Loved the hotel, but bars and restaurants were short staffed. Restaurant was almost empty but apparently they were sharing staff between bar and restaurant. Only one waiter/ server. Went to bar and ate. Food was very good but high priced. There were restaurants around the hotel, but had a couple of glasses of wine and didn't want to drive. Snack shop […] was good and they were well prepared for our conference members which was over 100 for breakfast and lunch. I would stay again but probably eat elsewhere for a main meal. Check in service was long. We were at desk and a man said he would be right with us, but he went to another line to help others. There were about 5 people who got through before us. booked a concierge level room, very comfy bed. As it was a Friday evening arrival, there was no concierge club facility open. ordered room service breakfast, was quick and very good.

Overall, this is a nice hotel and is very close to the Orlando Airport (which is what we needed for just one night). The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly for the most part and we enjoyed a great breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff made good of a bad situation no power due to storm all very helpful especially the valet guys in the rain!

Don't be fooled by the hotel pics. The rooms are old and tired. It's a solid 2 star hotel, not even close to being a 3 1/2 star as rated. Front desk staff very rude. The rest of the staff and service were great.

I believe this was advertised as a 5 star hotel. Pool was nice. Room was on the small side. Was advertised as a pricey hotel. Was disappointing given that as is was pretty bare bones for such a built up advertisement.

Bed was very soft. Internet at $14.99/day is a joke and very uncompetitive. There are tons of good value hotels nearby that offer free internet. In this day a hotel is uncompetitive w/o free internet, time for Marriott to leave the 1990's and get with the program. No one likes to be nickeled and dimed.

we finally got there after a 40minute wait and 3 phone calls for a "complimentary" shuttle ride at midnite while watching the marriott shuttle bus driver drive by in the third lane without even looking,let alone stopping at the assigned pickup station fortunately we had a comfortable bed

Great one night stay before leaving for DISNEYWORLD; we enjoyed the pool, spa & workout center. The convinient location to restaurants was a plus!!

I booked this hotel for the proximity to the airport and park and fly option. This hotel has frequent shuttles to the airport for early morning flights. The staff is friendly and helpful. Upon returning it was great to be picked up and delivered to our vehicle after a long day of travel. I would book this hotel again.

Hotel is fine, but annoying that after paying a fair amount for a room, parking is an additional cost, you have to pay for wi-fi, there isn't free breakfast either. Feels like you are being nickle and dimed.

Great hotel and location. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and very confortable. The WIFI is not great and did not work well. They also charge for it.

The only reason why i give the quality of the room a three is because i couldn't use the wifi. I have an account but it wouldn't even give me the chance to log in. It needs some work. It worked in the restuarant and bar just not in the room. The room was clean,breakfast was great . The staff excellent, best yet.

It was great, our rooms were ready when we got there, we could print off our boarding passes for our flight the next morning and there was a free shuttle to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance for supper and lots to chose from for restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience. :)

This as a very nice hotel. The location is close and convenient to the airport. Well maintained. The room had a nice layout. Very nice property with a lake out front you can walk around.

Very good stay just wanted we needed even if we did sneak into the pool at 5am because we couldn't sleep because of the time difference, Would recommend it for a starting point and there are good restaurants nearby and we ate at Tony Romas which was excellent even if we were served by a prince of darkness lookalike.

Decent bar. Clean room. Comfortable bed. We were there on business on a Thursday night and walked over to Hooter's to watch the game and grab some beers.

Very convenient location and staff was very friendly. It would have been nice to have a reading light next to the easy chair in the room. Indoor swimming pool was not heated and parking was very expensive. Hotel is definitely oriented for business travellers.

Very nice. Loved the bar downstairs and walked to Tony Roma's for dinner. Found a hair in the shower. Bedding is very nice. My boyfriend broke up with me after we checked out, so he must have been less impressed with the king bed room than I was.

God Airport hotel for 1 night stay, you have to ask the info desk at the airport to phone the complimentary shuttle at the hotel as the hotel number is not on the hotel contact board in the baggage claim area.
