Very clean and comfort ! There was no free wi-fi you for to pay for it. Other than that I was happy with it.

all extras cost money. wifi service can be bought by the day or hour. The day is better deal. The only free things is the coffee in your room

Hotels.com said breakfast was included in the reservation. I was told at the front desk that they do not offer breakfast. Front desk also wanted to give me a regular room, and I had to show her the printout of my reservation to get the concierge room that I booked. The room was great.

The hotel staff were so helpful that the service alone would bring me back to this hotel. The great price and accomodations were a great bonus.

While the room was great, comfortable, and quite large, everything was extra. You have to pay extra per night for things like a refrigerator and wi-fi. Things that most hotels, are free. Even though we liked the room, we will be staying elsewhere thru next time we are in Sacramento.

Hotel was great! Parking... Not so much!

I checked in to the hotel and the staff was very friendly I requested a fridge an was told it would cost an extra 15 witch I was okay with. Well I never recieved the fridge and then when I got back I noticed 2 days later I had an extra charge to my card for 5.46 that did not make sense to me sense the guy at the desk said there was no charges to my […] card but there was 2 one for 50 bucks and the other for 5.46 I dont understand that. It also shows on the internet free wifi well its not free its 2.99 and up I never used it but did check it out to see if they charged for it. everything was extra you had to pay for everything including water that was in your room. We were there for a convention. Beds are 2 Doubles or 1 King. Nothing else. Basic room. Large Flat screen was nice. Beds comfy. Rate was higher compared to other hotels with better extras like a fridge/microwave or 2 queen sized beds & a Free breakfast. Nice stay but I think they should invest in refrigerators to put in the rooms. Most of the Ice machines ran out of ice.

The hotel service and all was great. The only problem was that we had was the drainage of the bathtub. As we would shower the water would get dirty and would just stand there around our ankles. I have stayed at 3 Hiltons this year and this is a good example of how this company works. I have been satisfied at all three. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the whole hotel is in good shape. You can tell that this place has been renovated numerous times but each time it had been done well. My husband and I got there a little after 3pm. We got our room and went up to drop off our suitcase only to find that the room was not cleaned. That was a bit of a surprise. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

My boyfriend and i have stayed at this hotel multiple times and we are usually very satisfied, however i was disappointed with our last stay. When we checked in everything seemed fine. The staff was welcoming, the room was as comfortable, and we had a decent view. We had breakfast there on saturday and sunday morning (we had the continental breakfast). Pros: […] i love their eggs benedict! Cons: Their orange juice is terrible and they no longer offer smoked salmon. The service was also not at its best this during this stay in comparison to previous stays. However, my biggest complaint has to be that by the time i checked out, i had multiple red and itchy bug bites. At first i did not think they had anything to do with the hotel, but even after i came home the bites continued. I did some research and realized i may have stayed in a room that was infested with bed bugs! Not only is that a disgusting thought, i fear i brought them home with me! I have already contacted management at the hilton and they said they would "investigate." I have not heard back from them yet but i do expect them to follow up and provide me with a copy of the inspection since i may need to have my home treated for bed bugs if this is infact what is causing my bites. The staff at this facility was very courteous and accommodating. However, the facility is a little ways from restaurants, malls, shopping etc. There is not much to see outside the hotel (within walking distance). The eating facilities at the hotel were acceptable but not great, not much variety and over priced. Crummy neighborhood, but everything inside hotel was top notch. Can see that the Hilton has improved their quality from the 80's and 90's when they went downhill to way below Hyatt.

Everything as expected. Great hotel.

Very nice and clean room. Entire lobby decorated nicely fro the Christmas Holiday. We had a very nice stay. It was quiet and peaceful. Would stay again.

The hotel felt safe and was easy to find. Great view. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. Room was modest for the price. The bathrooms and some of the furniture could use updating. It is above my price range, but I did want to feel safe. I would stay there again.

Restaurant left much to be desired. It had slow service, high prices, and average food. Opted for Burger King next night. Gaggle of children there for soccer game were playing soccer in halls, playing on elevators, and generally just being kids. Not conducive to quiet and relaxation. Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable.

We decided to stay overnight in Sacramento around 4:30 on the day of our stay. We made reservations through Hotels.com en route to the hotel. By the time we arrived, our reservation was in the hotel system, and a room was ready for us. Every person on staff that we encountered was friendly and eager to help. We had a great stay.

we checked in fairly late and the check in was smooth. we ordered room service and it came pretty promptly and was tasty. All in all we were there only the night and it we had a wonderful night of sleep.

checked in early with no problem. Staff were exceptionally courteous both arriving and departing. The chef for mourning breakfast worked above and beyond what was required of him.The room was clean and very comfortable.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was a bit dated, with the bathroom clearly needing some update. For those for whom it's important, the bar area is very inviting and comfortable :)

This hotel was great. Check in was fast and courteous, the room was nice and very clean, bed was very comfortable. The on-site resturant was a little expensive, though I did not have the opportunity to eat there, I just read the menu. The lounge area in the lobby was nicely set up, I could really relax there after a long day of seeing clients. Overall, I had no problems at all and I would recommend to stay at this Hilton. 詳情

The cleanliness of the room needs improvement. Otherwise, the location is great. They have all the amenities.
