We were very happy with our stay. It is conveniently close to casinos and there is plenty to do close by (the ski lifts are across the street) The room was clean and the beds are very comfortable Seemed like the bathroom had been remodeled. We wanted to see and enjoy Lake Tahoe (the watery and mountain bit) so this location in the busy town area was not the best for us. Hotel room was acceptable and staff very helpful. The windows and blinds kept out noise from the busy nearby road well. We should have stayed on the west side of the lake. Only the bed was nice. The shower was old and small and very cold.the tv was so old it only had snow for a picture. Would not stay again.

I booked this room online. This hotel lists the price of the room at a low rate to get it's occupancy rate up then charges you a per night resort fee. This is the true definition of bait and switch. Will never stay at a hotel again because of that practice

We have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. They were very helpful at the desk when we needed something and we could just walk to everywhere. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The Hotel is well located near heavelly station, but the maitenance is awfull. The bathroom was driping, the lamp was working, I needed take a shower with door opend because a couldn't see nothing.

Its a alright hotel . Coffee pot wasnt cleaned out still had old grounds in it. When i reserved the room, there was no mention about a $25 a night extra fee for our little havaness. And you cant leave the dog alone (which i totally understand) so why the extra fee. Plus a $12 a night hotal tax? Probley wont stay there again.

This was nice hotel, the rooms were clean, with modern furnishings and awesome TempurPedic mattresses. This hotel is in a fairly good location, but not a comfortable walking distance in ski gear to the Heavenly Gondola. They've got a great photographer because the rooms are very small and the bathrooms even smaller and cramped. The pool was closed and filthy. The hottub was open and not much cleaner. Conveniently located and clean, memory foam queens beds were great, but young guy at the front desk was not very friendly and kindda of a jerk. I reported a problem with the desk lamp which didn't work, and it got fixed only the following day after I called again.

When checking out today, an additional fee of $12 a night was added cover the cost of "environmental products" the desk clerk explained because these products are more expensive to have. So for $12.00 a night you get a little bar of soap and sample size shampoo and conditioner. The soap was missing from our room when we checked in and we had to ask […] for toilet paper. For the price, the room was fine, bed was very comfortable. The heater was VERY noisy. It woke me up everytime it started (every few minutes!!!). If you're looking for a five-star, resort-style, accommodation, keep looking. If you are looking for a "nice" motel, without frills, and you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room anyway... this place is a good option. Great neighborhood -- close to everything -- and the room was big and comfortable. A few hundred yards from the lake, up the street from Heavenly, across the street from the ski village and a big shopping center with galleries, supermarket, places to eat, etc. And just a few hundred yards from the Nevada state line, if you like to gamble. No complaints […] at all. Only downside -- we booked at the Park Tahoe Aspen Court, at 4003 Lake Tahoe Blvd -- but there's no signage for it. it's the same hotel as the a place with a different name that has the 4011 address. So we had to drive around the block a couple times to find it. But that was a minor inconvenience -- a great place, and a spectacular location, and a great value too. 詳情

Got a deal for 40% off my stay; well worth it. Great location - so close to Heavenly Village! The bathroom could use some updating, but the room was great - the bed had a tempur-pedic mattress I believe.... so comfortable! I'd definitely stay here again!

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean, and had temperpedics! Only thing I did not like was the TV, it had bad reception and could not get a clear image. But other than that, our stay was comfortable. Would definately stay there again.

This location of this hotel is excellent and the beds are amazing! I chose this hotel because it allows dogs, they have you sign a form saying you will not leave your pet alone in the room - which I wasn't expecting, but we were able to find dog friendly restaurants so it worked out great.

Clean place, great location. Room was nice even with our two dogs in there with us.

The room is very clean and comfortable. If there is a hot tub, especially after skiing, this hotel would be much better.
