雖然舊了，可是翻新过，因此環境很不错。对爱逛街的人来說，地点超棒，出入交通方便。美中不足的是沒門房，行李得自行拖上有4，5階的Lobby；而住在靠Via Gran邊的房間則是隔音不好，一晚上警車，救護車，購物人潮聲不斷，根本沒法睡覺，所以㐧二天趕快換飯店了!

Wonderful quiet atmospheric accommodation after a day of touring the lanes of Toledo. Wonderful views across the river to the old city. Bit of a walk if you don't have a car. If their restaurant is closed, try Tapas at nearby Hierbabuena - also good views, service and food. Most enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

The hotel was ok. High price because of the location not the hotel standard. Too high price for internet, 13 euro/day. Also too high price for breakfast, 19(!!!) euro. Clean and nice room, but nothing extra.

The hotel is in a very good location but is now in need of some investment if my room and the decor are the things to go by. The reception area is Ok, minus any wow factor, and from there the quality slips. My room was clean but very small with a view into a well that was quite unpleasant. Amenities were typical of an older Spanish hotel. Breakfast […] was OK, not over flowing with choice but the staff were always polite and efficient. Armed guards at the door / reception area were a little disconcerting leaving you not reassured but wondering why they were required. The roof has a pool and sitting area that is ideal for enjoying the sun in the middle of the city but again in need of some refurbishment. This could be a great hotel but is probably reflective of contemporary Spain today. Short on confidence and suffering from lack of investment. I hope it recovers. 詳情

Great location and helpful staff. I gave this a 3 overall for a number of reasons. The first was that having booked a single room I was given a room at the back of the hotel, the outlook of which was onto a very small lightwell. I needed to use artificial lighting during the day and found it a bit claustrophobic but it's OK if you don't spend a lot […] of time in the room. I was very disappointed by the hotel choice. The room was very noisy and when we asked to change the room, we got another one that had double windows but... there was no AC in the room. This is a great hotel to stay in for a first visit to Madrid. It is in a central location close to all the interesting places to visit. The staff are all friendly and speak English. Hotel location could not be more central. The only comparison could be having a hotel in the centre Oxford street in London. There are numerous restaurants, coffee and snack bars as well as high street shops on your doorstep. The location is also perfect for setting out to see any of the Madrid sights and the immediate location of the 'Tube', which […] is easy to navigate and allows access to a number of key visitor attractions. I would however recommend a decent travel guide that encompasses a detailed street map as the numerous twists and turns can take a couple of days to familarise yourself with. You can't beat the location! Conveniently located in the downtown area where theaters, shopping areas, and restaurants are within walking distance. There's also a metro stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel rooms are cozy and for the price, they are of great value!

The Hotel is in a perfect Location.The staff could be more helpfull but was not bad at all. It is funny that they ask 13,00EUR per day for internet and 20,00EUR for breakfast per person.Easy access to Metro and Bus stations.I would recommend this Hotel for staying in Madrid.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring the key sights/areas and within easy walking reach of a range of cafes and restaurants. Our standard double room was very small and faced inside onto the other three walls of the building but was comfortable enough with good lighting, adequate furniture and a fully stocked mini-bar. TV stations were very limited, […] the only English speaking channels being CNN, Discovery and Disney and no movie channel. The bathroom was large with a full size bath, good shower, bidet and large vanity area but no ventilation and the steamed-up mirror was an inconvenience as it was the only one in the room. Housekeeping responded immediately to our request for extra pillows, only one being provided. The bed was neatly made up with blankets and sheets and was changed once during our four night stay. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room or should I say large cupboard, although well decorated and maintained, was extremely small and cramped. Also they charge €15 per day for the WiFi. Across the road in Starbucks it is free for the price of a coffee. So future clients take note!!
