We loved it. The pool is an indoor/outdoor pool. My son could have stayed in it for hours. The night we were there it was snowing and it was wonderful swimming outside with snow coming down around you. It is a nice size, even has an interesting water feature. The room was typical DoubleTree.

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel. This stay, like the first, was a good experience. We had a minor problem with the television but that's technology for you. The staff was very apologetic about it. Also, as always, the free cookies were nice and very delicious.

I liked the room the bed was very comfortable, but the noise from the rooms on either side of my room was terrible.. didn't get much sleep. probably won't ever stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here overnight while attending a marriage seminar in Ozark. While it was less expensive than the hotels we looked at in Ozark, it was still very nice and worth the extra miles' drive. they was awesome and very helpful! they even offered to take us places. then they even brought us a fridge for our room since we was there for two days. It was there within ten minutes of asking for it!

Upon arrival after a long trip we were pleasantly surprised they had everything ready and waiting for us already. The delicious warm cookies were a total bonus! The room was great and really clean and we all sleep wonderfully on the beds. We will definitely return and stay at this hotel:))

The entire staff were extremely nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! A great stay at an extremely affordable price! We really loved the warm chocolate chip cookies.

The hotel was great overall. A great pick for a road trip stop. Actually, quite good for any stay. My only complainant is the bed. The beds were pretty broken down with a large collapse in the center of the bed.

The hotel room was great and the king-size bed was soft and inviting. At the North end of Springfield, you have to navigate some traffic to get anywhere of interest but it's not a huge town so it's not bad. There's a Wal-Mart across the street (if you forgot to pack things like we did) and a fantastic BBQ restaurant just off of the parking lot. I attended a conference at the hotel. My room was great, but the conference rooms were very cold and uncomfortable. I doubt it was over 60 degrees in any of the seminar rooms.

As a frequent traveler with more than 1,000,000 air miles (mostly international), you might imagine I've seen my share of nice hotels in great locations. Ok, so Springfield isn't Rio or Bern, but this DoubleTree is one of the nicer atrium style hotels I've booked. So pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. Beds comfortable. Felt secure in room and hotel. Great to have restaurant and bar on property. This hotel was easily accessible/navigable, not too far from relatives in Marshfield, and comfortable. The only negative was the plumbing in our bathroom. The sink and bathtub drained very slowly. You had to hold the lever on the toilet down for a long time to make sure the toilet flushed completely. Maybe the plumbing was wacky because we were on the […] 5th floor. I don't know. This hotel reminded me of some of the smaller hotels in Las Vegas. The staff was friendly and the overall appearance/feel was very nice. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I experienced one small issue with the shower in this room but it was handled very quickly by the front desk without hesitation.
