The room and staff were great, however, the bathroom was very small. You could not even walk in it the tub, tolite were on top of each other.

The hotel met our needs, but was nothing extraordinary. Hotel was clean and is very well located. The elevators are very cool and efficient since you enter your floor in the elevator lobby and the display sends you to the correct car. Once in the elevator, you don't have any buttons to push for your floor.

This hotel was great. It was in a perfect walking location to most things we did. Also short walking distance to Bourbon Street where you will most likely find yourself at night drunk and stumbling. Very functional hotel, well run. But no extras without fees... internet $15/night, no free coffee juice or anything but a water dispenser. Surprised that the Ice was available without charge. The big one is when you retrieve your car, the cost is $35,00 per night plus $4.50 City tax... so almost $40/night ! So if you are going... park way out and take […] a taxi to the Hotel. Overall good except I was right next to an elevator at the JW Marriot which made it impossible to sleep those three night then moved to Marriot and finally got a chance to sleep until cleaning crew knocked repeatly on the door at 9 am. You would think they would have a list of guest who have already checked out.

This hotel had outstanding service. Top notch, convenient location, access to the French Quarter is easy and highway is down the street. Highly recommend the river view rooms on the upper levels!

This is a great location, but room not as nice as you would expect for the price. It was jazz fest weekend so it was more expensive than usual. However I have stayed here before in the other tower for a lot less money (about $150 less per night) and the room was nicer than the one I had this trip.

ALL THE THINGS IN THE ROOM WERE TOO SMALL, BATHROOM, COFFE MAKER. AT NIGHT VERY NOISY, I THINK THE ELEVATORS MAKE A LOT OF NOISE. IN THE OTHER HAND WE LIKE YOUR RESTAURANT.

Surprisingly no bar within the room (no bottle of water available). Can't beat the location. All of the staff go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. My main complaint is the room itself...very small and nothing special for the very high price we paid. It was called a "deluxe" room, but I've stayed in better, larger rooms at a Motel 6. Great location on Canal Street and Chartres, can step right out into Quarter or to the streetcar service. Easy walking distance to other neighborhoods including CBD and Lower Garden District. Full-service hotel with all possible amenities, and good restaurant "555". Fantastic river view from rooms, if on the river side of the River tower.

Concierge was terrible. When I asked for a breakfast suggestion for Sunday, she said ,"I don't know". Showed no interest, she seemed to be bothered just to be asked a question. Normally Marriott is very good, but will never go to Marriott in NOLA again. In fact, the next day concierge was not that much better.

Hotel was clean and staff was very polite and helpful. Valet parking was very convienient. Very close to Jackson square and Bourbon street. Will book here next time in New Orleans.

Right on Canal Street, the Marriott is close to everything. After a 15 minute walk, we were in the heart of the French Quarter. It took 10 minutes by foot to get to the World War II Museum. Great hotel, great location, great service. Only issue is that wi-fi is not free in the bedrooms. It should be given the rates charged for the rooms.

Great location near restaurants but that's NO. Rooms are clean and good water pressure. Average room. Nothing special. Don't get near the elevator- sounds like a freight train coming through with every passenger.

Nice older Marriott. Very small bathroom with low shower water pressure. Housekeeping was a bit below par on responsiveness, but did a good job overall. The hotel was completely booked due to a medical convention. We had had reservations for 4 months but the front desk person said they could not guarantee a king size bed as we had booked through a third party. The room we received was right behind to the elevator so every time the elevator went up and down it made a roaring sound. We went back to the […] front desk where another clerk was fortunately able to give us another room. Actually the seven elevators in this 40 story hotel were great otherwise with mostly express trips. On the downside, other than double beds, you would think that a $300 a night room would have a safe and a refrigerator. Of course, no free breakfast, but a $15 pp buffet. (At an Ashville, NC Comfort Inn we got all the amenities including free breakfast for $55.) All the staff were pleasant and cooperative; one front desk person helped us with our boarding passes after their computer needed to be rebooted. Not a bad little restaurant. Given the hotel's great location (two blocks to Bourbon St and to Decatur St) we give this a conditionally positive review. Watch out for the rooms near the elevator. 詳情

My stay was excellent with the exception that the ventilation fan is a little to loud. But excellent in regards to the in-room dinning. The food was excellent and I love the fact that you can order late.

The hotel itself was very nice, as far as our room and the price we paid, I was not happy with it. We had family that stayed across the street that had a much nicer room and paid half what we did. It was a nice place to stay! But it wasn't great or excellent like u would think wen u think of a Marriott! I was dissapointed there was no fridge in room for 250$ a night I should have a fridge! And the first women I checked in with was rude and she also sent me to a room that wasn't done! The second lady was very helpful and nice.
