay $12.00 to […] Starbucks. Comfortable, convenient with a very friendly hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Vegas. When I arrived I upgraded my room for a little extra. Then when I needed to stay an extra night, I booked though Hotels.com again but for a room at a lower rate. I thought I'd have to move to a different room but the front desk said I could […] just stay in the room I was in for no extra charge. That was cool and very convenient. Large rooms, clean. We had a very enjoyable stay. Not as far to parking as most large casino/hotels. Had a cleaner atmosphere than some casinos. Not as smoky. Pool is beautiful.

We found everything to our liking, convenient to LV Covention Center and easy to get anywhere in town by cab!!! The room was very comfortable and bed was also. Would like a newer style shaier though.

Great hotel, great sports book, but most of the employees are older so if you want the attractive cocktail watresses go elswhere. Nice room for the money though.

My friend and I got rooms at a ridiculously low price; afterward, I read the reviews and was nervous, but once we saw the rooms, my anxiety was put to rest. Both rooms were clean; one light bult was out in my room. There were runs in the carpet in both rooms, but that was it. Very quiet also, which is a nice break from all the noice on the strip.

This is just mins from the strip and old vegas. Clean and nice. Great for families.

Have stayed here several times, and the rooms are OK, but could use some deep cleaning or re-furbishing. Carpet had big stains, there were signs of some water damage in bathroom, furniture had lots of blemishes that had been repaired.

We had a ton of fun, although we don't gamble and missed seeing shows. Food everywhere was expensive and delicious. Their Buffet was a bargain, tho, with free wine and beer with dinner, and fabulous selections. Rooms were beautiful. A couple of maintenance items were addressed quickly by staff. Had a quick one night stay. Not the best hotel in Vegas, but we got a great price...so I guess you get what you pay for. The room, and hotel in general, are good...but not great. Service was good though, very friendly.

The rooms were nice enough, but nothing fancy. On our second night in the hotel, the ceiling above the bed started to leak and it took several phone calls with the reception to arrange a new room. That could have been handled better.

very disappointed.... Had neighbors which were very disrupted, couldn't get any sleep, security had to be called on a on going basis and all they had to say that I would take off 20.00 of your room service.

the employees seemed to be unsatisfied and confused about who there new employer was....

The Hotel is tired and the number of restruants in the hotel is bad. The hotel needs a major face lift and dining added

Very good price for room but all other ammenities are very expensive, resturants and convience store.

The Front desk staff were extremely helpful and accomodating - even with the large convention attendance. And the room staff were efficient and spoke english, and showed that they loved their jobs.

All in all it was a great trip. As we checked in we got the upsell to a "nicer room" it was a nice room (the upgrade) however the hotel was EMPTY... How could I not get a king size bed? It would have been nice to spread out in a big bed (like at home) instead of 2 full size beds!! Oh well honey, we will sleep together when we get home!!
