I stayed at this hotel when I visited my family over Christmas. It was very convenient to everything including my family. Because it is located right off of I-84, it is a direct on and off the interstate for my arrival and departure. I enjoyed my stay over a Christmas visit with my family. My accommodations were very good and the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. I will stay there again on my next visit.

Hotel shows its age and needs to be upgraded, bathroom was tired and needed to be remodeled. Room had a weird smell, I had to open the window to air it out...

The manager Steve and staff were very kind. The hotel was not what it looks like on line. I really did not enjoy my stay because I felt like it was not up to date and not appealing in the inside. I was happy when my time was up. Thank you

This hotel is convenient to the highway and accepts pets which is what we needed. Price was right. The hotel is a bit tired and rooms, beds are only OK. Not particularly nice and generally not upgraded. Rooms facing the parking lot/road are a bit noisy.

Comfortable room but could have used a fan in the bathroom. Also the bathroom floor could have been cleaner around the toilet. A little disappointed that the complimentary coffee was only available in the morning and on a Sunday not until after 7am. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Was upset to find an additional $25 charge to our credit […] card that is there "in case we used any incidentals" but would clear 72 hours after our stay. I have never heard of that. 詳情

They were not happy we booked thru Hotel.com. Continental breakfast-which was offered to us but then not available- dry and not very appealing. Had to ask for Toilet paper and towels on separate occasions.

This place was the pits. Old elevators staff that can't speak English. And the bar downstairs is worried about tips.

heater blower ran all night

The check in was average, as was the checkout. There was a line of guests one or two parties deep for both as only one employee was working at the time when I did both. The room was average. The bathroom wasn't spectacularly clean-- the tub/shower looked old, had a few old mildew type of stains in the grout, and the bathroom in general looked tired. The […] room itself was fine... pretty average. The air conditioner would not turn on, despite setting the knob to "cool" and the dial all the way to the blue "coldest" range. So we just opened the window, but it wasn't as cool as I usually prefer a room to be. The bar was closed for repair during my stay, which was irritating as I was there for a wedding and the wedding family had to rent out the breakfast room for the night before and the after-the-reception festivities for guests. There were little mints on the turned-down comforter, which was cute, but other than that this hotel was rather tired. Not bad, per se, but certainly not as new, updated, attractive or clean as others in the same chain. 詳情

comfortable stay

Swimming pool looked sketchy. Rooms were clean. Dining room slow but forgiving. Comedy club was lots of fun. Great waitress (Janet?) raspy voice, GREAT.

This is one of those older chain hotels that needs renovation. It's decor is a bit tired and worn. I only stayed one night and just need a place to crash for a few hours, so it was no big deal, but if you're looking for an enjoyable place to stay, look elsewhere.

MY WIFE HAS COPD.ROOM HAD MILDEW BELOW WINDOWS AND SMELLED LIKE IT..ONLY ROOM LEFT WITH FRIDGE FOR WIFES MEDICINE.GOT SOME AIR FRAGRANTS. WAS TOLD THEY HAD SEVERE RAIN STORM A FEW DAYS EARLIER AND THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED THE ODOR.????MGMT WOULD LOOK INTO IT. EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE HOTEL WAS EXCEPTIONAL.

There is some sort of club within the hotel - with shady, drunk people walking the halls.
