DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando at SeaWorld - 奥蘭多

I was very unhappy with my stay. we did not have a remote for the TV.. I called the front desk, and noone ever brought us a remote. There was multiple stains on the carpet. This was suppose to be a 4 star hotel... It was like they saved the worst rooms for 3rd party bookings... I will never ever stay there again.. We also had to pay an additional charge […] just to park. Our parking key would not work and I had to call assistance multiple times before we could even leave the parking lot on check-out day. 詳情

The first night we were not in the main tower and that room was very musty smelling. The second and third night we moved to the main tower and it was great - the room was clean, newly renovated and very comfortable. If you stay here make sure you ask for the main tower. It's a perfect location for Sea World and Discovery Cove.

The room was clean, our service was good, and the hotel was in a good location to the Convention Center. I really didn't spend to much time in the hotel but when I was there I was satisfied.

It was a great experiance and would differantly stay again !

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in your hotel and we certainly recommend it.

The hotel, in general, was nice. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was comfortable and spacious. Finding a parking space in the evening was a challenge and the fact that you had to use a magnetic key to get out of the parking was a little inconvenient. Hotel was clean, recently renovated, big complex. Our room was very comfortable. The pool was nice. Bar was open AT the pool till 10:00 and the pool was open till midnight. Based on my 6 year old's gait, it took about 20 minutes to get to the front doors of Sea World. However, had I walked it alone, I could probably do it in 10. We enjoyed our sutra atty the Doubletree Sea World! Though this visit was with out our little ones we would recommend this hotel till any family and Arty the same time would go again for just a romantic getaway! Can't Walt to visit the property again!

We had a great time here. When we checked in they gave us fresh baked chocolate chip cookies(soo good). They had us booked on the 5th floor, but kindly changed it in a timely manner after we asked for a first level room to accomadate our dog. There are so many things to do like: A mansize chess board outside, mini golf, fuze ball, pool table, many pools, […] fitness room, hammacks. Most of those were right outside our room. The room was like an apt., and decorated very nicely. We had 2 huge flatscreen T.V.s with HD. The only down about the room was in the kitchen there was not a microwave or stove. However there was a big refrig. There was plenty of space to unpack your clothes including the walkin closet. There are a few nice restuarants, but expensive. I also did not like having to pay for parking and for internet in the room. The hotel is very close to seaworld and not to far from all other attractions. Good Clean Room only negative no free wi-fi in room

Booked this hotel for a weekend (Thurs-Sat) getaway for our 16th wedding anniversary. It was my fault but I didn't read the fine print about the parking charges and internet usage charges. (BTW, parking availability is fine unless you are staying in the main tower. If staying there then I would suggest paying the extra money for valet service. And there […] is free WiFi in and around the main lobby and pool, but not in room.) Room was nice and clean but again, my fault, no frig in room unless you wanted to pay extra. King bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly but if you want to sleep past 7 then I would most certainly suggest that you put the do not disturb sign on door. If you don't, housekeeping will knock on your door and they will talk VERY LOUDLY outside your room beginning at dawn. Pools were nice and not crowded at all on Thursday night. Fitness center was pretty impressive for a hotel, especially the HDTV on the machines. Also, HDTV in the rooms was nice! Initially booked the room thinking we were going to Sea World but decided to just be lazy. Enjoyed our stay, especially the second morning when we remembered the Do Not Disturb sign. Not the best value but certainly not a rip off. Would consider staying there again. 詳情

Not enough parking, had to park on other side of hotel. Elevator near my room was broken 3 days. Couldn't get ahold of front desk, housekeeping, bellman after calling 30 mins straight during regular hours. No microwave in hotel anywhere

Great location, beautiful surroundings, great benefits to seaworld,,,,parking was horrible and unacceptable for the charge, room had odd smell, very little water pressure and bed very uncomfortable, but wasnt a high daily rate and the seaworld benefits and staff made up for all the issues...

There are some good dining options walking distance from the hotel. The tower elevators are slow.

the property has wonderful landscape. the lobby is beautiful. the room was clean. they gave me a choice of rooms ! also, delicious big cookie.

The service was VERY POOR. Our TV didn't work, and it took 3 calls to get someone there. Our gate access card didn't work, and luckily another guest let us through. There was no free wifi in the rooms, which was VERY CHEAP -- every other hotel I've used had free wifi.

Girlfriend trip for NBA all-star weekend - Hotel was super accomodating... great location... close to everything. Wonderful pool to lounge and relax. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was much better than I expected!!! The pools were wonderful and the rooms were very clean and tidy. We walked to from the hotel and left our at the hotel which saves you $20 for parking. The hotel also gave us free unlimited quick passes to use on the rides, which is a great deal seeing how there were five of us and each pass at seaworld […] is $30. Each ride line was under 10 minutes compared to 50 minutes in each of the regular lines. What a great deal! Buying your tickets at the hotel also saves $10 a ticket which was great. Good food too although a little expensive. Overall it was a wonderful stay. 詳情

Excellent staff who go out of their way to help. only draw back for me was keycards are sensitive and can't be kept near wallet with other mag stripe cards or cell phones becuase they wipe the room card. business center has slow and non working pc's for printing boarding passes and only a few for a very large hotel

This is a beautiful resort complex. it is incredibly clean and the staff is so helpful. We originally booked for one night...but after staying we decided to stay another. The pools are clean and well maintained. i highly recommend this hotel

The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything that is happening in the rooms either side of you. The maids sing very loud at 7.00am. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We complained about the room being not noise insulated and they change us to another room; the other room was the same thing. This hotel was wonderful - three pools, huge spa, mini golf, pool table, kid center...plenty to do with the kids and it did not cost more money. Located right next to sea world - plenty of restaurants all around. Definetly recommend this hotel.

At front desk, they had no record of the reservation. I had confirmation and we were scheduled for a tower room. We ended in a noisy room by the pool which They had operating until midnight. Hotel mgr. Asked us to make copy of reservation at business center. Then didn't key in the gate so we had to go back to front desk to get key authorized to enter. […] The entire check in process to over an hour...no joke! Then the gate was broken in the morning so we couldn't get out. I will never stay at a double tree inn again. We stay at over 30 hotels per year both on business and travel. This is the first and last time we ever stay at a doubletree Inn. 詳情

The only thing that I was dissappointed about was that you had to pay to park and in the description it said parking was free.

Check in was easy. When we got to our room the TV was not working, but they came immediately to fix it. Room service was delicious! My grandson wanted to play in the game room, but we never found it. This hotel is excellent! It is beautiful with lush landscape, several pools, nice gym, and hot tub. It is also located near the heart of Orlando, right next to Sea World and down the street from all of the other parks and International Blvd. Strip. There is a parking charge of 10/night for self parking. Has wifi, business center, and a nice bar/eatery […] on site. Excellent customer service. Very dissapointed! Booked three rooms, only had two available upon check-in. Ask for double beds and recieved king size beds(we have kids). The noise from the tour busses outside our rooms all night was unbearable. When did they find our third room, there was already guests in the room when we went up!! Not happy with the Hilton at all!

The hotel was close to Seaworld for walking and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the hotel room floors needed to be updated or atleast cleaned better.

hotel is in a perfect spot right near convention center and seaworld. perfect for kids lots of things to do from giant chess sets to pool tables
