This hotel has a great location right next to the station and subway. Good shopping and attractions nearby. We used the laundry facilities and they were adequate. The room however was awful. Great hotel, location is fantastic! At the front gate of Chinatown and only a 3 minute walk to the subway. Staff is quite helpful and speaks fairly good english. The hotel is very clean, and people are very kind. In addition, the location of the hotel is quite good; it is in the china town. If I have a chance to go to Yokohama, I will definitely use the Rose hotel.

I hade a pleasant stay in Rose hotel Yokohama, which is just inside the borders of Chinatown of Yokohama, a good outpost for walking around in the central parts of Yokohama. The two bed bedroom I stayed in was spacey with two arm chairs, a long desk and a small old style TV. Internet was free of charge, but restricted to non-wireless connection.
