Exellent place to stay. Morning buffet was real pricey however, there is a Denny's across the street. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were all very nice & helpful. The location is great, just a few blocks from the Fisherman's Wharf. We plan to stay there for future trips.

Stayed here 6.5 years ago and again on my recent trip to San Francisco. Excellent location, close to both cable car lines, Fishman's Wharf and other tourist attractions. Very comfortable bed and good size room.

The hotel charges a very tidy amount for vehicle parking on site. We felt it was way out of line. The on-site breakfast buffet was outrageously expensive, so we walked across the street and had a delightful breakfast for two people at a price lower than the breakfast for one person at the hotel! Good for the price and a great location. But No wifi internet connection.

The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to the Wharf. The room I stayed in was clean but the cover on the heating unit was not attached to the wall ( big eye sore). And the service in the restaurant/ bar was very slow. I finally had to chase them down to place an order ( I was one of 5 people in the place).

My stay was exactly as expected. The hotel is a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf, yet away from the hustle and bustle I found there on the weekend. My niece and her two small children and I walked to lunch and the Aquarium and back to the hotel. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and pleasant. We were very impressed with how kind and helpful everyone was that we came in contact with at the hotel. The manager even went out of his way to get and heat some milk for my son's bottle when we came in late. The location was just 2 blocks from Fisherman's Wharf, which has so many things to do and great places to dine. Great Location, easy walk to the Wharf and Ghiradelli Square. Parking is $45 a night which was a bit of a shock, but common in SF.

the hotel was not what i would call a well maintained hotel but the service was very good. One real big negitive: if you need to get a taxi in the morning, it will take 30 - 60 minutes wait so plan ahead for that. i had to find the nearest bus stop to get to Union Square for an early AM appointment.

We were very satisified with the hotel and the cleanliness of the accomodations. From the moment we checked-in until the day we departed, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

Staff were friendly, cheerful, polite, helpful. Room was great. High standard of quality, comfort and service.

I shared a room with a bunch of girlfriends and we were very comfortable and not too cramped. Could have used more towels since I stated there would be four staying the entire trip, but customer service was very fast in providing extra towels, toothbrushes, and advice on non-touristy places to eat. The internet photos were completely inaccurate- the lobby looked like a war zone. The room was much smaller than expected for a "king deluxe", and did not contain all of amenities claimed. The bathroom floor had the pubic hair of a former guest around the perimeter. MY STAY WITH MY SON WAS FANTASTIC. EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MARRIOT HOTE. BED WAS SLEEPING IN CLOUDS. NO FUNNY HOTEL ORDER.\ CARPETS WERE SO CLEAN. AND THE GUYS IN THE PARKING SERVICE WERE WONDERFUL, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THANKS GUYS....BLESSINGS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN SAN FRANCISCO.

Very average US Chain hotel which is actually a compliment. Everything was of a uniformly bland standard which is pretty much what you would expect. I must say the bed was extremely comfortable and gets top points!!

This hotel is wonderful!!!! It is in North Beach in the Little Italy section of SF. You are within walking distance to the Hyde STreet cable car, Foshermans Wharf, Alcatraz Tours, Bus Tours, and a majority of the city. Although this was a lovely hotel, I have to say the parking was very expensive and internet was costly.

Staff was friendly and customer service was very good. We arrived early and they stored our luggage and called us when the room was ready. All 3 Concierges were very helpful & knowledgeable. Restaurant food quality was good but pricey.

We were greeted with smiles and treated well the entire weekend. The room was wonderful, newly remodeled. Would stay there again.

We have stayed at the Marriott before and loved the location both times. Just a couple of blocks from all of the activities at Fisherman's Wharf and the beautiful SF Bay! We walked all day each day and dined at nice restaurants. The room rates were reasonable for the location. The concierge staff and front desk staff were very cordial and helpful.

The hotel was nice but is currently surrounded by scaffolding, including outside my room during my recent stay. It limited light and privacy, and there was contruction pounding during the day.

Will stay again

Very safe, handy to attractions. Parking was right in the hotel, and we had access to our car at all times. BUT, it costs over fifty dollars a day to park there. Worth it not to worry about the car. Es war alles in Ordnung. Das einizge das uns gestört hat, waren die hohen Parkgebühren von über 50 Dollar pro Nacht. Die Lage war sehr günstig ein ige Minuten vom Fishermans Wharf entfernt , die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß auch in ca. 25-30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Adorei! Ótima localização! Atendimento excelente e funcionários muito atenciosos. Decoração moderna e de muito bom gosto! Só o estacionamento que realmente é muito caro.

深夜到着だったが、すぐにcheck-in対応してくれた。部屋はこじんまりと問題なく利用できた。歩いて５分ほどのところにスーパーマーケットがあるので、食料を買ってきて自室で飲食できて便利だった。備え付けの冷蔵庫も空なので、買ってきたものを入れられた。ケーブルカー乗り場の始発場所にも近いので、ケーブルカーを利用してユニオンスクエアーあたりまで簡単に行くことができるし、フィッシャーマンズワーフにも歩いて行ける便利な立地。部屋に無料の水があればもっと良いと思った。

Top location. Generally good service. Good breakfast. Had booked an extra bed that was not there when we arrived. Were told to wait until the next day to get it. Then there was the changing of the employee at the hotel at 11 pm, we get the extra bed after askining once again.

Service overalt. Bil i deres garage til 26 USD pr dag!!Ligger fint ned til the Wharlf. Der er et andet Marriott Hotel længere ned. Wifi for 12 USD pr døgn (utroligt her i det 21. århundrede)
