Hotel allowed us to check in early and was very accommodating to our large group.

Breakfast was great as well

Great value. Clean rooms, excellent service. I asked to switch room seT from highway because of noise and they did so quickly without fuss. The breakfast could use more fruit and yogurt.

This is a standard hotel with only a few frills but suited my need for a place to stay perfectly

This hotel is located very close to O'hare and off the highway so you can hear the airplanes and passing cars from the parking lot. Surprisingly that was the only place you could hear them. The room was extremely quite. Nice enough comp. breakfast (more than cereal and milk). There's also one of the top 3 popular Chicago style pizza places located about […] 2 mi away. Overall it is a really nice experience in this hotel. The only thing bothers us is it is close to airport so you can hear something, but not that loud.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and they provided us with shuttle service to the airport - even at 4:30 a.m. It was only 4 miles from the airport but it took 25 minutes to get there. Clean and quiet and reasonable price.

Good staff. Clean. Doesn't smell. This is a functional low-cost alternative. There is nothing near it but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Good features for a family hotel. Only thing missing is a Pool.

The only reason I stayed here is because all of the hotels downtown and at OHare were booked. Let me just say, it is not the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Plus, there is literally nothing around there within walking distance. You have to take a cab to even go anywhere to get something to eat. Definitely not worth the money I paid to stay here. […] And to top it off, I had no hot water in my moring shower. That sure does not start the day off right. Would not stay here again. 詳情

CLOSE TO AIRPORT, GOOD RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA, QUITE AT NIGHT, GOOD BREAKFAST.

I stayed for two days. The hotel is located near to the airport which makes it ideal for tourists. The kind hospitality I got from the hotel employee is really magnificent. Thank you all. It would be much more better if the rooms are equipped with refrigerator. I love my stay at this hotel.

The shuttle to airport is a big help. Gets crowded at times but it is good enough. Good breakfast in the morning. Pretty well maintained facility.

The hotel is fine for the price, but I probably won't go back, because the restaurant across the street that I was expecting to frequent had just closed and there are no shops or other restaurants nearby. There are a number of restaurants that will deliver, but the Chinese food that I ordered wasn't all that good. Be sure to call for the shuttle at […] the airport -- Take the phone # with you when you leave home.. The shuttle comes right away, but can take 20 or so minutes to get there. Staff are friendly, business center is handy and works nicely. The fridge in the room didn't work at all, even after I plugged it in! There are limited selections at a small "bar." if you want to call it that. I got a nice small bottle of Barefoot Merlot for $5, about 6 ounces and a wine glass to take up to my room. The heat was either on or off, and there was no ability to regulate the temperature. So the room quickly overheated, then when I turned it off, it got cold. I was comfortable under the ample covers, and prefer to sleep in a cold room, so this was only a problem when I was up. 詳情

Biggest complaint is that the air-conditioner was very noisy. The room was too stuffy to sleep without it on, but its noise kept me up most of the night. We stayed here in order to catch and early flight out of O'Hare. On the positive side, being so close to the airport at a favorable rate & with free shuttle was perfect. This is what I really needed most, so I'm happy with that part. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful, as was the shuttle driver and getting breakfast at 4:30 am was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was not very pleasant, however. This hotel was very nice. They were very understanding with checking in early. The beds were amazing and they were the perfect distance from down town Chicago. Great breakfast and great customer service. Very clean hotel and very nice staff! I would recommend staying here to anyone that traveled to Chicago.

Noice from freeway, woke me up twice. Price was good.

The front desk staff was completely rude and unfriendly. When I needed an extra 20 minutes past their normal check-out time to get all of my stuff to another hotel I was told that I would "have to leave" once the 20 minutes were over. There are more polite and professional ways to express this than with such bluntness. The room was very small and dark. […] The grounds were unkempt and slummy looking. If you need to stay in this area, try the La Quinta across the street. The La Quinta chain is more reasonably priced, has polite staff and usually provides a fridge and microwave in each room free of charge if they have them. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was the best we ever ate. The wi-fi access was a definite plus and the channel selection on the televivion was great. The staff was helpful and happy. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely reccomend it to someone else as well as stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Had to switch rooms twice on first day. First room - the A/C did not work and it was 32 degrees C (94 degrees F). The second room - the toilet did not work. They were supposed to send someone in to fix it, but that never happened. Once in the third room, we made sure these things were okay before unpacking AGAIN. No apologies from […] the front desk. The rooms were small, outdated and barely comfortable. This place is in dire need of a reno. Took the shuttle to the airport, but it was running 45 miniutes behind schedule. I felt sorry for the people that actually had planes to catch. We took the "L" downtown. The shuttle driver was nice, but drove like a maniac! The free breakfast was a bust. I didn't even attempt to try anything. Nothing fresh. If you wanted to eat in the area, you have to drive. The Woodfield Mall is about 10 minutes away. I would not go back to this hotel. 詳情

The hotel was nice and our room was in excellent condition. The only annoying aspect was the crowded parking lot. We were lucky to find a spot on our side of the building. Still, an excellent option to spend the night.

Great staff great room great breakfast and our suttle driver to and from the airport was lets just say awsome!!!!. We had to pickup my elerly handicapped mother and our shuttle driver was fantastic he anticipated our needs even before we asked for anything . I would strongly recommend this hotel and most deffinatly stay agian and agian.

I am very satisfied with this hotel and the staff, the rooms were very clean its a quiet place and the price was great I will definately stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn. The room was clean and served our needs. The staff was helpful and courteous, and the hot breakfast was very nice given the price of our stay. We had an issue with our shower, but the staff quickly moved us to another room within minutes of our notifying them of a problem. We would definitely stay at this hotel a […] gain. 詳情

The hotel is convenient to a lot of nice eateries like Sweet Baby Ray's and Lou Malnati's. The breakfast in the morning is very good, too, and not just sweet rolls and coffee. Room very comfortable, nice mattress. When I didn't like my room by the elevator, they gave me one at the end of the hall.

We stayed overnight between flights and for the money and convenience of the free shuttle to and from the airport it was definitely a great deal! There was some kind of flooding on the first floor so we had to walk through mushy carpet, but other than that, no problems! It's very close to the airport, has a nice shuttle service to the airport, and is very reasonably priced. If you have a quick layover I would recommend it.

nice hotel...far from downtown(35 minutes driving)....close to O`Hare

The hotel was an acceptable for the price, so we weren't disappointed. However, (1) it's not that easy to locate since it's located at a busy intersection where several roads intersect, (2) the fan was too noisy to leave on as a means to block out the noise partying guests upstairs (However, once we finally called the front desk at midnight, the partying […] stopped, so my advice would be to call the front desk right away if there's a guest noise problem), and (3) the breakfast was adequate (bagels + dry cereals, etc.,) but not as good as another commenter led me to expect. 詳情
