We have 3 adults and stayed in a double room for two nigts. The hotel situated at West exit of JR Shinjuku station and is 8-10 mins walk away. May not be very very good if you carry too many luggages but overall the distance is acceptable. The environment around the hotel is very peaceful and quiet and the room is comfy. Bathroom is big enough. The […] only thing I am not satisfied was that there was no safe box inside the hotel. I left Tokyo to Hakane the third day and after returning and upon showing proof of stay, the hotel still helped us store our luggages for half day before we went to Airport. 整體非常滿意, 下次會再選擇. 只是要求退房時間一個鐘要 4000yen 比較不靈活.

房間很大很新，但是離新宿西口還是有點距離，年紀大的人要利用都廳前站進出較方便

the standard of the hotel still maintaining. Comment for hotel.com Pls try to add a column for customer request: such as selection of South / North Wing, High / low level, close to lift or away from lift........etc. This will definately enhence hotel.com to another service level. Thanks

鄰近百貨公司及購物區，出入交通都很方便。 唯第二晚發現廁所近洗手盤地下漏水，要第三晚才能換房...

This hotel condition is good as usual but the south tower rooms was quite worn out while the main tower is newly refurbrished. The room is also spacious enough for 3 people.

帶孩子的爸媽選京王(地點好價錢自然不會太便宜)但真的是非常方便 大包小包的行李在最後一天都可以利用利木津巴士到羽田機場(約一小時) 最後一天check out可先寄放飯店 行李也都由飯店服務人員拎上巴士 至於房型 我是住plaza comfort空間大也很舒服喔 不過是queeen size! 大推薦!

我住的是舊館，舊館很不怎麼樣，網路上訂便宜的價錢都是住在舊館，我問過如果要換到新館還要額外加錢。我們住在可以吸煙的房間，但是房間內的空調超級弱，如果要住的話建議不要在房內抽煙，樓下有吸煙室但只開到凌晨12點！而且新宿區的街頭是不能隨地抽煙的。所以比較麻煩。 房間只有網路線沒有無線網路，所以要用無線網路上網是沒辦法的，加上東京要找到免費的無線網路非常困難，所以建議帶筆電（可插網路線的），不然申請漫遊或辦一張3G的卡在東京市區都很方便！ 京王在新宿，交通十分便利，又有機場接駁車，地鐵又是大站，每班express一定會停，所以不怕坐過頭，只不過新宿站比較大，但你也可以坐地鐵到＂都庁前＂站，上來就是京王側門了！很方便。但房間真的有待加強（很舊），所以如果要住的話還是建議住新館

飯店人員都很親切，客房也很舒適，唯一美中不足是房間地毯有點黏，所以無法赤腳在房間內走動。

因為是連假(10/8-10/11)去住宿, 分配是南館老舊的房間, 感覺就有點跟網路上照片有差異, 房間空間很大, 服務人員很親切, 但是櫃檯人員服務態度就不是很好, 不笑、擺一張臉，總體來說硬體有點舊, 但還是有水準以上, 問我會不會再入住, 恐怕就要看是不是住本館再來決定了!!!

交通很方便，附近也很熱鬧，讓第一次到東京自助旅行的我們，玩得很開心。房間也整理的很舒適乾淨。

普通的服務, 普通的環境, 但價錢有點貴......

Stayed here for a last minute 2 nights in Tokyo. Room price was more than as was oringally wanting to pay but after staying at the Park Hyatt the next night, youi definaetly got alot more bang for your buck here. Subway access is about 10m from the building on the (E) subway line making it easy to catch the train around. We were on the 27th floor from […] memory and the view was great, especially at night time. Windows were huge making the view great but also making you feel more open. I went on the cheap and got a Plaza Comfort room in the south tower. These floors are badly in needing renovation and I would categorize this part if the hotel as 3 stars. My buddy had a key access room on the 38thfloor of the north tower for just a few more dollars and the difference was tremendous. Those rooms are definitely 4 star room. Very central location, easy access to Shinjuku Station, short walk to Meiji Jingu Shrine and not much further to Shibuya. Very courteous and helpful staff and rooms bigger than would expect for Tokyo.

Overall good experience except that they do not allow any early check in at all. Airport limo pickup and drop off at door step is extermely convience especially travelling with young children.

This was our second stay at the hotel. We had planned on doing the tour of Mt Fuji and they pick up in the lobby. A great prelude was the view of Fuji from our room every morning with the sun reflected off it! We found a few more great restaurants in the high rises close by, and finally figured out how to access the moving sidewalk from the station […] to the hotel. Great when you are tired at the end of the day! A drawback might be the distance you have to walk to the station - but that could be a plus too as staying closer is very noisey. i stayed 6 nights in this hotel. When I checked in I asked for none-smoking room in superior type, the lady clerk did not say anything, but it ended up they gave a smoking room with old dirty carpet and bad smell. They said since it was spring vacation, there was no other vacancy available. I insisted that I could not sleep in that room and I would […] cancel the room. I waited at the room for 30 minutes, finally they gave me a none smoking room which was very good. I do not understand why the lady clerk did not tell me when I checked in that there was no smoking room. When I checked in it was about 3 pm, the beginning of check-in time, there should be plenty of none-smoking rooms left. in a word, they are not honesty at the beginning. Glad to have chosen to stay at the Keio Plaza in the Shinjuku area, Tokyo. It is very close to all the shopping area as well as all the eateries nearby. Also not forgetting the convenience of the subway which is within walking distance from the hotel. No difficulty getting from the airport to the hotel via the airport limousine bus. Lovely Hotel, very conveniently located. Gorgeous rooftop bar which had a great view over Shinjuku. Would recommend to others.

Short walk from Shinjuku station. Good size rooms. Value for money. Nice surroundings. Airport limo to hotel door step and hotel provides direct bus service to Disneyland, large savings on train fees. However, decor a little old. Should have wi fi service.

the overall feeling is great with great location and very comfortable bed, the room is clean. But the toilet seems a bit old. The location is central and just minutes to all the metro train lines. Many nearby eating places. I would definitely chose to stay there again when I visit Tokyo.

This hotel has an excellent location. The staff were very helpful. The airport transport coach does a pickup and drop off at the hotel. This is a big help as Narita Airport is quite a distance from Tokyo. However, the room was quite shabby and very much in need of an update. The furniture was mix matched and the fabrics dated.
