DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver - Stapleton North - 丹佛

When booking this hotel map showed the other Doubletree down the street. It was a typical Doubletree about 10 floors high with nice surroundings. This one was probably another brand before with 3-4 levels and long hallways. Not nice surroundings and very difficult to get to. Room is ok and lobby is ok but not worth the price.

This property is clearly in the middle of a renovation. The staff seems stressed and not able to give good service as a result, it wasn't until the second morning that we encountered people in the restaurant who were actually calm and nice. The first day we were there a large group was leaving and the staff seemed very overworked and stressed. We found […] that when treated with kindness, they relaxed a little and were kind, but we felt sorry for them,. The property was hard to get to based on the Garmin we had, street names have changed and it took us 3 tries to get there off the highway. The lobby and rooms had been renovated, but the hallways were in very bad shape (trash littering the hallways, dirty carpets). The room was actually pretty enjoyable once we reached it, though we had to ask for a second room because the first was across the hallway from a very loud ice machine. Very loud. People fighting in next room. Could here every person that came in at night. voices and key card unlocking door. Every person entering elevator. Train 3 times during night. Room came with ear plugs! Should have been a clue. Got a different room for second night on different floor. Train louder but we were so tired from first night. The Room was great! The Hotel was right on par for a Hilton Property. The dinner I attended that evening at the Hotel was AWESOME! GREAT FOOD and Supreme service. Good Job! My only issue was with room service. It was late and they claimed my bill was discounted but I'm still waiting on the adjustment to my Visa Card...

Surprised at the condition of various items and upkeep. Probably was a great hotel in the 80's/90's - but not when it seems to be less than updated and is the 2010's. Double Tree 2-3 blocks away is my choice to try next time.

Call it the railroad yard DoubleTree! The brand is tarnished as you awaken to the sounds of a train yard, Look out the window to an industrial area, with a power station and high voltage wires about . We booked our stay via a travel site and requested the location at 3023 Quebec, in Denver. We were instead booked at a location a mile away, 4040 Quebec. In my 2 nights reservation I stayed at 3 hotels. The Double Tree's fire alarm went off around midnight, my daughter and I sat in the car for an hour and a half before deciding to go up the street, with the clothes on our back to see if we can stay at a different double tree. Impossible to sleep when your adjacent to a major freight rail line whose trains sound of a crescendo of horns every hour on the hour. Room had no dark curtains to shut out the light of the rail yards, and heating system is either full-blast air or nothing at all. Would definitely not recommend this hotel for a good night sleep.

I did not even stay at this hotel because it did not look like it was in a safe area. As a single female, I did not feel safe at this hotel. On top of that, the hotel would not let me cancel my reservations, even though I was going to stay at another Hilton property. I am very disappointed in my experience with this hotel.

We needed a room to rest, shower and change coming from our ski vacation to the airport. The room had a tea/coffee brewing station and a small fridge, the double room had an average size. The bathroom had a tub/shower with lots of thick towels. Did not feel very comfortable in the room. The room smelt moldy and needed an update. In future I am going to spend the $10 or $20 per night and stay somewhere I feel relaxed in and that I do not need to tell my kids not to touch anything.

The rooms at this hotel are fine. One exception is the heat. Even though it seemed to have a thermostat to set the temperature it was either on or off, so too hot or too cold. A n active railroad track is behind the hotel. Friday night 4 trains went by blowing horns at the road crossings....long and loud! Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

When arrived at the motel, was told the room wasnt ready, so I told them I needed to leave and would be a late arrival. I was then told that they couldnt guarantee my room. When I got mad, They said my room was ready, and put me next to the exit door and the elevator. Miserable.

The room was too small...the tv was not up to date....I didn't like the fact of when I check in with my guest there were like (u know it's just one king size bed). Will not be booking again!

The hotel was nice except it was hard, very hard to locate and to drive to it. The streets were very poorly marked, the streets themselves were in terrible condition. When I was abot find the place it was after hours and no place to have dinner.

The wifi connection are bad in my initial room, the staff quickly moved me to another room after I brought it up. Staff are very friendly & helpfull. The rooms are clean and well maintained, although the overall outside corridoor could use a new carpet & paint. Other than that I had a very well rested and comfortable 7 day stay there.

I thought the motel was just perfect for the time I needed to spend there. They will even shuttle you over to the shopping centers and large stores nearby if you like. I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for a week, and they picked me back up from the airport and brought me back to the motel.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It is very convenient to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. They ran out of rooms with King beds, so I got 2 Double beds, but they gave me free breakfast for both days to make up for it. Staff was very friendly.
